Circular Economy Planning of China ＂12th Five-year Plan＂ to be Released in Sep.

National Development and Reform Commission(NDRC) recently organized and convened the meeting on the compilation work of Plan of National Circular economy Development (2011～2015),during which the commission researched and founded the leading team to plan the compilation work,and discussed the working schemes and compilation outlines.Xie Zhenhua,vice director of NDRC,said that it is an important strategy of national economics and social development to develop circular economy.The compilation of national circular economy development planning has important significance in faster converting developing styles,adjusting economic structures and realizing green development at the present stage.

应用TEMA-9th进行膨胀节分析设计

按照TEMA-9th,使用有限元分析软件ANSYS对膨胀节模型进行分析设计。简单叙述了TEMA-9th关于膨胀节计算的要求及关键步骤,并通过实例较为完整地对膨胀节进行了分析,对膨胀节在使用有限元分析设计中起到了指导作用。对ANSYS软件分析结果与TEMA-8th标准计算结果相比较,TEMA-8th设计值远大于有限元分析值,此标准在膨胀节的设计中仍具有较大的保守性。     

速溶C.M.C.

C.M.C.是羧甲基纤维素的简称。一般商品是指它的钠盐(CMC-Na)羧甲基纤维素是一种纤维素醚类,线型结构的高分子,其聚合度n大于200,其分子式为R—O—CH_2COONa。其中R代表纤维素。C.M.C.用途十分广泛,主要被广泛应用做为地质、石油部门的钻井泥浆处理剂,纺织印染行业的上浆     

新产品U.S.M.炸药

“达纳马特”等工业炸药,长期以来在其生产、运输、贮存或者使用过程中,曾多次发生过因爆炸而引起的重大事故。新型安全炸药U.S.M.(硝酸铵、硅胶和铝粉的浆状混合物)的出现,解决了以上问题,其特点如下: ①爆炸力与“达纳马特”或者高氯酸铵炸药大体相同。②标准的爆速为4000～4500米／秒,也可以改变其配方,使之达到4500～5500米／秒,如添加某种物料,还可以达到7000～8000米／秒。③未装雷管和起爆药之前,即使遇到冲击、电火花或者放置在火灾现场,也不会引起爆炸,故加工、贮运、使用各方面都极为安全。④不需要建高价的专用火药库,能节省投资。⑤耐水性能好,在海水中也能使用。③现场配料简易,使用方便。⑦爆炸产生的气体中不含CO等有害气体。 根据以上经济和安全方面的优点,有人把U.S.M.的出现,视为工业炸药的革命。菲律宾有一家公司已同日本签订了合同,将在1972年8月前建成月产500吨U.S.M.的炸药厂。     

C.C.M.A.杀菌剂的稳定性研究

C.C.M.A.杀菌剂是我校和有关单位合作,研制成功的一种新型低毒农药——混合氨基酸铜络合物(Copper Complex of MixedAmino-Acids)杀菌剂的简称。该农药生产方法简便、设备简单、成本低廉。经试验发现,C.C.M.A.杀菌剂对果树腐烂病的防治效果达95%左右,对粮食、蔬菜、甜菜等作物的某些病害有防治作用,并能在一定程度上促进作物的生长。今年六月,黑龙江省科学技术委员会组织有关部门的教授、专家正式作出了技术
