The optical properties of Er3+-doped and Yb3+/Er3+ co-doped 12CaO·7Al2O3 (C12A7) poly-crystals, synthesized by high temperature solid state method, were investigated in detail. For Er3+-doped and Yb3+/Er3+ co-doped C12A7 poly-crystals, two main emission bands centered around 530/550 nm (green) and 660 nm (red) were observed under 980 nm diode laser excitation via an up-conversion process. The intensity of green up-conversion emission had a strong increase in Er3+ (1.0 mol.%, 1.5 mol.%, 3.0 mol.%), and the intensity ratio of red to green up-conversion emission had an increase in Yb3+ (1.0 mol.%, 2.0 mol.%, 10. 0 mol.%)/Er3+ (fixed at 1.0 mol.%). This detailed study of the up-conversion processes allowed us to identify the dominant up-conversion mechanisms in Er3+-doped and Yb3+/Er3+ co-doped C12A7 poly-crystals.  相似文献

 12CaO·7Al2O3炉渣组成为w(SiO2)=6%,w(Al2O3)=46%,w(CaO)=48%,与合金结构钢钢液进行了实验室试验。结果表明,该渣具有很高的碱度,90 min反应结束后钢中w(TO)=0000 6%~0001 3%,w(S)=0000 4%~0001 0%。同时得出为控制钢中总氧含量应将炉渣碱度控制在9左右,钢中生成的夹杂物大都是低熔点、球状、尺寸很小的钙镁铝硅酸盐类夹杂物,这类夹杂物能够避免钢材产生各向异性,并且在轧制时能够稍许变形,能够提高钢材的抗疲劳性能。  相似文献

Using polyethylene glycol (PEG) as the surfactant, Bi3.84W0.16O6.24 up-conversion luminescence nano-crystal co-doped with Yb3+ and Ho3+ ions was synthesized by the hydrothermal method. The structure and properties of luminescence powder were studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). It was of cubic system when the sample was synthesized at a low temperature and the particle size was about 30 nm. The results showed that adding surfactants was useful to improve the powder agglomeration and the grain crystal was spherical. The green emission peak at 546 nm and red emission peak at 655 nm, corresponding to the ( 5F4, 5S2)→ 5 I 8 and the 5 F 5 → 5 I 8 transitions of Ho 3+ , respectively, were simultaneously observed at room temperature under excitation of 980 nm semiconductor laser. The up-conversion luminescence intensity was the strongest when the concentration ratio of Yb3+ /Ho3+ was 6:1 and the concentration of Ho 3+ ion was 1.5 mol.%. The up-conversion mechanism was also studied. The green and red emission peaks were the two-photon absorption according to the relationship between the pump power and the luminescence intensity.  相似文献

The up-conversion of Er3+/Yb3+co-doped transparent glass-ceramics 50SiO2-10AlF3-5TiO2-30BaF2-4LaF3-0.5ErF3-0.5YbF3 containing Ba2 LaF7 nanocrystals under the changing of heat treatment temperature and time were investigated.The Ba2 LaF7 nanocrystals precipitated from the glass matrix was confirmed by X-ray diffraction(XRD).The structural investigation carried out by XRD and transmission electron microscopy(TEM) evidenced the formation of cubic Ba2 LaF7 nanocrystals with crystal size of about 14 nm.Comparing with the samples before heat treatment,the high efficiency up-conversion emission of Er3+/Yb3+co-doped samples was observed in the glass-ceramics under 980 nm laser diode excitation.The increase in red emission intensity bands was stronger than the green bands when the crystal size increased.The mechanism for the up-conversion process in the glass-ceramics and the reasons for the increase of Er3+/Yb3+co-doped up-conversion intensity after heat treatment were discussed.  相似文献

在试验室用MoSi2井式电阻炉试验研究了12CaO·7Al2OO3的预熔工艺和含10%~20%BaO、2%~6%MgO、1%~3%Li2O,(12CaO·7Al2O3)/SiO2=8~10的12CaO·7Al2O3基精炼渣对成分为(%)0.23C、1.29Mn、0.44Si、0.026P、0.023S、0.04Mo、0.02Cr、0.06Cu的低碳钢的脱硫能力。结果表明,12CaO·7Al2O3基预熔精炼渣具有较好的脱硫能力,在1 590℃加入量为3%的条件下,能将钢液中的硫含量从0.030%降低到0.006%,脱硫率80.00%。通过运用正交方法对渣成分进行优化,得出12CaO·7A国2O3基精炼渣的优化渣系为:15%BaO,4%MgO,3%Li2O,(12CaO·7Al2O3)/SiO2=9。  相似文献

A series of chalcohalide glasses based on the composition of 0.9(Ge30Ga5Se65)-0.1CsI with different Tm3+/Dy3+-codoped ions concentrations were synthesized by melt-quenching technique.The absorption spectra and 2.9 μm mid-infrared fluorescence spectra of glass samples under 800 nm laser excitation were measured.The results showed that Tm3+ was an efficient sensitizer,which could enhance the Dy3+: 2.9 μm fluorescence intensity significantly.The effective energy transfer between the two rare-earth ions were mainly attributed to the resonance energy transfer from Tm3+:3F4 to Dy3+:6H11/2 level.Emission cross section of 2.9 μm mid-infrared luminescence was also investigated according to Judd-Ofelt theory,σe=2.51×10–20 cm2.  相似文献

The goal of this work was aimed to improve the power conversion efficiency of single crystalline silicon-based photovoltaic cells by using the solar spectral conversion principle, which employs an up-conversion phosphor to convert a low energy infrared photon to the more energetic visible photons to improve the spectral response. In this study, the surface of multicrystalline silicon solar cells was coated with an up-conversion molybdate phosphor to improve the spectral response of the solar cell in the near-infrared spectral range. The short circuit current (Isc), open circuit voltage (Voc), and conversion efficiency (η) of spectral conversion cells were measured. Preliminary experimental results revealed that the light conversion efficiency of a 1.5%-2.7% increase in Si-based cell was achieved.  相似文献

Y_2W_3O_(12)和Yb_2W_3O_(12)的制备及其负热膨胀性能   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
利用液相沉淀法制备了Y2W3O12和Yb2W3O12粉体。经室温XRD测定,Y2W3O12(空间群为Pnca)和Yb2W3O12(空间群为Pbcn)皆为单一的正交相。在50-800℃温度区间对两种粉体进行高温XRD测试,并利用软件TOPAS3.0对其在不同温度下的XRD图谱进行精修,发现Y2W3O12和Yb2W3O12都具有较大的负热膨胀特性,经计算两者的线热膨胀系数(αl)平均值分别为-6.38×10-6℃-1和-4.18×10-6℃-1。与高温固相反应法相比,液相沉淀法大大缩短了粉体的合成周期,降低了合成温度。  相似文献

摘要:为了深入了解非均相脱磷剂中固体CaO在3CaO·P2O5-2CaO·SiO2(C2S-C3P)饱和熔渣中的溶解及反应机理,采用静态浸入法和旋转圆柱法研究固体CaO在C2S-C3P饱和CaO-SiO2-FetO-P2O5(10%)渣中的溶解行为,运用FESEM/BSED EDS对固体CaO和熔渣界面进行了观察,分析了固体CaO与C2S-C3P饱和熔渣间的反应机理。结果表明,加强对熔池的搅拌,能够加快固体CaO在熔渣中的侵蚀速度和溶解速度;发现了固体CaO在饱和熔渣中的溶解数量受熔渣中FeO通过边界层向固体内部渗透深度的影响,FeO渗透深度越深,溶解越多;固体CaO先与熔渣中的硅和磷反应生成磷含量低的C2S-C3P固溶体,待一段时间后,最终生成磷含量高的Ca5(PO4)2SiO4。  相似文献

Gd2O3:Ho3+,Yb3+ nanocrystals were synthesized via solvothermal method.X-ray diffraction(XRD),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),absorption and upconversion spectra were employed to characterize the synthesized nanocrystals.The results of XRD and TEM showed that obtained Gd2O3:Ho3+,Yb3+ nanocrystals were cubic in crystal structure and uniform spherical in morphology.The average crystallite size was calculated to be 7.5 nm.Green and red up-conversion emissions corresponding to(5F4,5S2)→5I8 and 5F5 → 5I8 transition were observed upon 980 nm excitation at room temperature.The results indicated that both green and red luminescence were based on the two-photon processes.Laser power and doping concentration dependence of the upconverted emissions were studied to understand the upconversion mechanisms.Excited state absorption and energy-transfer processes were discussed as the possible mechanisms for the visible emissions.  相似文献

以氯化钙、四硼酸钾为原料,以水为溶媒,采用易于工业化、无污染的水溶液法制备一种新型硼酸钾钙复盐.该方法工艺条件为:去离子水450ml,四硼酸钾和氯化钙的质量比65:7.5,搅拌转速400 r/min,45℃反应3 h.通过化学分析、红外光谱、X射线衍射、扫描电镜等分析测试方法,对所合成的复盐进行了分析和表征.考察了反应温度对晶体形貌的影响.结果表明:所采用的工艺条件是合适的,制备的K2O·CaO·4B2O3·12H2O硼酸钾钙复盐晶型发育良好、形貌规整.反应温度的不同会使硼酸钾钙复盐的形貌发生改变.  相似文献
