针对外包情境下品牌商主导的绿色供应链,考虑产品全外包与制造外包两种情境,分别构建集中式决策、分散式决策博弈模型,得到各主体相应的最优决策。研究结果表明,无论是全外包还是制造外包情境下,相比分散式决策,集中式决策时的碳减排水平更高;同时,无论采取何种决策方式,全外包情境下能达到更高的碳减排水平。通过数值分析探讨碳减排成本系数和碳回扣系数对最优订购量、碳排放总量以及供应链利润的影响。  相似文献

Given high-tech industry trends such as limited production, diverse model range, short product life cycle, and high customer responsiveness, issues related to recognitive core vs. non-core operations in internal vs. external environments are crucial in hi-tech production systems planning. This work elucidates the relationship between capacity planning and suppliers with a focus on quantity allocation, manufacturing quantity, capacity limit, warehouse space, and time period for hi-tech production planning. A fuzzy multiple-goal programming approach is adopted to model total cost, holding cost, and rework cost in order to analyse the relative cost-effectiveness of different factors. The proposed model was examined via the fuzzy analysis of its application to an actual building-integrated photovoltaic (BIPV) manufacturer with variable characteristics. The proposed model of cost-effectiveness accommodates variables such as multiple components, quality, and responsiveness, it integrates multi-stage functions, and a specific implementation is demonstrated. Various scenarios are designed to analyse the transaction options for outsourcing under combined schemes. The analytical results in this study can help decision makers to systematically analyse the cost effectiveness of outsourcing during capacity planning in practical applications.  相似文献

分析外包业务的特点对供应链外包模式决策的影响。构建博弈模型,探讨外包业务的销售促进作用对外包模式决策及利润的影响。研究发现,当外包业务不具有销售促进作用时,多数情况下双方偏好同样的外包模式。即使不一致时,对于外包控制权也会互相“谦让”,而非“争夺”。当外包业务具有销售促进作用时,则双方在许多情况下偏好相反,且会出现 “争夺”外包控制权的情形。生产商和分销商的业务外包商在业务成本方面的差异对于双方外包模式的偏好具有重要的影响。  相似文献

Product family architecting (PFA) aims at identification of common modules and selective modules to enable product family configuration for mass customisation. Due to nowadays manufacturers moving more towards assembly-to-order production throughout a distributed supply chain, the common practice of outsourcing of certain modules entails make-or-buy (MOB) decisions that must be taken into account in PFA. While the PFA and MOB decisions are enacted for different concerns of the manufacturer and the suppliers, it is important to deal with joint optimisation of the PFA and MOB problems. The prevailing decision models for joint optimisation are mainly originated from an ‘all-in-one’ approach that assumes both PFA and MOB decisions can be integrated into one single-level optimisation problem. Such an assumption neglects the complex trade-offs underlying two different decision-making problems and fails to reveal the inherent coupling of PFA and MOB decisions. This paper proposes to formulate joint optimisation of the PFA and MOB problems as a Stackelberg game, in which a bilevel decision mechanism model is deployed to reveal the inherent coupling and hierarchical relationships between PFA and MOB decisions. A nonlinear bilevel optimisation model is developed with the PFA problem acting as the leader and each MOB problem performing as a follower. A nested genetic algorithm is developed to solve the bilevel optimisation model. A case study of power transformer PFA subject to MOB considerations is presented to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of bilevel joint optimisation.  相似文献

Offshoring and outsourcing have emerged as two most essential and important strategies for the manufacturing firms globally. This has happened due to the relentless forces of competition and globalisation, which has forced modern manufacturing firms to disaggregate themselves and reach for foreign investments, technological inputs through collaboration and cooperation among markets and partners. Outsourcing and offshoring simultaneously has potential to help the firm to meet three strategic goals i.e. ‘efficiency’ through cost minimisation; ‘exploration’ through an access to the right and technologically capable firm vendors/ Suppliers/ players; and ‘exploitation’ from development of global markets. Both outsourcing and offshoring have grown to a great extent either by the number of companies involved or by the number of multiple nations are involved. Hence, addressing both offshoring and outsourcing strategies together can provides value to the supply chain in economical and efficient way. Therefore, this paper is an attempt to model joint outsourcing and offshoring decision integrated with fuzzy-MCDM approaches using fuzzy data to optimise total cost through right selection of suppliers to meet demand of global markets, thus, achieving efficiency, exploration and exploitation. The model addresses qualitative and quantitative criteria in joint decisions and is also illustrated to show the cost effectiveness.  相似文献

As global supply chains become more developed and complicated, supplier quality has become increasingly influential on the competitiveness of businesses during the Covid-19 pandemic. Consequently, supplier selection is an increasingly important process for any business around the globe. Choosing a supplier is a complex decision that can result in lower procurement costs and increased profits without increasing the cost or lowering the quality of the product. However, these decision-making problems can be complicated in cases with multiple potential suppliers. Vietnam's textile and garment industry, for example, has made rapid progress in recent years but is still facing great difficulties as the supply of raw materials and machinery depends heavily on foreign countries. Therefore, it is extremely important for textile and garment manufacturing companies in Vietnam to implement an effective supplier evaluation and selection process. While multicriteria decision-making models are frequently employed to assist with supplier evaluation and selection problems, few of these models consider the problem under the condition of a fuzzy decision-making environment. The aim of this paper is to create a hybrid MCDM model using the Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP) model and the Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) to assist the supplier selection process in the garment industry in a fuzzy decision-making environment. In this study, the FAHP method is used to evaluate the performance and the weight of each criterion. TOPSIS is then used to rank all potential suppliers. The proposed model is then applied to a real-world case study to demonstrate both the process of calculation as well as its real-world applicability. The results from the case study provide empirical evidence that the model is feasible. The proposed approach can also be used in combination with other MCDM models to better support decision makers and can be modified to be applied in similar supplier selection processes for different industries.  相似文献

Supplier development is increasingly important due to the complexity of today’s supply chains and the globalisation of businesses. Since manufacturers have only limited resources, they need to make an informed decision about which suppliers to develop. Moreover, the returns from investment in supplier development are uncertain, so manufacturers have to take this risk into account when choosing their suppliers for development programmes. In this paper, we propose a multi-objective model for capital allocation for supplier development under risk. We apply it to an example of a global car manufacturer and support the decision-making process with data downloaded from the Bloomberg database. We use stock market returns and cost of capital of suppliers to assess their performance. Our model supports an informed decision, which is that tradeoffs exist between risk and cost of supplier development programme. Depending on the risk aversion of the manufacturer, we demonstrate different allocation schemes for supplier development.  相似文献

Outsourcing is a strategically important activity that enables an enterprise to achieve both short and long term benefits. An important but less well researched issue concerns outsourcing in relation to the long-term performance of an enterprise. This paper addresses this issue from the point of view of the protection of core competencies during outsourcing and by considering the trade-off necessary when certain amounts of knowledge transfer/sharing is inevitable. Two major outsourcing decision variables have been identified and quantified—the significance of the component/process technology involved and the risk of disclosing this technology to suppliers. Nine scenarios are generated by considering each of the two variables at three levels of severity: high, medium and low. Each scenario is explored in terms of the appropriate outsourcing approach, the appropriate management of the core competencies/knowledge, and the selection of suppliers. The validity of the outsourcing decision model is established using four products with 861 components from four manufacturing companies based in China.  相似文献

When making sourcing decisions, many firms consider only the direct and most visible supply-chain costs, such as unit production costs and ocean-shipping costs. Often ignored are the hidden direct and indirect costs in long supply chains, and their impact on profitability. As supply chains lengthen, supply-chain disruptions undercut the ability of manufacturers and retailers to satisfy market demands. Supply-chain disruptions add costs by forcing companies to increase inventories, to juggle production and shipping schedules, to incur excessive backordering, and to airfreight or discount the prices of goods that were not in the right place at the right time. The question is, can higher incidence of supply-chain disruptions in intercontinental supply chains justify keeping the domestic suppliers? To address the question, this paper presents a hybrid continuous-review inventory model for dual intercontinental and domestic outsourcing. The conditions for domestic outsourcing only, for intercontinental outsourcing, and for dual outsourcing were established. The problem of minimising the long-run average cost of outsourcing was investigated, and mathematical optimisation was used to illustrate the model. It is shown that if the cost of service failure outweighs the cost differential between domestic and intercontinental outsourcing, keeping domestic suppliers may be a good option.  相似文献

线下体验服务和保鲜努力投入是影响生鲜电商供应链绩效水平的关键因素。同时考虑线下体验服务和保鲜努力水平,构建生鲜电商供应链决策模型,对集中决策和分散决策下供应链绩效进行比较,在此基础上,设计“双向成本分摊”和“双向成本分摊+收益共享”契约,并验证契约协调的可行性。通过数值仿真,对供应链协调前后最优决策变化以及参数灵敏度影响进行分析。研究发现:1)集中决策、分散决策最优解均与体验服务敏感系数、新鲜度敏感系数呈正相关关系,且集中决策最优解优于分散决策;2)“双向成本分摊”契约可使得体验服务和保鲜努力均达到集中决策水平,但供应链总利润未得到改善;“双向成本分摊+收益共享”契约实现了供应链完美协调,各主体利润均得到帕累托改善。  相似文献

A corporation's offshore outsourcing may be seen as the result of a discrete, strategic decision taken in response to an increasing pressure from worldwide competition. However, empirical evidence of a representative cross-sector sample of international Danish firms indicates that offshore sourcing in low-cost countries is best described as a learning-by-doing process in which the offshore outsourcing of a corporation goes through a sequence of stages towards sourcing for innovation. Initially, a corporation's outsourcing is driven by a desire for cost minimization. Over a period of time the outsourcing experience lessens the cognitive limitations of decision-makers as to the advantages that can be achieved through outsourcing in low-cost countries: the insourcer/vendor may not only offer cost advantages, but also quality improvement and innovation. The quality improvements that offshore outsourcing may bring about evoke a realization in the corporation that even innovative processes can be outsourced.  相似文献

Purchasing is one of the most vital functions within a company and supplier performance evaluation is one of the most important business processes of the purchasing function. Traditionally, companies have considered factors such as price, quality, flexibility, etc. while evaluating suppliers. However, environmental pressures urge them to consider green issues. This study proposes a decision model for supplier performance evaluation by considering various environmental performance criteria. An integrated, fuzzy group decision-making approach is adopted to evaluate green supplier alternatives. More precisely, a fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is applied to determine the relative weights of the evaluation criteria and an axiomatic design (AD)-based fuzzy group decision-making approach is applied to rank the green suppliers. 考虑连续时间内供电商对用户的争抢行为,将广告微分博弈引入智能电网系统中以刻画供电商之间的相互竞争,并建立多供电商多用户Stackelberg博弈模型研究智能电网实时定价问题。通过求解用户侧优化问题及供电商之间非合作微分博弈纳什均衡,最终获得供电商与用户之间Stackelberg博弈均衡,以此得到供电商广告竞争下的智能电网实时电价。数值仿真结果表明:采取广告行为供电商的最大支付随其广告成本和定价先增后减,而随用户规模扩大而递增;另外,随着单位广告成本的增加,供电商统一电价逐渐降低,带来用户效用提高,且拥有较低广告成本的供电商售电较多。  相似文献

This paper explores production and outsourcing decisions for two Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) who produce partially substitutable products and have opportunities to invest in reducing the manufacturing cost. In such an environment, competition drives both OEMs to set lower prices and invest more than would maximize their combined profits, particularly when product substitutability is high. However, outsourcing provides a mechanism by which the two OEMs can credibly signal that they will not overinvest in cost reduction, mitigating a mutually destructive cost competition. Our paper explores the role that an external supplier(s) can play in dampening competition between the OEMs when there are opportunities to invest in cost reduction. In particular, we characterize the conditions under which a supplier can profitably enter the market by inducing the OEMs to outsource production. We first examine a basic model of two identical OEMs in which there is a single common supplier and a single component that is a candidate for outsourcing. Later, we extend the basic model to allow for market asymmetry, two suppliers, and more than one component that might be outsourced.  相似文献

考虑一个物流服务集成商和提供商的两级供应链结构,建立了物流服务供应链两级合作的质量协调基本博弈模型,其中物流服务集成商可以选择质量监控和不监控,提供商可以按质量合同完成合作也可以选择欺骗,论文给出了该博弈模型的混合策略纳什均衡解.然后研究了物流服务集成商本身也存在受到惩罚可能时的多级质量协调的情况,模型进一步考虑了提供商之间的竞争情况对质量协调的影响,得出了新的纳什均衡解.上述模型分析结果表明,通过加强物流合作过程的监督与控制,减少信息不对称性,减少物流合作外包的层数,建立物流服务提供商的竞争机制,及时做好合作的回顾和评价工作等措施可以加强物流服务供应链两级合作的质量协调.  相似文献

研究政府的激励政策对于制造商研发设计绿色产品以及供应链协调机制的影响。通过构建集中决策下的垂直博弈模型、分散决策下制造商领导的Stackelberg博弈模型,分别得到均衡的绿色度、定价策略以及各组织利润。在此基础上提出了基于收益共享或成本共担契约的供应链协调机制,得到最优的成本共担与收益共享比例。利用数值分析对上述结论进行验证,并进行了参数敏感度分析。研究表明,相比于分散决策,集中决策下的绿色度更大、零售价更低、供应链整体利润更大。单一的成本共担契约无法实现供应链协调;对于综合契约协调机制,收益共享比例与成本共担比例负相关。各组织利润与绿色产品单位补贴调节因子以及绿色度敏感度系数正相关、与价格敏感度系数以及绿色投资系数负相关。  相似文献

Decision-making techniques are used to help evaluate the current suppliers’ aim at classifying performance of individual suppliers against desired levels of performance, so as to design suitable plans to increase the performance and capabilities of suppliers. In this study, an integrated model is introduced and proposed for increasing the supplier selection and evaluation quality. The methodology is composed of two steps. The first stage is fuzzy decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory method in which the interactions between the evaluation criteria and the criteria weight have been computed. At the second stage, performances of suppliers are assessed using both the criteria weights obtained at the first stage and fuzzy c-means clustering algorithm by classifying the vendors according to their performances. Obtained results show that the proposed model is very well suited as a decision-making tool for supplier selection decisions.  相似文献

在竞争性的市场环境中引入消费者绿色偏好和参考价格效应,考虑这两种消费者行为特征如何交互作用于供应链上下游的绿色创新活动,进而影响绿色创新活动的绩效结果和利润分配。通过构建集中决策、分散决策和成本分担情境下的供应链绿色创新微分博弈模型,分别求得均衡条件下的供应链成员最优绿色创新努力水平与利润,并通过数值仿真结果进一步探讨消费者行为特征与供应链成员绿色创新努力水平之间的关系。研究表明,消费者偏好特征变化是激发供应链成员作出绿色创新努力的重要因素。制造商可以通过对供应商进行成本补贴来激发其绿色创新积极性,且当供应商边际利润与制造商边际利润的关系达到一定阈值,这种绿色创新成本补贴的激励效果更加显著,因而更有可能实现绿色创新基础上的供应链系统利润最优。  相似文献
