Under study is a production system composed of a power motor, compressor, pneumatic percussive machine and a treated medium. Based on the generalized theoretical and experimental data, the author relates productiveness of pneumatic percussive machines, energy intensity of rock breakage in the uplands with the rare atmosphere and elevation of the machine work site above sea level. The obtained results offer a reason-why approach to selection of the pneumatic percussive machine parameters for operation in the uplands.  相似文献

The mathematical model of a 3-D self-oscillatory double-acting hydropercussion system is presented. The dynamic simulation criteria are determined, and the output characteristics of the system are studied numerically in the space of these criteria. The author proposes a promising technology to separate monolith stones and preformed blocks for construction from rocks mass using a diamond rope cutting machine ensuring reduction in labor content, cost and loss as well as enhancing the process production output. The analytical model is developed, and the dependences between the material loss and the technology parameters are found. Statistical distribution functions of clusters of elementary damages are obtained by probabilistic cellular automation modeling of the process of damage accumulation, and their self-similarity when in the intermediate evolutionary stage is revealed. The article describes the experiments on energy transmission from a percussion machine to a pipe via a cone adaptor. The calculation model of the said percussion system is presented, and the calculation and experimental results are compared. An approach to determination of properties of a rock mass with a layered structure by acoustic sounding is proposed on the basis of solution of inverse problems of seismic probing. Methods for selecting the initial approximation ensuring convergence of iterative processes are indicated. The optimal parameters of the input signals and the duration of the output signal are found. Conclusions Rock can be successfully drilled with a tubular rock-breaking tool in a high-energy percussive rig, fitted over the outer surface of the striker mass, surrounding it, and pushed ahead of the striker mass by an amount of the order of the wall thickness of the tool. A tool and striker mass assembled in this way can also be used, without any modification, to break rock. If necessary, blows can be inflicted on the face at small angles by separate parts of the end surface of the tool. The paper describes a mathematical model of a 3D back-action hydropercussion system of self-excited oscillation type. The author determines the space of dynamic similarity criteria and numerically investigates the output characteristics of the mentioned system. Conclusions  
1.  It is proposed that the energy content of dynamic scoops be evaluated on the basis of the quantity of relative power —the ratio of the total power of the drive of the percussive teeth to the capacity of the scoop es. It is also proposed that the ratio es/zf be used as an index of the efficiency of such scoops. Here, zf is the require degree of fragmentation of the rock. Based on this criterion, a scoop with a capacity of 12 m3 is found to have the best energy characteristics.
2.  The proposed design method makes it possible to predict the energy content of the process of excavating rock by means of excavators equipped with a dynamic scoop.
3.  Given the current level of development of pneumatic hammers, from the standpoint of total unit energy expenditures the excavation of rock by excavators and mechanical shovels with dynamic scoops is expedient for rocks having a strength of 70–85 MPa and classified as II or III with respect to block structure.

For two types of cycles, i.e., a continuous one and a cycle with delay at the beginning of back stroke, the results are presented for investigations of variation in characteristics of hydraulic percussive machines. The domains, where the working cycle parameters do not exceed the permissible limits, are plotted in the dimensionless coordinates.
