高温和带保持时间条件下低周疲劳研究是近代工程结构十分重要而又复杂的问题。揭示疲劳蠕变交互作用是其中重要问题。本文从其重要因素即不同应力状态、在CP波型下不同应变控制下进行研究,并在取得结果的基础上用数值模拟揭示各因素对交互作用的影响规律。 相似文献

在宏观力学性能与微观断裂模式相结合的基础上建立了断裂特征图。用它描述了12Cr1MoV钢在疲劳蠕变交互作用下的力学行为,并可用它了解断裂机构的主要因素及断裂(断裂寿命、应变速率)的变化规律。12Cr1MoV钢在588℃下的蠕变抗力较弱,它与疲劳抗力的比接近1。该材料的特征图上表现出较宽的FC(疲劳蠕变交互作用区),容易出现FCC(裂纹疲劳形核,蠕变扩展及断裂)断裂模式。经540℃,2×10~5h使用后,材料的疲劳蠕变交互作用性能剧烈降低,断裂模式也发生变化。 相似文献

The cleavage rupture behaviour of the Ti alloy TC11 with various microstructures,i.e.,equiaxed,duplex and interweaving,has been studied under fatigue-creep interaction at520℃.It was found to be not only related to the rate of creep void initiating,but also control-led by the creep strain accumulation on holding under tension test and stress state atcrack-tip.This seem to be combinably offected by both value of critic void initiating strainand parameter,V_(GC),of critic void growth. 相似文献

The formation reason and elimination method of non-uniform microstructure defects in Ti al-loy TC11 bar have been studied.The coagulating and coarsening into block of the part ofgrain boundary α and secondary α seem to be caused by the ingot cogging and initial forgingtemperature in the β region as well as no more enough deformation and uneven distribution.The grain α,elongated α and blocky α may be finally eliminated by adopting the technique of(α+β)thermomechanical processing+β processing,W.Q.+recrystallization annealing,A.C.,thus the size of uniform and fine equiaxed α structure is believed to be reduced to 1.9258μm. 相似文献

通过改变等温变形工艺参数探讨了焊缝显微组织的变化机理与焊件的室温拉伸性能。结果表明:在较低应变速率下,以较大变形量变形时,焊接界面晶粒细化与位错切过晶界和晶内的O/α2相条及O/α2发生拉长、颈缩而断开的机制有关,变形量小时则主要以位错切断晶界及晶内O/α2条为主。应变速率低(10-4s-1)和高(10-2s-1)时,出现的粗细不同条状O/α2相是与动态再结晶的响应速率有关。在980℃,以10-2~10-4s-1应变速率和30%~50%变形Ti2AlNb/TC11双合金焊接接头,可得到高于TC11合金的室温强度。 相似文献

The as-forged Ti3Al-based alloy and TC11 titanium alloy were welded by electron beams in vacuum, and then they were processed using near isothermal
forging and gradient heat treatment. The experimental results show that the near isothermal forging processing parameters
have little effect on the phase constitution of the weld. The weld consists of Ti2AlNb, MoNb, Nb3Al, and TiAl3 phases as well as the two main phases of α and α2. However, the near isothermal forging processing parameters have significant effect on the shape, size, and volume fraction
of α and α2 phases of the welding interface. The sizes of the α and α2 phases increase as the strain rate decreases. Because the distortion energy of the lattice and the volume fraction of the
grains occurring in dynamic recrystallization increase with an increase in deformation, the sizes of the α and α2 phases of the welding interface decrease. 相似文献
