用丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸羟丙酯(HPA)、甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯(DFMA)、双丙酮丙烯酰胺(DAAM)、甲基丙烯酸(MAA)为单体,经过混合单体的预乳化,用十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)、AEO-9、16-18醇为乳化剂,在过硫酸铵(ASP)引发剂作用下通过乳液聚合法合成了一种含氟自交联型丙烯酸树脂乳液。探讨了不同单体配比对乳液及涂膜性能的影响。研究发现当主要单体配比为w(BA)∶w(MMA)∶w(DFMA)∶w(HPA)=46.6∶32.2∶6∶3、DAAM用量w(DAAM)=2.0%、MAA用量w(MAA)=1.0%1.3%时,乳液反应稳定,单体转化率最高,用于皮革涂饰时涂膜的拉伸强度、耐湿擦性能等优于常规丙烯酸树脂涂饰剂。  相似文献

本文以苯乙烯(St)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸(AA)为原料,采用种子乳液聚合法合成了高固含量苯丙微乳液;研究了乳化剂的种类及用量、引发剂用量、种子阶段引发剂用量对高固含量苯丙微乳液性能的影响。研究结果表明,单独使用十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)且其用量为1%时,可制得固含量大于45%的高固含量苯丙微乳液;在本研究范围内引发剂用量为0.3%、且种子阶段引发剂用量为0.15%时制得的高固含量苯丙微乳液性能最好。  相似文献

以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯腈(AN)、丙烯酰胺(AAM)、丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)等为单体,经预乳化和种子乳液聚合法制得水性上光油.探讨了乳液聚合反应和乳液性能的影响因素,结果表明:w(复合乳化剂)为2.0%(对乳液质量),乳化剂中m(阴离子乳化剂)∶m(非离子乳化剂)质量比为1∶2,单体质量比m(MMA)∶m(BA)∶m(AN)∶m(AA)∶m(AAM)∶m(HEA)为45∶37∶6∶4∶4∶4,86~88℃反应4h制得,该乳液用于纸张的印刷上光工艺,具有光泽度佳、光滑、耐磨等特点.  相似文献

采用半连续乳液聚合工艺,以丙烯酸乙酯(EA)和丙烯酸丁酯(BA)等为聚合单体,以过硫酸盐和亚硫酸氢钠组成氧化-还原引发体系、十二烷基硫酸钠和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚为复合乳化剂进行乳液聚合,通过形成锌离子交联与化学交联复合的结构来改性用于皮革涂饰的丙烯酸树脂乳液。本文系统研究了单体配比、引发剂用量、离子交联剂和化学交联剂用量、丙烯酸用量以及保温段添加引发剂的类型对单体转化率、乳液胶膜吸水率以及力学性能的影响,并进行了皮革涂饰试验。结果表明,当m_(EA)∶m_(BA)单体配比为288∶50,引发剂用量为0.4%,丙烯酸用量为2%~3%,ZnO用量为0.5%,化学交联剂用量为0.5%~1.0%,保温段添加叔丁基过氧化氢复合亚硫酸氢钠的氧化-还原引发剂时,乳液涂层具有良好的耐寒性和耐黄变性,所涂饰的革样柔软度好、塑感轻。  相似文献

以丙烯酸十二氟庚酯(G04),甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA),丙烯酸丁酯(BA)为主要单体,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-9和十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)为复配乳化剂,过硫酸铵(APS)为引发剂,制备含氟丙烯酸酯共聚物.探讨了n(BA)∶n(MMA)、引发剂的种类及用量、乳化剂种类及用量、反应温度、反应时间等因素对含氟丙烯酸酯共聚物性能的影响,并将自制的含氟丙烯酸酯聚合乳液对棉织物进行整理,结果表明:当n(BA)∶n(MMA)=3∶2,APS用量0.6%,乳化剂为m(SDBS)∶m(AEO-9)=3∶2,用量6%,温度为75℃,预乳液滴加时间为3.5h,后续反应时间为1 h时,所制备的含氟丙烯酸酯共聚物具有良好的防水透湿性能.  相似文献

以丙烯酸酯、苯乙烯、双丙酮丙烯酰胺和丙烯酸为单体,采用种子乳液聚合法制备了无甲醛聚丙烯酸酯乳液硬挺剂。讨论了乳化剂用量、阴/非离子乳化剂复配比、硬单体种类、软硬单体比例和双丙酮丙烯酰胺用量对硬挺剂性能的影响。结果表明:当乳化剂用量为5%(对单体质量)、阴/非离子乳化剂复配质量比为1∶2,苯乙烯为硬单体之一,软硬单体质量比为1.0∶1.4,双丙酮丙烯酰胺用量为1.5%(对单体质量),引发剂用量为1%(对单体质量)时,制备的聚丙烯酸酯乳液稳定性良好;用于棉织物硬挺整理,可以使织物抗弯长度明显增加,且具有较好的耐洗性。  相似文献

Since grapevine ( Vitis spp .) rootstock material is being traded increasingly as disbudded woody material a lack of distinctive morphological features on such material necessitates an alternative and reliable means of identification. Methods described here were developed for rapid and efficient extraction of DNA from woody samples rich in phenolic compounds and polysaccharides, and for subsequent identification of varieties by RAPD PCR. Using these methods, and with the application of only one selected RAPD primer, we were able to differentiate sixteen rootstock varieties, including the seven varieties most commonly used in Germany. Problems commonly encountered with reproducibility of RAPD patterns were avoided by choosing primers with a dinucleotide sequence and a high G/C content that allowed a rather high annealing temperature of 45°C. Methods described here should also be useful for other horticultural crops, especially those with woody tissues rich in phenolic compounds and polysaccharides.  相似文献

An internet website (http://cpf.jrc.it/smt/) has been produced as a means of dissemination of methods of analysis and supporting spectroscopic information on monomers and additives used for food contact materials (principally packaging). The site which is aimed primarily at assisting food control laboratories in the European Union contains analytical information on monomers, starting substances and additives used in the manufacture of plastics materials. A searchable index is provided giving PM and CAS numbers for each of 255 substances. For each substance a data sheet gives regulatory information, chemical structures, physico-chemical information and background information on the use of the substance in particular plastics, and the food packaging applications. For monomers and starting substances (155 compounds) the infra-red and mass spectra are provided, and for additives (100 compounds); additionally proton NMR are available for about 50% of the entries. Where analytical methods have been developed for determining these substances as residual amounts in plastics or as trace amounts in food simulants these methods are also on the website. All information is provided in portable document file (PDF) format which means that high quality copies can be readily printed, using freely available Adobe Acrobat Reader software. The website will in future be maintained and up-dated by the European Commission's Joint Research Centre (JRC) as new substances are authorized for use by the European Commission (DG-ENTR formerly DGIII). Where analytical laboratories (food control or other) require reference substances these can be obtained free-ofcharge from a reference collection housed at the JRC and maintained in conjunction with this website compendium.  相似文献

The characterization of the aromatic profile of several apricot cultivars with molecular tracers in order to obtain objective data concerning the aromatic quality of this fruit was undertaken using headspace–solid phase microextraction (HS–SPME). Six apricot cultivars were selected according to their organoleptic characteristics: Iranien, Orangered, Goldrich, Hargrand, Rouge du Roussillon and A4025. The aromatic intensity of these varieties measured by HS–SPME–Olfactometry were defined and classified according to the presence and the intensity of grassy, fruity and apricot like notes. In the six varieties, 23 common volatile compounds were identified by HS–SPME–GC–MS. Finally, 10 compounds, ethyl acetate, hexyl acetate, limonene, β-cyclocitral, γ-decalactone, 6-methyl-5-hepten-2-one, linalool, β-ionone, menthone and (E)-hexen-2-al were recognized by HS–SPME–GC–O as responsible of the aromatic notes involved in apricot aroma and considered as molecular tracers of apricot aromatic quality which could be utilized to discriminate apricot varieties.  相似文献

The advent of the functional barrier concept in food packaging has brought with it a requirement for fast tests of permeation through potential barrier materials. In such tests it would be convenient for both foodstuffs and materials below the functional barrier (sub-barrier materials) to be represented by standard simulants. By means of inverse gas chromatography, liquid paraffin spiked with appropriate permeants was considered as a potential simulant of sub-barrier materials based on polypropylene (PP) or similar polyolefins. Experiments were performed to characterize the kinetics of the permeation of low molecular weight model permeants (octene, toluene and isopropanol) from liquid paraffin, through a surrogate potential functional barrier (25 μm-thick oriented PP) into the food simulants olive oil and 3% (w/v) acetic acid. These permeation results were interpreted in terms of three permeation kinetic models regarding the solubility of a particular model permeant in the post-barrier medium (i.e. the food simulant). The results obtained justify the development and evaluation of liquid sub-barrier simulants that would allow flexible yet rigorous testing of new laminated multilayer packaging materials.  相似文献

This paper describes the second part of a project undertaken to develop certified mussel reference materials for paralytic shellfish poisoning toxins. In the first part two interlaboratory studies were undertaken to investigate the performance of the analytical methodology for several PSP toxins, in particular saxitoxin and decarbamoyl-saxitoxin in lyophilized mussels, and to set criteria for the acceptance of results to be applied during the certification exercise. Fifteen laboratories participated in this certification study and were asked to measure saxitoxin and decarbamoyl-saxitoxin in rehydrated lyophilized mussel material and in a saxitoxin-enriched mussel material. The participants were allowed to use a method of their choice but with an extraction procedure to be strictly followed. The study included extra experiments to verify the detection limits for both saxitoxin and decarbamoyl-saxitoxin. Most participants (13 of 15) were able to meet all the criteria set for the certification study. Results for saxitoxin.2HCl yielded a certified mass fraction of <0.07 mg/kg in the rehydrated lyophilized mussels. Results obtained for decarbamoyl-saxitoxin.2HCl yielded a certified mass fraction of 1.59+/-0.20 mg/kg. The results for saxitoxin.2HCl in enriched blank mussel yielded a certified mass fraction of 0.48 +/- 0.06 mg/kg. These certified reference materials for paralytic shellfish poisoning toxins in lyophilized mussel material are the first available for laboratories to test their method for accuracy and performance.  相似文献
