提出了一种用以克服等信道间距划分、波分复用(WDM)+掺饵光纤放大器(EDFA)陆上光纤通信系统中光纤色散和四波混频(FWM)效应的新方案。采用1550nm处色散为-2.89ps/km/nm的小色散单模光纤(small-dispersionsingle-mode-fiber,SDSMF)可避免严重的FWM效应,同时利用ITU-TG.652非色散位移光纤(non-dispersion-shiftedfiber,NDSF),在EDFA整个带宽范围内(1530~1570nm)补偿SDSMF引入的负色散。采用此方案,一个10路×10Gb/s、10级EDFA级联的等信道间距(1nm)光纤通信系统,经近千公里的光纤传输后,FWM和色散引入的恶化量将分别小于1dB。  相似文献

本文用XRD和TEM研究了Fe73.5Cu1Mo3Si13.5B9非晶合金在520℃20-120min退火后形成的纳米晶结构。结果表明,晶化相为局部具有DO3超结构的α-Fe(Si),尺寸约为14nm,α-Fe(Si)晶粒由DO3有序区和序区组成。随退火时间的延长,α-Fe(Si)的体积分数,Si含量及DO3有序区尺寸增加。在退火时间为60min时,残余非晶相处于一特殊结构状态。α-Fe(Si)相  相似文献

Multivariate statistical approaches are expected to detect and diagnose faults effectively for complex materials processing including steel, iron, copper and aluminium processing. This advanced monitoring of materials processing is essential to address abnormal or faulty conditions in a timely manner. In the aluminium-smelting process, late diagnosis of abnormal conditions such as an anode effect can result in an increase of energy consumption and emission of greenhouse gases. In this article, a new statistical framework is proposed that is based on hierarchal diagnostic approach to diagnose two groups of faults, anode faults and non-anode faults. The system diagnoses faults by predicting the type of fault based on continuous, non-linear and multivariate process data using discriminant partial least squares (DPLS). The new system goes beyond the typical multivariate system in that it also includes the dynamic behaviour of the process during anode changing and alumina feeding. The results of performance evaluation of the new diagnosis system tested using real-data show that the system can diagnose the two groups of faults.  相似文献

An intelligent machine is the earnest aspiration of people. From the point of view to construct an intelligent machine with self-monitoring and self-diagnosis abilities, the technology for realizing an internet oriented embedded intelligent condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system for the rotating machine with remote monitoring, diagnosis, maintenance and upgrading functions is introduced systematically. Based on the DSP ( Digital Signal Processor) and embedded microcomputer, the system can measure and store the machine work status in real time, such as the rotating speed and vibration, etc. In the system, the DSP chip is used to do the fault signal processing and feature extraction, and the embedded microcomputer with a customized Linux operation system is used to realize the internet oriented remote software upgrading and system maintenance. Embedded fault diagnosis software based on mobile agent technology is also designed in the system, which can interconnect with the remote fault diagnosis center to realize the collaborative diagnosis. The embedded condition monitoring and fault diagnosis technology proposed in this paper will effectively improve the intelligence degree of the fault diagnosis system.  相似文献

Automatic in-process data collection techniques have been widely used in complicated manufacturing processes in recent years. The huge amounts of product measurement data have created great opportunities for process monitoring and diagnosis. Given such product quality measurements, this article examines the diagnosability of the process faults in a multistage manufacturing process using a linear mixed-effects model. Fault diagnosability is defined in a general way that does not depend on specific diagnosis algorithms. The concept of a minimal diagnosable class is proposed to expose the “aliasing” structure among process faults in a partially diagnosable system. The algorithms and procedures needed to obtain the minimal diagnosable class and to evaluate the system-level diagnosability are presented. The methodology, which can be used for any general linear input–output system, is illustrated using a panel assembly process and an engine head machining process.  相似文献
