西柏树矿巷道预注浆技术研究及应用

西柏树矿24号脉855 m中段西脉外运输巷围岩破碎,伴随有较大涌水,使得掘进存在安全隐患大、单班台效低、支护费用高等问题。为了确保巷道掘进的安全及效率,提出了超前探水结合超前预注浆、超前长锚杆支护技术措施,给出了注浆孔工程布置、注浆工艺参数,并进行了现场应用。结果表明：使用超前预注浆堵水、注浆加固,结合超前锚杆,保证了掘进速度,安全系数大大增加,有效减少了人员在淋水环境下作业时间,取得了月进尺45 m,支护成本下降13%的经济技术指标,可为类似矿山提供参考。     

壁后注浆技术在老厂铅矿深部资源主探矿竖井工程堵水施工中的应用

针对云南澜沧铅矿有限公司老厂深部资源主探矿竖井井深720~770 m段涌水量已超过6 m3/h,通过进一步分析地质勘探资料,认为随着井筒继续下掘,井筒涌水量有进一步增加的可能。从确保施工安全与施工质量方面考虑,进行注浆堵水已刻不容缓。本文分析、研究了井筒涌水的原因,提出壁后注浆堵水处理措施。认为通过壁后注浆堵水,一方面可以胶结、充填井筒内壁裂隙,有效地将井筒涌水进行封堵;另一方面,随着注浆帷幕的形成,能够有效加固井壁,提高井筒安全性。通过合理的注浆施工,能够达到有效堵水的作用,并在实际施工中得到验证。

During systemic diseases, various cutaneous lesions can arise. When the diagnosis of the disease is known, it is quite easy to attribute the cutaneous symptoms to this disease. But, when confronted to a child with a rash and fever infectious disease has to be excluded first. If the antiinfectious treatment is not effective, a systemic disease can be suspected. Acute systemic disease may present as malaise, fever and cutaneous lesions, without specific biological abnormalities. The cutaneous symptoms can then be precious in reaching the correct diagnosis.     

Transference and countertransference in the lawyer-client relationship: Psychoanalysis applied in estate planning.

Transference and countertransference forces in the lawyer-client relationship can interfere with the successful completion of the legal work the client retained the lawyer to perform. In such instances, a working knowledge of the concepts of transference and countertransference can aid lawyers in recognizing and managing these forces when they threaten to be disruptive. In more complex cases, a consultation with a psychoanalyst can be highly beneficial to the lawyer in understanding and working with the transferences and countertransferences at play. Two cases from an estate planning law practice are presented to illustrate transference-countertransference dynamics in the lawyer-client relationship as well as how psychoanalytic education and consultation can help lawyers avoid enactments that lead to stalemates and failures in legal practice. 为了研究高效合金烘烤在转炉炼钢中的应用,对高效合金烘烤装置在转炉炼钢生产中的应用进行了实践研究。结果表明,对比传统合金烘烤方式,高效合金烘烤装置可在2~4 h内将15 t铁合金升温至400~600 ℃,进而有效去除铁合金内的结晶水。当铁合金实际温度达到450 ℃时,可将钢中氢质量分数降低至0.000 150%以下,同时出钢温度降低20.31 ℃,转炉终点碳质量分数提高0.027%,脱氧剂消耗降低20%。在满足洁净钢生产的同时,可降低生产成本。

The late second and third trimesters twin pregnancies are a true challenge to the imaging specialist because the detection of chorionicity and amnionicity has to rely upon sonographic clues, such as placenta location, fetal gender, membrane origin, thickness, and layer. Sonographic methods used to determine chorionicity and amnionicity in twins can be extrapolated to any multifetal pregnancy, regardless of the number of fetuses present.

文章介绍了酸洗缓冲剂的作用机理，通过应用实验，研究了酸洗缓蚀剂的应用效果，并对几种常用缓蚀剂的作用效果进行了对比。结果表明，使用酸洗缓蚀剂可抑制酸雾挥发，防止钢材的过酸洗，减少钢材的酸洗耗量０．１３％，吨钢酸耗由２７．３ｋｇ／ｔ降到１５．９ｋｇ／ｔ，并能减少钢材在深加工过程中的氢脆现象，提高钢材的表面质量。     

Bisphosphonates in bone diseases

Bisphosphonates are a class of drugs which are strongly attracted to the bone where they influence the calcium metabolism, mainly by inhibition of the osteoclast-mediated bone resorption. This property makes these compounds suited for the treatment of several diseases of the bone. In Paget's disease, several bisphosphonates can reduce bone pain and decrease the bone turnover 60-70%. Cyclical oral etidronate and daily oral alendronate both proved to reduce the vertebral fracture rate for postmenopausal osteoporotic woman, while most investigated bisphosphonates can increase spinal bone mass in osteoporosis. Bisphosphonates can help lowering serum calcium and reverse skeletal complications in malignancy mediated bone diseases. Oral and intravenous administration of therapeutic doses is relatively safe. In general, gastrointestinal disturbances are described most often and the oldest, least potent, bisphosphonate etidronate can induce osteomalacia. The various characteristics of bisphosphonates: physicochemical, biological, therapeutic and toxicological, vary greatly depending on the structure of the individual bisphosphonate. Even small changes in the structure can lead to enormous differences in potency. Overall, this class of drugs offers several prospects for the future.
