SiCa line was injected into liquid pipeline steel at the end of LF refining as calcium treatment, and samples were taken from liquid steel in ladles before and after calcium treatment, liquid steel in mould, and slabs. Results show that Ca content in steel decreased obviously after calcium treatment with production, and the compositions, morphologies and sizes of inclusions in steel also varied with time; Al2O3 inclusions turned to be fine irregular CaS-CaO-Al2O3 compound inclusions after calcium treatment, and then to be fine globular CaO-Al2O3 inclusions in mould, and finally changed to be a few larger irregular CaS-CaO-Al2O3 complex inclusions in slabs; reoxidation of molten steel treated by Ca deteriorates effect of calcium treatment. Thermodynamic study revealed that inclusion variations were related with preferential reactions among Ca, Al2O3 and S and precipitation of S in high sulfur capacity CaO-Al2O3 inclusions. New calcium treatment controlling rules were put forward according to the inclusion variations and requirements of pipeline on inclusion controlling. 相似文献

试验研究了X70管线钢中的夹杂物形貌、成分及大小,试验结果表明,钢中存在大颗粒的硅酸盐或SiO2夹杂物。在分析X70管线钢中硅酸盐类夹杂物存在的有害性的基础上,提出了避免钢中硅酸盐类夹杂物产生的措施,应用于生产并得到了较好的效果。 相似文献

湿H2S环境下引起压力容器及管道的腐蚀、氢致开裂(HIC)、H2S应力腐蚀开裂(SSCC)是当前采油、炼油、化工、煤气生产中最为突出的腐蚀问题和技术难题之一。为此,舞钢对防止压力容器与管道在湿硫化氢环境中的开裂问题进行了广泛、深入的研究,相继成功地开发了一系列不同强度级别的湿硫化氢环境用抗硫化氢腐蚀用钢,具有碳当量低、力学性能(尤其是低温冲击韧性)优良、抗氢致开裂性能和抗硫化物应力腐蚀性能良好的特点,钢板的力学性能、抗氢致开裂性能及抗硫化物应力腐蚀性能均达到了国际先进或领先水平。本文还指出了抗湿硫化氢用钢的生产开发方向并提出了质量改进措施。 相似文献

宝钢管线钢炼钢生产技术进步 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
宝钢自20世纪90年代初开始批量生产管线钢以来,已经生产了API-X42~X80、抗硫化氢X52~X65等钢级管线钢合计超过400万t,并于2006年成功试制了X100和X120厚板管线钢。管线钢板卷已经用于塔里木盆地输油管线、苏丹管线、西气东输管线、中俄管线等国内外输油、输气重点工程。在十多年的生产中,炼钢通过改进装备、集成一贯工艺技术以及现场操作管理技术的进步,在管线钢的纯净度控制、铸坯成分均一化控制以及表面缺陷改善等方面取得明显进步,实物[P]达到50×10^-4%,[S]达到12×10^-4%。 相似文献

The factors which influence center segregation of continuously cast slabs are obtained through analyzing the database of macrostructrue. It indicates that center segregation becomes severer with the increasing content of carbon, phosphorus and sulfur; Center segregation will be reduced obviously if the content of manganese is higher than 1.5% and the ratio of Mn/S is higher than 300; High degree of superheat , high casting speed and increasing width of slabs will increase the degree of center segregation. Since center segregation below class B has little effect on the property of steel, hence, in order to low the ratio of center segregation of class B-1.0 down to 10%, several control strategies are presented as follows: the contents of carbon, phosphorus and sulfur must be focalized in lower range of steel grade demanded, but manganese upper operating range control. The referenced contents of the elements in molten steel are required like this: [C]<0.07%,[P]<0.01%,[S]<0.005%,[Mn]>1.5%,[Mn]/[S]>300; The degree of superheat should be lower than 24℃ and the casting speed should be defined to 1.0-1.1 m·min-1. At the same time, proper secondary cooling system of water distribution should be developed and the precision of continuous caster should be also improved. 相似文献

采用示波冲击试验方法研究了具有不同微观组织高强度管线钢的夏比冲击性能。据该试验的位移-载荷曲线,描述了其断裂能量吸收特征、微观组织中脆性相的存在特点,并以此为依据论证了针状铁素体组织管线钢较铁素体珠光体组织管线钢具有更高的止裂能力。 相似文献
