蓄热式钢包烘烤技术在涟钢的应用

采用ANSYS CFX10.0商业软件对蓄热式钢包烘烤燃烧、流动、传热耦合过程进行模拟计算,给出钢包内部的气流和温度分布情况,分析了不同空气预热温度对钢包烘烤温度、火焰辐射强度的影响,计算结果表明蓄热式钢包烘烤更有利于提高钢包温度及其均匀性。     

蓄热式烘烤对160 t钢包衬温度均匀性的影响

通过160t钢包蓄热式烘烤实验和数值模拟，得出在给定烘烤时间内，当气体不经预热时包衬平均烘烤温度为1220K，包衬圆周温差大于80K；空气-煤气预热至1273K时，钢包烘烤温度可达1300K，包衬圆周温差小于20K。采用助燃空气和煤气双预热蓄热式燃烧技术有利于提高钢包烘烤效率和包衬温度。     

外混式空气雾化高效钢包烘烤氧油枪的研制及应用

高效节能的蓄热式烘烤是一种典型的高温空气燃烧技术(HTAC,High Temperature Air Combustion).虽经多年发展,但设备在现场的稳定应用一直不甚理想.介绍了此项技术的原理和组成以及在宝钢炼钢厂钢包和中间包烘烤上的应用.根据现场实际使用情况,钢包可以被烘烤到1 100℃以上,包衬上下温差小于65 K,平均节能率为32.46％;中间包可以被烘烤到1 200℃以上,水口烘烤温度达到650℃以上,平均节能率为33.01％.特别是钢包烘烤器的12个季度的节能率一直连续保持在30％左右,说明该高效节能烘烤技术是稳定、可靠的.高效节能蓄热式烘烤能明显提高烘烤温度,节约煤气,进而降低转炉出钢温度,保证连铸的稳定生产.
