本文对外压管束式超滤装置处理印染废水过程中所产生的浓差极化现象作了研究,并提出了采用水力冲洗和气液混合液冲洗两种方法。试验表明,定期利用上述冲洗方法,并保证冲洗后的去色率高于99%前提下,能恢复到初始透水量。此法设备简单,易于改装,操作方便,效果较好。 相似文献

Abstract The Department of Energy has contracted Bechtel National, Inc. to design, construct, and commission a Waste Treatment and Immobilization Plant (WTP) to treat radioactive slurry currently stored in underground waste storage tanks. A critical element of the waste treatment capacity for the WTP is the proper operation of an ultrafiltration process (UFP). The UFP separates supernate solution from radioactive solids. The solution and solid phases are separately immobilized. An oversight review of the UFP design and operation has identified several methods to improve the capacity of the ultrafiltration process, which will also improve the capacity of the WTP. Areas explored were the basis of design, an analysis of the WTP capacity, process chemistry within the UFP, and UFP process control. This article discusses some of the findings of this oversight review in terms of sodium and solid production, which supports the treatment of low activity waste (LAW) associated with the facility, and solid production, which supports the treatment of high level waste (HLW) associated with the facility. 相似文献

The correlation equations for predicting local permeate fluxes in tubular-membrane ultrafilters were derived from mass and momentum balances by the modified resistance-in-series model with the considerations of the increment of concentration polarization and the declines of transmembrane pressure and flow rate, along the membrane tube. Ultrafiltration of dextran T500 aqueous solution in a tubular microporous ceramic module has been carried out under various feed concentrations, transmembrane pressures, and feed flow rates, and many experimental data of ten-point local permeate fluxes along the tube were obtained to confirm the correlation predictions. The increment of concentration polarization, as well as the decline of permeate flux, along the tube was also discussed. 相似文献

针对传统的以中低品位磷矿为原料用料浆法生产MAP的能耗较大等问题,提出了酸性料浆浓缩无干燥流程生产MAP新工艺。即先把W(P2O5)=22%~25%的湿法磷酸用氨中和到n(NH3/H3PO4)=0.4~0.6,该酸性料浆在多效蒸发器中浓缩至W(H2O)=8%~10%,然后把中和到n(NH2/H3PO4)=1.00~1.05所需的氨在成粒过程中加到浓缩后的酸性料浆中,利用中和反应热把其中的水分闪蒸掉,从而取消了干燥工序,且无含氟废气排放。通过工艺计算,剖析了含水率在1%以下的MAP产品组成及该新工艺的可靠性,若传统工艺的MAP装置采用该新工艺,其主要设备的生产能力可增加30%~40%,但加热器的材料须采用904L或Sanicro28。 相似文献
