基于三维线弹性理论,采用勒让德正交多项式展开法,推导了正交各向异性材料中纵向导波的耦合波动方程,并对耦合波动方程进行了数值求解。首先,为确定方法的适用性和准确性,利用Disperse软件求解各向同性空心圆柱体中纵向导波的频散曲线,并将其与勒让德正交多项式展开法求解结果相对比,二者结果完全一致。然后,讨论了勒让德正交多项式截止值对轴对称导波频散曲线收敛性的影响,并从数值计算的角度分析了产生影响的原因。最后,针对碳纤维缠绕的复合材料空心圆柱体,分别求解纵向、扭转和弯曲三种不同模态纵向导波的相速度频散曲线。计算了不同径厚比下的弯曲模态相速度频散曲线,分析径厚比的变化对频散曲线的影响。 相似文献

计算了圆柱壳中低阶和高阶周向模态结构振动波的频散结果,得到了相应的频散曲线。着重分析了近场波和衰减驻波的性质及其随频率变化的规律,结果表明:纵向伸缩近场波和扭转近场波都不具有通常意义上的纵向伸缩和扭转的性质,弯曲近场波则具有通常意义上弯曲性质;衰减驻波大体上是弯曲性质的驻波。文中把低阶和高阶周向模态情况下波的频散规律也作了比较。 相似文献

研究工程中流体管道的结构损伤识别技术具有现实的意义。以实现管道损伤定位为目的,探讨超声导波检测技术在流体管道的结构损伤识别中的可行性以及其识别精度。选择材料为20#碳钢的圆管为研究对象,根据频散方程利用数值法求解其各个模态频散曲线。以管中导波的传播原理为基础,从管中导波的模式、频散特征、避开截止频率、传播速度等方面因素选择激励信号,通过Abaqus有限元仿真分析导波在流体管道中的传播机理,利用概率密度函数法实现流体管道损伤定位。最后通过在管道上引入切槽损伤和孔损伤进行实验,对定位方法进行验证,实验结果与仿真分析基本吻合,证明了该方法的工程实用价值。 相似文献

皮质骨参数的变化可以反映骨质的健康状况,因此文章提出了一种频散能量匹配算法来反演皮质骨参数。首先,通过频散特性方程计算出预定义参数下的频散曲线数据库;其次,利用时域有限差分算法建立皮质骨声场模型,将仿真的时域信号通过功率谱估计得到频散能量信息,并与数据库进行匹配,通过分析匹配结果的能量从而得到皮质骨的厚度、纵波速度和横波速度。仿真结果显示:与理论值相比,厚度的平均相对误差为3.8%,纵波速度与横波速度的平均相对误差分别为0.6%、0.9%。对三组离体牛胫骨皮质骨进行反演,离体实验结果显示:与真实值相比,厚度相对误差为4.9%,且实验频散曲线与反演得到的理论频散曲线吻合。因此文中所提出的反演算法可以有效获取皮质骨的厚度,横波速度和纵波速度,从而为评价骨质的健康状况提供可靠的依据。 相似文献

多层薄膜-基底结构在工业领域有广泛应用,其中薄膜的厚度与弹性参数等特性对结构与器件性能有显著影响。但对多层薄膜材料参数进行无损定征较为困难。考虑界面波对界面附近材料特性敏感的特点,以及分层薄膜导致液固界面Scholte波频散与分层材料速度分布密切相关等因素,文章首先利用全局矩阵理论分析了分层结构中的声传播,并给出界面上脉冲激励的声压表达式,据此对水浸双层薄膜-基底三层结构材料声速呈正梯度、负梯度、随机分布三种结构中液固界面Scholte波的频散曲线进行数值计算。进一步详细计算了法向脉冲线源激发的界面波瞬态信号随薄膜厚度的变化。结果显示,三种结构中两层薄膜厚度均对液-固界面波频散特性有显著影响,同时不同膜厚对不同频段的Scholte波的“捕获”作用(频率选择性)十分明显。该结果为进一步利用Scholte波频散特性进行多层薄膜厚度定征提供了理论依据。 相似文献

对带有液体的圆柱/管中的波传播进行了研究。在流动为层流的假设下,研究了有粘性液体管道中扭转导波的位移模式和传播特性。分析了波的频散和衰减曲线,得到了粘性、密度等和第一阶扭转模态衰减的关系,确定了粘性液体对扭转导波的影响,为扭转导波在损伤检测中应用做了一些理论工作。数值计算结果与某文献中实验结果符合较好,一定程度上证明了液体中的层流假设,说明了第一阶扭转模态在损伤探测中的优势。 相似文献

The propagation of ultrasonic guided waves in an elastic hollow cylinder with a viscoelastic coating is studied. The principle motivation is to provide tools for performing a guided wave, nondestructive inspection of piping and tubing with viscoelastic coatings. The theoretical boundary value problem is solved that describes the guided wave propagation in these structures for the purpose of finding the guided wave modes that propagate with little or no attenuation. The model uses the global matrix technique to generate the dispersion equation for the longitudinal modes of a system of an arbitrary number of perfectly bonded hollow cylinders with traction-free outer surfaces. A numerical solution of the dispersion equation produces the phase velocity and attenuation dispersion curves that describe the nature of the guided wave propagation. The attenuation dispersion curves show some guided wave modes that propagate with little or no attenuation in the coated structures of interest. The wave structure is examined for two of the modes to verify that the boundary conditions are satisfied and to explain their attenuation behavior. Experimental results are produced using an array of transducers positioned circumferentially around the pipe to evaluate the accuracy of the numerical solution. 相似文献

An exact analysis is presented for acoustic wave propagation in cladded acoustic fibers having a core and an infinite thick cladding both made of piezoelectric hexagonal crystal of 6 mm point group symmetry. The crystalline Z axes of both the core and cladding coincide with the fiber axis. A general dispersion equation is derived for all the acoustic modes propagating along the fiber axis. Two simpler and independent equations which represent the dispersion relations of torsional and radial-axial modes can be separated from the general dispersion equation. It has been found that the radial-axial and general flexural modes are piezoelectrically active while the torsional modes are not. Approximate dispersion relations for pure guided modes in weakly guiding weakly piezoelectric fibers which are much simpler than the exact ones are also given. Numerical results are only presented for pure guided modes. Exact and approximate dispersion curves of several lower order pure guided flexural, radial-axial and torsional modes in a weakly guiding ZnS fiber are compared and they are in good agreement 相似文献

An approximate method is proposed to analyze the acoustic wave propagation characteristics in nonpiezoelectric cladded LiNbO3 fibers of trigonal crystal symmetry. The fiber axis coincides with the crystalline Z axis and the cladding thickness is infinite. This method utilizes coupled mode equations and exact solutions for corresponding cladded fibers of hexagonal crystal symmetry are used as the approximation base. The analysis concentrates on the trigonal materials of 32, 3 m, and ¯3 m groups. Dispersion curves of flexural F11, F21 and F12 modes in such a fiber are presented for the first time with a focus on the fundamental F11 mode. Acoustic modal birefringence phenomenon (or polarization dispersion) has been observed, which means that the dispersion relation of a mode depends on the relative transverse polarizations of the corresponding coupled modes. It was also found that in trigonal cladded fibers there are generally no pure torsional and radial-axial modes, which agrees with results previously obtained for trigonal rods 相似文献

An approximate analysis of the weakly guiding cladded acoustic fiber consisting of a core and infinite thick cladding both with hexagonal crystal symmetry is presented. The crystalline Z axis is parallel to the fiber axis. Weak guidance conditions require that the stiffness constants of the core are slightly less than those of the cladding, and the density of the core and cladding are almost the same. Approximate dispersion and cutoff equations are derived for all pure guided modes. Dispersion curves of several lower-order guided torsional, radial-axial and flexural modes are evaluated using both exact and approximate formulas and they are in good agreement. A simple approximate dispersion equation for leaky (longitudinal-type) modes is also obtained. 相似文献
