提出了一种融合一阶纵振和四阶弯曲振动模式的单模态直线超声波电动机,介绍了电动机的结构和运行机理,利用有限元方法建立了电动机定子的机电耦合模型,仿真分析了电动机定子的振动特性,确定了电动机定子工作模态和工作频率;利用弹性杆的纵振动和悬臂梁的弯曲振动理论建立了电动机驱动足椭圆运动轨迹方程,分析了激励电压相位差对电动机椭圆轨迹的影响;利用粘弹性接触机理给出了电动机的机械特性输出曲线,分析了预压力、激励电压幅值和激励频率等对电动机输出特性的影响。通过数值和仿真分析得出:单模态直线超声波电动机的工作频率为39 860 Hz,在外加激励电压Up-p=100 V时,电动机最大输出推力和空载速度分别达到19.1 N和310 mm·s~(-1)。 相似文献

准确计算定子模态和固有频率是降低电机噪声和振动的基础。该文基于开关磁阻电机(SR电机)物理模型,利用3维有限元软件,全面研究了定子模态和固有频率,系统分析了绕组、端盖和安装对定子模态和固有频率的影响。研究表明,对小功率SR电机,2阶模态对噪声和振动的贡献最大。定子绕组对固有频率的影响非常严重,弹性模数远低于实心铜材,绕组不宜采用质量计入磁极或铁心的方式处理。端盖、底脚安装均导致定子固有频率明显升高。最后讨论了2维有限元模型与3维有限元模型计算结果的差异。计算结果与试验结果进行了比较验证。 相似文献

One of the main drawbacks of switched reluctance motors (SRMs) is vibration and acoustic noise, which limits their application. An accurate predication of the modal vibration frequencies of the SRM stator is essential in order to design a low-vibration motor and operate it quietly. Electronic techniques for noise reduction also depend on knowledge of the resonant frequencies, which depend on the mechanical structure surrounding the laminations. This paper examines the effects of the stator windings and end-bells on stator modal vibration frequencies. The error in the calculation of the resonant frequencies can be up to 20% if the influence of end-bells is neglected. The numerical computations of the stator mode shapes and resonant frequencies are validated with experimental results. 相似文献

行波接触型超声波电机是一种利用压电晶体的逆压电效应获得驱动力矩的新原理微特电机,它与由电磁作用获得转矩的电磁型电机的工作原理截然不同。该文在考虑定子环沿径向厚度变化及内外边界约束条件的基础上,建立了带有齿的行波接触型超声波电机定子模型,利用有限元法进行了定子模态和强迫振动响应分析,研究了定子直径和齿高对定子振动的影响。通过计算结果与实验的比较,证明有限元方法对于由复合材料构成、具有齿的结果超声波电机定子振动的分析是一种行之有的方法。 相似文献

提出一种利用压电叠堆驱动的非共振式直线电机.研究了非共振状态下压电叠堆输出机构的理论模型,提出了电机定子的"三明治刚度"结构.研究了基于压电叠堆的非共振状态下摩擦驱动机理模型,推导了驱动足端部的椭圆运动轨迹.对设计、制造的样机进行了测试,试验表明在较宽的频率范围内,电机运行平稳,且电机速度与激励频率、激励电压近似成线性关系.当电压峰峰值为100 V、频率为1.6kHz、预压力为45N时,速度可达2.8mm/s,输出力为3.5N. 相似文献

The switched reluctance motor (SRM) has a disadvantage of higher acoustic noise, caused by stator vibrations. Techniques for noise reduction require knowledge of the modal frequencies, which depend on mechanical shapes and dimensions as well as material properties, for example, Young's modulus, Poisson's ratio, mass density, etc. It is found that the generally accepted value of Young's modulus is not valid for a machine with laminations and no frame. This paper introduces a simple and nondestructive method for the measurement of Young's modulus; it is then used in a finite-element (FE) program to determine the resonant frequencies of SRM stator vibration. The effects of mass density and Poisson's ratios are also discussed. The FE results are validated by vibration tests, which show good accuracy. 相似文献

Tip-deflection is one of the most important characters of the piezoelectric cantilever vibration. In this paper, a new piezoelectric model of multilayer piezoelectric cantilever is obtained, and the analytic expressions for the curvature, displacement and tip-deflection of the multilayer structure are derived. On the base of this solution, the curvature and tip-deflection of five different elementary structures are considered. Compared with others' model, the analytic expressions for the curvature, displacement and tip-deflection are also suitable for more complex structures with more layers based on these elementary structures. 提出了一种弹性叶片式径向换能型超声波电机,分析了电机的结构与工作原理,建立了定子径向自由振动和受迫振动的解析模型,同时,为了进行对比验证,建立了定子振动的有限元模型进行模态分析和谐响应分析。分别采用两种模型计算得到了定子一阶径向自由振动的频率和在外加电压激励下受迫振动的径向振幅,两种模型的理论计算结果接近。采用阻抗特性分析仪测量了定子一阶径向自由振动的频率,并采用激光测振仪测量了定子外侧表面质点在外加电压作用下径向振动的振幅,将实验测试结果与理论计算结果进行对比,二者基本吻合。实验测试结果验证了所建立的定子振动的解析模型和有限元模型的有效性。最后,制作了原理性样机,验证了所提出的径向换能型超声波电机动作原理的可行性。 相似文献

加工好的兰杰文振子型杆式超声电机其两相弯振模态频率往往会不一致,这将会影响电机的效率、输出性能以及运行的稳定性。针对该问题,提出一种在电机定子装配好的状态下对其模态频率进行调节的方法。通过定子的动力学方程和K.A.Stetson结构摄动理论,求解出修改后定子的模态频率,找到了调节两相模态频率的方法。对定子进行有限元分析,找到了定子修改的合适位置,并分析了在这些位置上进行定子修改对两相模态频率的影响。制作了定子样机,对修改前后的定子模态频率进行了测试,两相弯振模态频率之差由原来的170Hz调整到70Hz,达到了工程上的要求。从试验上验证了该文的理论和有限元分析结果。 相似文献

In this paper we solve the synthesis problem of finding a completely passive electric circuit analog to a vibrating beam. The synthesis problem is of interest when one wants to suppress beam mechanical vibrations by using distributed piezoelectric transduction. Indeed, an effective electromechanical energy transduction is guaranteed when the electric circuit (interconnecting the transducers' terminals) is resonant at all mechanical resonance frequencies and is able to mimic all the mechanical modal shapes. The designed electric circuit behaves as an electric controller of mechanical vibrations (i.e. an electric vibration damper) once suitably endowed with a set of resistors. Because of its completely passive nature, it does not require external power units and stands as an economical means of controlling vibrations. Copyright © 2004 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd. 相似文献
