高阻抗电弧炉电气参数的测量及电气特性分析

以南钢100t高阻抗电弧炉的生产实际为基础，采用Power Logic 2000电力参数线路监控仪对供电线路进行实际测量。采用在线测试电弧炉电气运行参数的研究方法，取代了传统的短路试验方法，通过对实测高阻抗电弧炉电抗器上下两端电气参数的分析，得出该高阻抗电弧炉熔化期和氧化．精炼时电抗器上下两端的无功功率损耗分别为10.7MVAR和6．64MVAR。     

100MV·A交流电弧炉炼钢电气运行的研究

介绍了天津钢管公司150 t交流电弧炉将变压器扩容至100 MV.A的工程实践,根据原有90 MV.A变压器的电弧炉炼钢电气运行的结果和经验,提出了超大容量变压器的电弧炉炼钢电气运行研究的流程为热试车前模拟研究、热试车研究、炼钢过程实际电气运行研究和生产运行研究。研究表明：考虑变压器的外特性的影响,在具体负载下输出的二次电压不能简单地以阻抗电压百分数来折算,应该以实测的电气运行参数为依据来设定电弧阻抗值。生产运行结果表明,100 MV.A变压器运行良好,冶炼电耗降低5 kW.h/t,冶炼周期缩短2 min。

中钢50t电弧炉炼钢生产实践分析

摘要对中钢公司炼钢厂50t电弧炉炼钢生产实践中出现的冶炼电耗增加的现象进行了研究,从电弧炉炼钢供电制度的角度分析了其冶炼电耗增加的原因。研究中应用高精度仪表实测了电气运行参数,提出了合理的供电制度。推荐使用合适的工作点,采用高档位时,弧流不宜过大。建议随着原料条件及系统阻抗的变化,对不同的原料结构及系统状态,制定合理的供电曲线。生产实践表明,采用合理的供电制度可显著降低电耗。     

交流电弧炉的工作电抗模型与电气运行合理化

论述了交流电弧炉工作电抗模型对其它电气参数计算,电炉功率特性,电气设计、合理电气运行工作点范围等的影响,指出要保证电炉合理电气运行,制定优化供电曲线,必须重视电炉工作电抗模型的研究。     

交流电弧炉三相不平衡供电的研究

提出了三相操作电抗随无量纲电流变化的三相交流电弧炉电路模型,进而给出了适用于三相电流不对称,电压不对称和阻抗不对称情况的计算模型。基于上述三相交流电弧炉电路模型,分析了电流不对称和阻抗不对称对电弧功率的影响,并讨论了交流电弧炉三相电参数互相影响的复杂性。依据本模型可灵活实现三相交流电弧炉的平衡和不平衡供电,进而改善电弧炉的电气运行特性。     

交流电弧炉电气运行仿真研究

应用MATLAB语言的仿真功能,对创建的电弧炉数学模型在不同的电参数条件下进行仿真,形成电气图、供电效率曲线图和电气运行曲线图,结合约束条件,定量给出电弧炉合理的操作区间,为电弧炉运行优化和供电制度的建立提供理论支持。

研究以非线性工作电抗模型为基础上,给出了一套计算电气参量的程序和方法,并将之无量纲化。研究讨论了电弧炉的功率特性,利用制定电气运行圆图和工作点总表的方法,给出了确定交流电弧炉电气运行许用范围和合理工作点的途径,并给出了制定合理供电曲线的一般步骤和准则。

熔炼次数对M17返回料合金成分、组织和性能的影响

实验结果表明,M17铸造高温合金(%:0.16C、8.79Cr、5.79A1、4.93Ti、3.29Mo、15.20Co、0.78V、0.015B、0.073Zr、0.002S、0.001P、0.001 1O、0.001 0N)经25 kg真空感应炉返回重熔后,Si含量随重熔次数的增加而略有增加,合金中主要元素和其它杂质元素S、P、H的含量变化不大,而氧、氮略有增加;合金中初生碳化物由新合金中的草书体逐渐向返回合金块状转变,初生碳化物的遗传性堵塞合金凝固时的补缩通道,使返回料合金的疏松倾向增大,高温塑性下降较大。
