以高炉-焦炉混合煤气为燃料,采用空气单预热的高温空气燃烧技术对钢包烘烤器进行蕈热式改造。使用后效果明显。同时通过工业性对晓试验,对蓄热式钢包烘烤设备的应用效果进行了研究,并对存在的问题进行了探讨。结果表明,新烤包系统节能效果接近40%。蓄热式钢包烤包装置加热速度快,在线钢包温度能升高240℃以上,钢包温度可达1100℃左右,钢包烘烤质量提高,有利于钢水在钢包内的过程温降减少,并提高生产作业率,降低生产成本。 相似文献

高效节能的蓄热式烘烤是一种典型的高温空气燃烧技术(HTAC,High Temperature Air Combustion).虽经多年发展,但设备在现场的稳定应用一直不甚理想.介绍了此项技术的原理和组成以及在宝钢炼钢厂钢包和中间包烘烤上的应用.根据现场实际使用情况,钢包可以被烘烤到1 100℃以上,包衬上下温差小于65 K,平均节能率为32.46%;中间包可以被烘烤到1 200℃以上,水口烘烤温度达到650℃以上,平均节能率为33.01%.特别是钢包烘烤器的12个季度的节能率一直连续保持在30%左右,说明该高效节能烘烤技术是稳定、可靠的.高效节能蓄热式烘烤能明显提高烘烤温度,节约煤气,进而降低转炉出钢温度,保证连铸的稳定生产. 相似文献
