综合考虑了传统灰度共生矩阵法与基于广义图像灰度共生矩阵法各自的优点,提出了改进的基于广义图像灰度共生矩阵的图像检索方法。新方法构造了广义图像四个方向的灰度共生矩阵,并提取四个共生矩阵的纹理参数进行检索。实验结果表明,新方法对图像的旋转及尺寸变化具有更好的检索性能。  相似文献

This paper put forward a new method of co-occurrence matrix to describe image features. This method can express the spatial correlation of textons. During the course of feature extracting, we have quantized the original images into 256 colors and computed color gradient from the RGB vector space, and then calculated the statistical information of textons to describe image features. Image retrieval experimental results have shown that our proposed method has the discrimination power of color, texture and shape features, the performances are better than that of GLCM and CCG.  相似文献

Color plays a significant role in the recognition of 3D objects and scenes from the perspective of cognitive psychology. In this paper, we propose a new 3D model retrieval method, focusing on not only the geometric features but also the color features of 3D mesh models. Firstly, we propose a new sampling method that samples the models in the regions of either geometry-high-variation or color-high-variation. After collecting geometry + color sensitive sampling points, we cluster them into several classes by using a modified ISODATA algorithm. Then we calculate the feature histogram of each model in the database using these clustered sampling points. For model retrieval, we compare the histogram of an input model to the stored histograms in the database to find out the most similar models. To evaluate the retrieval method based on the new color + geometry signatures, we use the precision/recall performance metric to compare our method with several classical methods. Experiment results show that color information does help improve the accuracy of 3D model retrieval, which is consistent with the postulate in psychophysics that color should strongly influence the recognition of objects.  相似文献

针对在RGB空间中难以有效区分颜色相似性的问题,提出了一种基于共生矩阵和HSI空间形态学的彩色图像边缘检测方法。采用二维共生矩阵直方图均衡化方法,解决图像过渡不自然的现象;针对HSI的分量利用形态学方法进行加权分析和图像融合,得到彩色图像边缘。通过MATLAB实验表明,该算法检测准确率高,自适应性好,有较好的检测效果。  相似文献

三维模型检索是现在的研究热点,提出一种基于深度图像的三维模型检索算法。对三维模型进行规范化处理,采用基于正交投影的方法计算三维模型在其包围立方体的六个面上的深度图像;提取深度图像的边界方向直方图和Zernike矩特征;利用特征距离度量进行三维模型检索,并采用相关反馈技术实现权值的调整,得到用户最满意的目标检索模型。对比实验表明,该算法避免了传统视觉图像丢失三维模型空间信息的缺点,有效地提高了检索的精确性和鲁棒性。  相似文献

目的 疲劳驾驶是引发车辆交通事故的主要原因之一,针对现有方法在驾驶员面部遮挡情况下对眼睛状态识别效果不佳的问题,提出了一种基于自商图—梯度图共生矩阵的驾驶员眼部疲劳检测方法。方法 利用以残差网络(residual network,ResNet)为前置网络的SSD(single shot multibox detector)人脸检测器来获取视频中的有效人脸区域,并通过人脸关键点检测算法分割出眼睛局部区域图像;建立驾驶员眼部的自商图与梯度图共生矩阵模型,分析共生矩阵的数字统计特征,选取效果较好的特征用以判定人眼的开闭状态;结合眼睛闭合时间百分比(percentage of eyelid closure,PERCLOS)与最长闭眼持续时间(maximum closing duration,MCD)两个疲劳指标来判别驾驶员的疲劳状态。结果 在六自由度汽车性能虚拟仿真实验平台上模拟汽车驾驶,采集并分析驾驶员面部视频,本文方法能够有效识别驾驶员面部遮挡时眼睛的开闭状态,准确率高达99.12%,面部未遮挡时的识别精度为98.73%,算法处理视频的速度约为32帧/s。对比方法1采用方向梯度直方图特征与支持向量机分类器相结合的人脸检测算法,并以眼睛纵横比判定开闭眼状态,在面部遮挡时识别较弱;以卷积神经网络(convolutional neural network,CNN)判别眼睛状态的对比方法2虽然在面部遮挡情况下的准确率高达98.02%,但眨眼检测准确率效果不佳。结论 基于自商图—梯度图共生矩阵的疲劳检测方法能够有效识别面部遮挡时眼睛的开闭情况和驾驶员的疲劳状态,具有较快的检测速度与较高的准确率。  相似文献

为了使通过共生矩阵能得到更合理的纹理特征,实验1研究了开窗大小变化对各纹理特征的影响,从而为计算共生矩阵时的开窗大小选择提供依据。进而按照实验1的研究结果,实验2把纹理特征和光谱特征结合起来对高分辨率遥感影像进行了面向对象的分割,并与不考虑纹理信息的分割结果通过优度实验法进行了对比研究。对比结果表明,考虑了纹理信息的面向对象分割能更真实有效地反映图像中地物目标的整体结构,为进一步有效的地物分类提供保障。  相似文献

半色调图像的先验性对于图像的逆半调过程有重要的意义,分析了现有的半色调图像识别方法之后,在传统的灰度共生矩阵GLCM进行改进提出BGLCM。BGLCM适用于二值图像的特征提取,省略了传统共生矩阵特征值计算的过程,将提取的特征通过BP神经网络进行分类。实验证明该方法提取的特征具有较好的时间复杂度及分类效果。  相似文献

针对纹理图像分割问题的研究,经典的多尺度MRF方法是对不同尺度的纹理特征仅通过多尺度序列下的MRF邻域系统进行描述。为了更加准确地描述纹理特征,将从空间分布特性与MRF邻域系统两个方面综合考虑,提出一种带有联合灰度信息的灰度共生矩阵与多尺度MRF相结合的方法。实验结果表明,该方法能够有效地提高分割准确度。  相似文献

针对图像区域复制—粘贴篡改,提出了一种基于灰度共生矩阵的检测算法。首先将待检测图像分成大小相同的多个重叠块,用灰度共生矩阵的统计量表示每块图像的纹理特征,得到图像的特征矢量。然后将特征矢量进行字典排序,并结合图像块的位移矢量,检测且定位出篡改区域。实验结果表明,该算法在抗旋转处理和效率方面均优于经典的基于主成分分析法(PCA)的检测算法。  相似文献

基于图像的三维模型检索比形状特征和拓扑结构特征具有更易于实现且检索效果好等优点,但现有基于图像的三维模型检索方法存在一些问题,如没有考虑三维深度信息、所提特征不能全部表达三维模型信息且不能实现用户交互操作等。对此提出一种基于深度图像的三维模型相关反馈检索算法:首先提取三维模型深度图像边界方向直方图和Zernike矩特征;然后利用特征距离度量进行三维模型检索,并采用相关反馈技术实现分类器的构造和模型的标注;最后利用调整好的权值分类器进行检索和标注。实验表明,该算法实现了三维模型的相关反馈检索和标注,提高了检索的精确性,并增强了系统的实用性,为进一步进行语义检索打下基础。  相似文献

With the development of manufacture, more and more 3D models are generated by users and many differnet factories. 3D model retrieval has been receiving more and more attention in computer vision and the field of data analysis. In this paper, we propose a novel 3D model retrieval algorithm by cross-modal feature mapping (CMFM), which utilize one single image as query information to address 3D model retrieval problem. Specifically, in this paper, we first proposed to leverage 2D image to handle 3d model retrieval problem, which is one new problem in this field. The proposed feature learning method can benefit: 1) avoiding the interference of query image recorded by different visual sensor; 2) handling cross-modal data retrieval by simple computer vision technologies, which can guarantee the performance of retrieval and also control that the retrieval time hold a low level; 3) the low complexity of this method can guarantee that this method can be applied in many fields. Finally, we validate the retrieval method on three popular datasets. Extensive comparison experiments show the superiority of the proposed mehtod. To the best of our knowledge, it is the first method to handle 3D model retreival based on one single 2D image.  相似文献

为了提高医院图像检索系统对医学图像的检索精度,对基于内容的图像检索方法进行了全面的研究.深入地分析了小波变换和游程长度矩阵在图像检索中的优点,创造性地提出了一种融合小波分解和游程长度矩阵的检索算法.该算法充分利用小波变换可以对图像进行的多尺度分析的优点,以及游程长度矩阵可以描述图像内灰度与游程长度分布规律的优点,使用高斯分布将小波分解后的各尺度图像游程长度矩阵特征进行合理融合.将仿真算法和其它算法进行比较,比较结果表明该方法能有效地提高图像检索的精确度.  相似文献

图像分割是计算机视觉领域的研究热点。灰度共生矩阵是图像灰度的二阶统计度量,反映了纹理图像灰度在方向、局部邻域和变化幅度的综合信息,以能量、对比度、熵、差方差和差熵作为纹理图像的特征,利用支持向量机(SVM)对这些特征进行训练和分类,以达到纹理图像分割的目的。详细说明了纹理图像的分割过程,同时分析了不同参数情况下对分割精度的影响。针对Brodatz纹理库的实验结果表明:该方法具有较好的分割效果。  相似文献

We present a new technique for content based image retrieval using motif cooccurrence matrix (MCM). The MCM is derived from the motif transformed image. The whole image is divided into 2×2 pixel grids. Each grid is replaced by a scan motif that minimizes the local gradient while traversing the 2×2 grid forming a motif transformed image. The MCM is then defined as a 3D matrix whose (i,j,k) entry denotes the probability of finding a motif i at a distance k from the motif j in the transformed image. Conceptually, the MCM is quite similar to the color cooccurrence matrix (CCM), however, the retrieval using the MCM is better than the CCM since it captures the third order image statistics in the local neighborhood. Experiments confirm that the use of MCM considerably improves the retrieval performance.  相似文献

提出一种由灰度共生矩阵生成相应特征图像的算法,进行了图像分割和织物疵点检测。先将织物疵点图像进行灰度级量化至16级,再提取0°,45°,90°,135°四个方向上的灰度共生矩阵,通过计算灰度共生矩阵中的熵、相关性、对比度、差异性、逆差矩共五种特征值并生成相应的特征图像,对常见的5种织物疵点进行了分割检测实验。实验结果证明基于灰度共生矩阵生成特征图像的检测算法是一种检测效果良好的疵点检测方法 。  相似文献

The authors describe a hybrid approach to the problem of image segmentation in range data analysis, where hybrid refers to a combination of both region- and edge-based considerations. The range image of 3-D objects is divided into surface primitives which are homogeneous in their intrinsic differential geometric properties and do not contain discontinuities in either depth of surface orientation. The method is based on the computation of partial derivatives, obtained by a selective local biquadratic surface fit. Then, by computing the Gaussian and mean curvatures, an initial region-gased segmentation is obtained in the form of a curvature sign map. Two additional initial edge-based segmentations are also computed from the partial derivatives and depth values, namely, jump and roof-edge maps. The three image maps are then combined to produce the final segmentation. Experimental results obtained for both synthetic and real range data of polyhedral and curved objects are given  相似文献

This paper presents a recently developed Image Acquisition–Geometric Modelling system for the construction of geometric models of natural or artificial objects. This construction is achieved in a two-step procedure. First, the object of interest is digitised, i.e. points on the surface of the object are computed. Then, based on the cloud of digitised 3D points, an approximating surface, a geometric model of the object of interest, is constructed. Coupled with a mesh generation package, the system presented allows for further processing and analysis of the resulting model instead of the real object itself.  相似文献
