We have studied a few simple demagnetization models, which are quick and easy to implement in finite-element calculations, and compared them with measured recoil behavior of Nd-Fe-B magnet material, also using a hysteresis model for comparison. The models are used to estimate post-demagnetization performance of an overloaded surface magnet synchronous machine. Two of the simple models, the sloped linear model and the exponent function model, give the most accurate results without significantly increasing the computation time. 相似文献

This paper describes a two-dimensional finite-element analysis of an 8/6 switched reluctance motor with static eccentricity. It describes the influence of the eccentricity on the static characteristics of the motor and shows how to obtain flux lines, flux density distribution, and the flux-linkage/rotor angular position characteristic of the motor in both healthy and faulty conditions, as well as the static torque profiles of phases for different degrees of eccentricity. It shows that, at low current, the effect of the eccentricity is considerable compared to that at the rated current. Fourier analysis of the torque profile is used to study the variations of static torque harmonic contents. 相似文献

We have calculated magnetic field distribution and integral parameters for the slotted, five-phase, permanent-magnet tubular linear motor (PMTLM). We used a finite element (FE) model for the field analysis. We carried out the field analysis for different values of the exciting current and for variable mover position. To obtain experimentally the field distribution and its integral parameters, we developed and tested a physical model of the motor. We compared the calculation results with the measured ones and found a good conformity. 相似文献

针对电动汽车车身阶次振动和车内噪声的主要振源—永磁同步电机的转矩波动,首先通过转矩测量试验测得了电机24阶以内的动态、高阶转矩信号,分析与揭示了永磁同步电机转矩信号的阶次特性现象;为解释该试验现象,从理论上建立了一种考虑非正弦永磁磁场分布、开槽、时间谐波电流的永磁同步电机转矩波动数学模型,获得了谐波转矩的解析解,预测了转矩波动的阶次与频率,进而提出了试验测量动态、高阶转矩信号的转速判据。试验研究和理论研究表明:永磁同步电机的转矩具有明显的阶次波动特征,主要阶次有h-1、2(h-1)、6i+h-1、 6i-h+1阶(h∈N,且由变频器决定;i∈N);h次时间谐波电流将单独引起h-1、2(h-1)阶的转矩波动,h次时间谐波电流、非正弦永磁磁场分布、开槽将共同引起6i+h-1、6i-h+1阶的转矩波动。 相似文献

为避免卷绕式磁控溅射镀膜过程中张力引起的薄膜缺陷,以及原有张力系统响应速度慢、稳定性差等不足,对张力系统进行了分析与优化。通过分析确定了影响张力的关键因素是收(放) 卷的速度和卷径变化,建立了张力系统动力学模型,采用simulink 对张力控制系统进行仿真分析,利用实验验证的方法,分别在原设备和改造后的设备上制备Al2 O3 薄膜,并对比其SEM 图像。改造后的系统可在0. 65 s 内实现薄膜张力实时调整,而原系统需要8 s。改造后的系统能够保证镀制过程中的张力恒定,膜层致密均匀、卷材层间无空隙和皱纹。 相似文献

Compared with a conventional rotating machine, a superconducting rotating machine fabricated by High Temperature Superconducting (HTS) tape has superior performance and efficiency due to the HTS field coil for the rotor which can generate high magnetic flux intensity. The two primary factors for the design of the HTS rotational machine are how to construct the optimal magnetic field path through the air gap located between the rotor and the stator and how to enhance the linkage magnetic flux density between the armature coil in the stator and the field coil in the rotor. A 5 MW HTS motor for ship propulsion is planned for development in early 2011 by a Korean collaboration group of KERI and DOOSAN Heavy Industry. As a part of this R&D efforts, we designed and analyzed the field coil for a 5 MW HTS synchronous motor. In this paper, the computational results of the magnetic field distribution on the whole winding regions of the HTS field coil of the superconducting rotating machine will be also presented and discussed. 相似文献

目的为解决现有纸盒包装机存在的成型与粘盒工序分离、无法适应多规格纸盒生产、生产效率低等问题。方法文中引入发明问题解决理论(TRIZ理论),针对性地分析现有技术问题,提取出技术特征参数并组建矛盾对,通过查询矛盾冲突矩阵得到解决技术问题的发明原理,筛选出可用发明原理后再经过创新设计,对发明原理具体化,形成纸盒包装机成型机构的实际应用方案。结果得到了基于成型模块与喷胶组件有机耦合实现同一工位成型和粘盒,且可快速调整工装,以适用多种规格纸盒的成型机构创新设计方案。结论文中设计的纸盒包装机成型机构实现了成型与粘盒工序的集中,简化纸盒生产工序,又能满足多规格纸盒需求,提高设备柔性。 相似文献

针对现有塑料导爆管生产过程中由于导爆药下药时易黏附在机针底部,导致机针堵塞或药粉在管内壁分布不均、爆速值不稳定的现象,本文通过增加气路装置、利用微气流吹扫药粉,抑制药粉的积聚。试验表明:微气流吹扫条件下,导爆药的下药均匀性和爆速均一性得到明显提高;药粉与导爆管内壁的黏附性亦大幅度增加,药粉脱落堆积现象减少,导爆管的使用可靠性得到提高;此外,机针经气流吹扫后表面温度降低近20℃,大大提高了导爆药的热安定性以及生产的本质安全性。 相似文献

Tracker thermal control system (TTCS) is an active-pumped two-phase carbon dioxide cooling loop, which is developed for the Alpha Magnetic Spectrometer tracker front-end electronics. The maintenance-free centrifugal pump is a critical component in the design mainly due to the limited pressure head with small mass flows. Therefore a correct pressure drop is required to predict the pressure drop for dynamic modeling. As the normal operational temperature of the carbon dioxide in the TTCS is from ??15°C to +15°C, which is very close to its critical point, 33°C, and many two-phase pressure drop correlations may not fit well here. In this paper, we attempt to correlate the pressure drops between the calculations and the experiment of the two-phase CO2 loop. The comparison will focus on one evaporator. Here, the Lockhart/Martinelli correlation is recorrelated with different definition C value for CO2 according to the test results. Comparison shows that, the new correlation can fit the test results well. 相似文献
