动态硫化增韧聚丙烯/三元乙丙橡胶共混物的研究 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
研究了动态硫化和简单共混增韧聚丙烯(PP)/三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)共混物的力学性能、形态结构、流动性能和脆韧转变。结果表明:动态硫化的增韧效率要比简单共混的增韧效率高;随着EPDM用量的增加,共混物的力学性能均随之发生变化,流动性明显降低;简单共混物的橡胶颗粒尺寸随EPDM含量的增加呈增大趋势,而动态硫化可以降低橡胶颗粒的尺寸;动态硫化物的临界基体层厚度大约为0.3μm,简单共混物的临界基体层厚度大约为0.2μm,并且动态硫化和简单共混物均在各自的临界基体层厚度处发生脆韧转变,验证了wu氏增韧理论。 相似文献

分别用茂金属催化聚合所得的三元乙丙橡胶(mEPDM)和传统Ziegler-Natta催化剂聚合所得的三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)对PP进行共混改性。考察了增韧剂质量分数对共混物冲击强度、拉伸强度和热变形温度等力学性能的影响,以及共混物结构形态和结晶行为。结果表明,与PP/EPDM共混物相比,PP/mEPDM共混物的脆韧转变增韧剂临界质量分数小,扯断伸长率高。PP/mEPDM共混物的脆韧转变区间远小于PP/EPDM共混物。随增韧剂质量分数的增加,PP/mEPDM和PP/EPDM共混物的拉伸强度、弹性模量和维卡软化点均单调下降,但后者的下降幅度更大。电镜分析和结晶行为研究表明,PP与mEPDM的相容性优于PP与EPDM的。 相似文献

Butyl rubber (BR) is blended with polypropylene (PP) in ratios of 92: 8, 84: 16, 68: 32, 50: 50, 32: 68, 16: 84, and 8 : 92 (w/w) for the study of dynamic vulcanization. It is observed that the cure torque increases with the decrease in BR content up to the ratio of 50: 50. No cure torque is observed in the ratios of 16: 84 and 8: 92 of BR: PP blends as the PP content becomes very high. On comparison of cure rate of the blends, the BR (100%) shows the highest cure rate because of the fast saturation of double bonds present in BR, whereas maximum cure torque, work energy, and totalized torque are observed in the 32: 68 BR: PP blend. It is the result of the formation of an interpenetrating network. 相似文献

定值是标准物质研制的重要环节,也是标准物质研制水平高低的体现。标准物质研制中定值的准确和不确定度度评定的合理则对标准物质研制的水平和推广应用起着重要的作用。对均匀性、稳定性检验后符合标准物质研制的乙丙橡胶(EPDM)4050样品,联合多家实验室进行定值。EPDM 4050门尼粘度标准物质参与定值的各实验室的数据在0.01的显著水平时,定值的数据处于正态分布、无可疑值、处于等精度,定值数据的平均值为EPDM 4050门尼粘度标准物质的标称值,EPDM 4050标准物质在ML(1+4)100℃、ML(1+8)100℃下的标称值分别为42.4±0.5、40.4±0.4。 相似文献

采用PB-g-SAN和SBR-g-SAN两种弹性体粒子分别与SAN树脂熔融共混,制得了一系列ABS树脂,研究了ABS树脂的形态结构和力学性能,结果发现,PB和SBR橡胶粒子均匀地分散在SAN基体中,其径分别为0.28μm和0.05μm左右。力学性能结果表明,在SAN树脂中随着PB-g-SAN含量的增加,ABS的冲击强度不断提高,而SBR小橡胶粒子不能增韧SAN树脂,但当SAN树脂中含有15%的PB-g-SAN共聚物时,随着SBR-g-SAN含量的增加,ABS树脂的冲击强度不断提高,SBR-g-SAN这种小橡胶粒子又表现出良好的增韧作用。 相似文献

Polypropylene-grafted maleic anhydride (PP-g-MA) was used to enhance the compatibility of polypropylene (PP) and recycled acrylonitrile butadiene rubber (rNBR) blends. The blends were prepared by melt mixing using a Haake Rheomix Polydrive R 600/610 mixer at 180°C. The processing torque was used to investigate the mixing process. The better mixing of compatibilized blends (PP/rNBR-MA) was evidence by the higher stabilization torque. Compared to uncomapatibilized PP/rNBR blends, tensile properties and oil resistance of compatibilized PP/rNBR were improved. SEM micrographs of tensile fractured surfaces showed better dispersion and better interfacial adhesion between the phases of compatibilized blends compared to uncompatibilized counterparts. 相似文献

Blends based on polylactide (PLA) and natural rubber (NR) were prepared through phenolic resin-induced dynamic vulcanization. The cross-linked NR had a continuous phase structure in PLA. The incorporation of NR sacrificed the tensile strength but only had a limited increase in the impact strength of PLA. The viscoelasticities of the PLA melts were largely improved by the cross-linked NR phase, however, the crystallization of the PLA phase was restricted by the continuous NR phase. The initial decomposition temperature of the blends was lowered by the incorporation of NR. 相似文献

The comparison properties of polypropylene (PP)/recycled acrylonitrile butadiene rubber (NBRr) blends and polypropylene/virgin acrylonitrile butadiene rubber (NBRv) blends were investigated. The tensile properties such as tensile strength, tensile modulus and elongation at break of PP/NBRv blends are higher than PP/NBRr blends. However, PP/NBRv blends exhibit lower stabilization torque and higher swelling percentage than PP/NBRr blends. Based on SEM, a finer morphology was observed in PP/NBRv blends in comparison with the PP/NBRr blends. The thermal stability of PP/NBRr is better than that of PP/NBRv blends. 相似文献

以辛基酚醛树脂为硫化剂,采用动态硫化法,制备丁基橡胶/聚丙烯热塑性硫化胶(IIR/PP-TPV),探究PP种类对IIR/PP-TPV力学性能及热性能的影响。结果表明:由均聚聚丙烯PP-1制得IIR/PP-TPV的综合性能较好,可对标道恩汽车密封条类相关产品,其邵尔A硬度、拉伸强度和断裂伸长率分别为76.7、8.6 MPa和365%,压缩永久变形率仅22 ~ 23%,且老化后的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率保持率分别为98%和87%;而由乙丙嵌段共聚物PP-2、乙丙无规共聚物PP-3制得IIR/PP-TPV的综合性能不佳。这一工作可为低成本、绿色环保型汽车密封条用IIR/PP-TPV的制备提供参考。 相似文献
