电子系统与元器件的建模分析技术是现代电子技术研究与应用的核心,而CMOS单元则是目前绝大多数集成电路的基本元件。2004’北京大学生电子电路设计竞赛中,以促进模拟电路教学改革为基本目标,突出了现代电子技术的主要器件MOS管的应用与电子电路建模方法及其应用设计技术。竞赛以EDA工具为基本分析和设计工具,以仿真分析为基本内容,比较全面地突出了现代电子技术的应用技术与方法。本次竞赛对教学起到了良好的促进作用。本文是赛前辅导教师培训课题的内容总结,同时也是对竞赛背景的介绍。  相似文献

We extend in this paper some previous results concerning the differential-algebraic index of hybrid models of electrical and electronic circuits. Specifically, we present a comprehensive index characterization which holds without passivity requirements, in contrast to previous approaches, and which applies to nonlinear circuits composed of uncoupled, one-port devices. The index conditions, which are stated in terms of the forest structure of certain digraph minors, do not depend on the specific tree chosen in the formulation of the hybrid equations. Additionally, we show how to include memristors in hybrid circuit models; in this direction, we extend the index analysis to circuits including active memristors, which have been recently used in the design of nonlinear oscillators and chaotic circuits. We also discuss the extension of these results to circuits with controlled sources, making our framework of interest in the analysis of circuits with transistors, amplifiers, and other multiterminal devices.  相似文献

A unified nonlinear state-space model for arbitrary switching converters is presented, which uses discrete-time modeling of switches. Although its compact and powerful notation is valid for all types of switching circuits, perhaps its main application field is power electronics. The proposed model is valid for any electric circuit composed of ideal switches (externally or internally controlled), RLC elements and energy sources. Therefore, the model is general considering semiconductor devices as ideal switches, which are dealt with as discrete-time dynamic systems. Thus the developed model may be either a hybrid continuous-discrete-time one or a full discrete-time one. Moreover, this model is valid as a circuit simulator  相似文献

Two kinds of novel helical slow wave circuit, supported by Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) diamond, are presented. They are applying in miniaturized millimeter wave helical traveling wave tube. Cold test characteristic of these circuits are simulated by MAFIA code. Higher performances are achieved with smaller size, compared with conventional circuit supported by BeO rods. The nonlinear analysis is implemented by Beam and Wave Interaction (BWI) module, which is a part of TWTCAD Integrated Framework. Results have been found to be consistent with the expectation. It should be wider apply in microwave and millimeter wave vacuum electronic devices.  相似文献

The impact of computers on circuit analysis and design and the advent of new electronic devices and integrated circuits have generated much interest in nonlinear circuit theory. Recent successes in the analysis of large-scale systems using network models have further enhanced the importance of the subject. A key to the understanding and analysis of nonlinear circuits is the study of nonlinear resistive networks both in theory and in computation. In the study of nonlinear resistive networks it is necessary to know the global properties of nonlinear functions. Thus Palais' global inverse function theorem is of paramount importance. In addition, a global implicit function theorem is often needed. The latter is given in this paper. We apply the global theorems to derive results on nonlinear networks with unique solutions and with multiple solutions. The theory obtained for networks with multiple solutions can be used to analyze and design bistable circuits. In computation, we extend Katzenelson's piecewise-linear analysis to general nonlinear resistive networks. For networks which have a unique solution under all possible inputs, the method converges in a finite number of steps. In addition, we present an efficient method of computing input-output characteristics of networks with single or multiple solutions.  相似文献

The use of general network analysis programs to analyze complex electronic circuits requires that valid models be developed for the active devices in these circuits. A nonlinear model of the field-effect transistor is presented for use in large-signal applications. From this model several piecewise-linear models suitable for use with an Electronic Circuit Analysis Program (ECAP) are derived. The approximations usable in these models are evaluated, and models intended for use in pulse inverters are presented. Techniques for measuring the parameters in the models are described and results of the measurement of these parameters for a sample of field-effect transistors are given. Finally, the behavior of actual pulse inverter circuits is shown to compare favorably with ECAP-Computed circuit performance.  相似文献

In this correspondence a new method is presented for the analysis of nonlinear resistive networks considering the effect of the dissipated-power-dependent inner temperature of electronic devices on the electrical behaviour of circuits. It is shown that this consideration is only possible if the equations of the electrical network are extended by equations of the corresponding thermal network of the circuit and if all equations together are solved simultaneously. The temperature is introduced as variable and not as a parameter.  相似文献

A program which provides man-machine communication for the analysis of electronic circuits on a time-sharing computer is presented. The program is a part of AEDNET, a simulator for nonlinear networks, written in the AED-0 language and operating on the Project MAC time-sharing computer. The Electronic Systems Laboratory display console is used as a graphical input-output device on which the circuit diagram is plotted and the calculation results are observed. The requirements imposed on such a man-machine communication system are discussed and a unified way of answering these requirements is presented by developing some basic network concepts and their associated data structure. From the experience gained in writing and using the system, several conclusions are reached regarding the features that such a communication program should have to insure convenient and natural man-machine interaction.  相似文献

We present a new type of electronic circuits: e-textiles. Such circuits are made by weaving together specialized component fibers. The fibers have electronic components integrated onto them. Various circuits can be formed by weaving these fibers in various patterns. Connections between fibers are made using contact pads, which are free to move against each other, thus keeping the fabric flexible. We use amorphous silicon thin-film transistors as the active devices and present their fabrication on fiber as well as an inverter circuit woven from the fibers.  相似文献

This paper describes a nonlinear transmission line modeling technique that can be employed to model power electronic circuits. The nonlinearities that can be dealt with also include the switching action of the power devices as well as the nonlinear behavior of saturable inductors and multilayer capacitors. With this new nonlinear technique, the transmission line modeling technique can now be used as a generalized discrete-time modeling tool for power electronic circuits. The nonlinear technique is demonstrated in two examples and the simulations are found to be satisfactory  相似文献

电子设计自动化(EDA)技术已渗透到电子系统和专用集成电路设计的各个环节,各种软件被应用到电子设计和仿真中,使电路的设计、调整和改进更加高效便捷。简单分析了超外差式调幅收音机电路的工作原理,并采用在业界广泛使用的PSpice仿真软件,以456 kHz调幅产生电路代替调谐输入电路,通过电路网单方式对该电路进行直流工作点分析、瞬态响应分析及交流分析,仿真其直流工作点、瞬态响应波形及幅频特性曲线,较真实地反映了电路的特征。  相似文献

A mechanism to demodulate a two-tone high-frequency oscillation in nonlinear electronic devices due to an external electromagnetic field is investigated. The results of a demodulation are low-frequency disturbances to the internal circuits of electronic devices. A method for the synthesis of nonlinear compensators on the basis of the operational equations of electronic devices is offered for protection against low-frequency noise. The nonlinear operator of the compensator is designed so that a cascade connection of the electronic device and the compensator is described by the linear Volterra functional. As an example, the compensation of nonlinear transformations of a detector at high-frequency oscillation is synthesized with the use of results of measurements. The accuracy of the executed compensation is estimated.   相似文献

The systematic dependence of the switching delay occurring in a regenerative circuit is briefly analysed as a function of the input signal.
