动筛跳汰机是近年来研制的用于分选25(13)~400mm粒级原煤的块煤分选设备,按驱动装置分为液压驱动式和机械驱动式两大类,处理量为50~350t/h,是目前国内选煤行业的最新产品之一。笔者认为,该设备在今后的煤炭洗选加工中具有广阔的应用和推广前景。  相似文献

摇床是使用最多的细粒重选设备,进一步提高其分选效率,在生产上有重要意义。本文运用流体力学有关理论,结合拜格诺剪切理论,研究了矿粒在摇床上的分选行为。结果表明,矿拉群在摇床上的松散是周期性的,床面前进时,剪切分散压最小,床层未松散。床面后退时,剪切分散压最大,床层充分松散。此外,摇床的冲程和冲次越大,摇动曲线越不时称,轻重矿粒的纵向速度差越大,摇床的分选效率越高。  相似文献

介绍了TD16/3.2动筛跳汰机的结构特征、工作原理、技术参数、工业性试验及使用情况。试验结果表明,该机运行平稳可靠,操作调整方便,适应性强;分选300~25mm粒级的块原煤,处理量平均为171.6t/h,Ep=0.07,I=0.078,数量效率98.30%。该设备是目前国内处理量最大、入选粒度范围最宽的动筛跳汰机。  相似文献

论文分析了提高机械式动筛跳汰机分选效率的途径,从动力急回度、双源动力驱动、蓄能器设计与智能控制系统四方面入手,研究了机械式动筛跳汰机技术及工艺参数,并将高效新型机械动筛应用到工业实践。JLT1.6/3.2G型高效机械式动筛跳汰机在陕西金万通选煤厂的工业应用表明:原煤入料粒度50~200mm,分选密度达1.955g/cm3,洗选不完善度I=0.080,数量效率η=96.96%。与常规机械式动筛跳汰机相比,其工艺指标先进,且对煤质变化适应能力较强,分选指标稳定。  相似文献

高效节能矿用防爆对旋主要通风机的叶片是主要通风机运行的关键部件,叶片在运行时不断受到气流的作用力,从而使叶片产生振动,当叶片振动的频率与叶片的固有频率接近时,容易产生共振从而导致叶片的断裂。一旦叶片断裂时,对主要通风机的安全运行产生致命的影响,从而导致矿山、化工等企业发生重大事故,将会产生不可估量的损失。基于有限元分析软件ANSYS,对高效节能矿用防爆轴流对旋主要通风机叶片进行模态分析及产生对应的六阶模态频率,对主要通风机叶片的运行频率、固有频率及产生的共振问题进行了原理分析,并且解决了叶片频率共振的问题,从而为主要通风机叶片结构设计提供理论依据,并对主要通风机叶片的安全运行提供保障。  相似文献
