马钢2500m~3高炉生产6年7个月后,炉腹、炉身下部的冷却壁和炉腰冷却板损坏严重,计划休风16天进行更换。2000年12月6日高炉休风,到20日高炉复风,共用14天半时间,成功地更换了炉腹及其以上4段冷却壁和炉腰1段冷却板。为延长高炉寿命,采用了遥控喷补造衬技术,对风口以上部位进行了喷补造衬。
