前言蒽醌及其衍生物是还原、分散、酸性、媒介、活性、阳离子等染料的重要原料,特别是还原染料,绝大多数品种来自蒽醌及其衍生物。蒽醌型染料具有卓越的坚牢度,比偶氮染料色泽更艳,适于中、深色色谱,故在染料化学中占有相当重要位置。为发展蒽醌型染料,过去十年中,开辟了新的合成蒽醌路线——萘醌法,并投入了工业生产;一些蒽醌衍生物的非汞路线的研究也取得成效,1-氨基蒽醌非汞法现已投产(建厂情况见表1);老品种也为提高产品质量,降低生产成本,减少三废而得以改造。本文仅就国外主要的蒽醌衍生物-老 相似文献

合成了单偶氮蒽醌、双偶氮蒽醌和双偶氮芴酮三个系列偶氮染料,并以此制成了功能分离型双层光电导体。蒽醌类单偶氮染料扩大取代基的共轭体系,可以提高光敏值,最大可由Ix.S2800提高到Ix.S62,含-NO_2的染料光敏性最高,最低为-OCH_3。蒽醌双偶氮类染料取代基对光敏性的影响与蒽醌单偶氮类染料相同,前者的光敏性高于取代基相同的后者。取代基对芴类双偶氮染料光敏性的影响与前两类不同,含-Cl取代时光敏性最高,含-NO_2最低。染料的光敏性排序为:芴酮类>双偶氮蒽醌类>单偶氮蒽醌类。 相似文献

A series of yellow to greenish-blue aziridinyl azo dyes and their azo precursors containing a thienyl coupling moiety has been applied to conventional polyester fibre as well as microdenier polyester by high temperature exhaust dyeing. Heat transferability of these dyes onto polyester fibre has also been examined, using conventional heat-transfer printing techniques. The relevant dyeing characteristics, heat transferability, build-up, dyeability on microfibre polyester, washfastness and lightfastness are given. These aziridinyl dyes are reactive to polyester fibres under HT dyeing conditions. Fabrics dyed with aziridinyl dyes are more resistant to solvent extraction than those dyed with conventional dyes. Residual liquors showed only a pale colour when fabric dyed with aziridinyl dyes was dissolved and then precipitated, whereas a coloured polyester precipitate was obtained. 相似文献

In the investigations of the dyeing processes, the low solubility of disperse dyes in water represents a practical problem for the determination of dye concentration in dyebaths and waste waters. Therefore the use of an organic solvent which, dissolves disperse dyes, is recommended in visible spectrophotometry of disperse dyes. Three organic solvents (ethanol, N,N-dimethylformamide, acetone) and two disperse dyes, the disazo dye C.I. Disperse Orange 29 and the anthraquinone dye C.I. Disperse Blue 56, were used for spectroscopic analysis in this present work. The absorbance of aqueous dye dispersions and various organic solvent dye solutions was measured to evaluate the effect of the solvent on the shape and intensity of the absorption spectra and on the wavelength shift of maximum absorption. The validity of Beer–Lambert’s law in each system was ascertained. A suggestion is made how VIS absorption spectrophotometry can be used to determine the dye concentration in disperse dyebaths. The addition of organic solvent to the dyebath leads to dye dissolution, and the Beer-Lambert’s law is then fulfilled. The optimum ratio between the dyebath dispersion and the organic solvents for the dyes investigated is also determined. 相似文献

以乙二胺(EDA)、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯(TMPTA)和l,8-萘二甲酸酐为原料,合成了萘酰亚胺树枝状聚(胺-酯) [PAE-1,8-NL]。研究PAE-1,8-NL与染料(曙红B、罗丹明B、达旦黄、亚甲基蓝和甲基橙)组成的能量转移体系中,染料荧光强度的变化。实验结果表明,PAE-1,8-NL作用于染料的DMF溶液,荧光强度增强;且随着PAE-1,8-NL浓度的增大,荧光强度先增强后减小。增强作用大小为:亚甲基蓝 > 罗丹明B > 甲基橙 > 曙红B > 达旦黄。在DMF、丙酮和乙腈溶剂中,PAE-1,8-NL对染料的荧光强度增强作用不同。 相似文献

合成了 4个蓝 -绿波段的激光染料 ,测定了它们的光谱数据和激光性能 ,结果表明含三氟甲基的 2个染料具有较宽的调谐范围 :470~ 540nm和 456~ 51 6nm ;较高的激光效率 :41 4%和2 6 6%。同时 ,分别采用Nicol理论和Lippert理论对其中 2个香豆素型激光染料的吸收光谱和发射光谱的溶剂效应进行了研究 ,揭示了染料Stokes红移的内在本质。 相似文献

Aminothiazoles, benzothiazoles, thiadiazoles and thiophenes were diazotised and coupled to N-β-cyanoethyl-N-β-hydroxyethylaniline to give dyes which coloured polyester in orange to blue hues. The colour of the dyes is discussed with respect to the nature of the heterocyclic ring and substituents therein.
