利用顶空固相微萃取-气相色谱/质谱联用技术研究大红袍花椒的挥发性成分,探讨了不同纤维头吸附对分析检测结果的影响。结果表明,DVB/CAR/PDMS纤维头能够有效地吸附花椒的挥发性成分;大红袍花椒主要挥发性成分为β-月桂烯(21.41%)、苎烯(17.06%)、β-水芹烯(10.60%)、γ-松油醇(萜品醇)(9.50%)、桧烯(8.32%)、β-罗勒烯(8.00%)、胺叶油素(7.09%)、罗勒烯(3.82%)、α-蒎烯(3.59%)、香橙烯(1.15%)、α-乙酸松油酯(1.08%)等萜烯类以及醇类或酯类化合物。 相似文献

采用顶空-固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱/嗅闻联用技术(HS-SPME-GC-MS/O),对不同厂家的4组纸张样品的挥发性物质进行了定性、定量分析;据挥发性成分的气味特征和嗅觉阈值,准确定位了异味成分,并确定了相关化合物对纸张整体异味的贡献水平。通过主成分分析、聚类分析、热图和相关性计算等多种计量手段,对组间、组内纸张样品整体挥发性成分进行了比较与稳定性评价。研究结果可以为纸张生产及相关环节的挥发性成分管控提供反馈,同时对减少异味的产生具有一定的实际参考意义。 相似文献

利用顶空固相微萃取/气相色谱/质谱联用技术研究陈皮的挥发性成分。采用65μm PDMS/DVB纤维头,于60℃条件下吸附30 min,再使用岛津CBB5石英毛细管色谱柱(25 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm)进行GC/MS分析。结果显示,陕西陈皮的主要挥发性成分为柠檬烯(79.17%),其余含量较高的成分还有松油烯(4.47%)、α-法呢烯(2.85%)、β-月桂烯(1.60%)、γ-榄香烯(1.39%)、散花烃(0.91%)、大根香叶烯D(0.87%)以及β-芳樟醇(0.68%)等。 相似文献

比较分析药对枳实-厚朴及其单味药中挥发油成分。用气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)分离检测药对枳实-厚朴及其单味药的挥发油成分,通过交互移动窗口因子分析法(AMWFA)对其共有组分进行比较,结合质谱库、保留指数及总体积积分法进行定性定量分析。分别定性了枳实、厚朴、药对枳实-厚朴挥发油成分29,19和45种,分别占总含量的95.78%、81.01%、82.91%。药对与枳实、厚朴的共有组分分别为25和12种,三者的共有组分为5种。实验表明药对挥发油组分主要来自于单味药枳实。 相似文献

Hydrogenation of four bituminous coals impregnated with 5 wt% of either mixtures of ZnCl2-MCln (CuCl, CrCl3 and MoCl5) systems or ZnCl2 was carried out using a batch autoclave system at 400° for 3 h at 9.8 MPa of initial hydrogen pressure. The ZnCl2-MoCl5 system showed the highest yield of the hexane-soluble (HS) fraction compared with the other systems irrespective of the coal used. The difference between the yields of HS fractions using the ZnCl2-MoCl5 and other systems was most marked for coals of fairly low volatile matter content, though the conversion was relatively low (47–66%), whilst for coals of high volatile matter content HS yields with the binary melt systems were high (86–91% conversion). Elemental analyses of the HS fractions indicated that the ZnCl2-MoCl5 system is most favourable in decreasing the average molecular weight and the heteroatom content of HS, this characteristic trend being confirmed also with five HS fractions separated by Chromatographic techniques. Both elemental analyses and molecular weights of asphaltene (benzene-soluble materials, BS) indicated that the ZnCl2-MoCl5 system is also most effective in cracking coal structure. 相似文献

建立了顶空静态进样GC-MS快速分析北柴胡果实挥发性成分的方法。选择北柴胡果实,采用顶空静态提取的方法,提取物直接经气相色谱-质谱分析,以NIST数据库检索化合物的结构,以峰面积归一化法测定各挥发性成分的相对含量。结果表明:顶空加热提取挥发性成分经GC-MS分析,鉴定柴胡果实中36个挥发性化学成分,主要挥发性成分为1-甲基-5-亚甲基-8-(1-甲乙基)-1,6-环癸二烯(36.04%),3.7-二甲基-1,3,6-辛三烯(14.77%),2-乙基呋喃(4.42%)。顶空静态进样结合GC-MS定性分析能够快速建立柴胡果实的低温易挥发性成分GC-MS表征体系。 相似文献

A new soybean line, known as high-sucrose/low-stachyose (HS/LS) soybeans, has been developed having elevated sucrose content
and reduced content of flatus-causing oligosaccharides, especially stachyose. There is also increased interest in understanding
the health benefits, functional properties and potential applications for the two major storage proteins of soybeans, glycinin
and β-conglycinin. We evaluated the protein fractionation behavior of a HS/LS soybean line and compared it to normal soybeans
when using the three-step Wu procedure, which employs SO2, NaCl and precipitations at pH 6.4 and 4.8 and a new two-step Deak procedure, which employs SO2, CaCl2 and precipitations at pH 6.4 and 4.8. Both soybean variety and fractionation procedure significantly affected fraction yields,
purities and functional properties. The Wu procedure gave glycinin- and β-conglycinin-rich fractions with 100% purities and
high yields of solids (15.4%) and protein (31.7%) from HS/LS soy flour, which were significantly higher than the purities
and yields achieved with normal soybeans. The Deak procedure was less efficient in fractionating proteins from HS/LS soybeans
than from normal soybeans, producing protein fractions from HS/LS soybeans with purities ranging from 71 to 80%. The Deak
procedures yielded products with unique solubilities, surface hydrophobicities, and emulsification and foaming properties. 相似文献

利用一维沉降炉,对3种煤在O2/CO2和空气两种气氛下燃烧NOx析出特性进行了比较,分析了炉膛温度、过量空气系数对NOx生成量的影响,并对O2/CO2气氛下NOx的生成和破坏机理进行了分析.研究发现两种气氛下NOx都有一个峰值出现,挥发分含量高的煤种峰值靠前, 挥发分含量低的煤种峰值靠后,O2/CO2条件下,峰值出现较空气条件下提前且有所下降;空气条件下NOx的生成量随温度提高较快地增加,而O2/CO2气氛中NOx的生成量随温度变化比较缓慢;在两种气氛下NOx的峰值均随过量空气系数的增加而增加,高挥发分煤在O2/CO2气氛下NOx峰值低于空气条件下峰值,而低挥发分煤则受影响较小. 相似文献
