对45钢正火态软氮化处理前后的旋转弯曲疲劳性能及其断口进行了定量和电镜分析。从断裂力学观点分析了疲劳最后断裂性质。结果表明:疲劳最后断裂性质取决于材料的强度和韧性。同时,冲击疲劳试验表明:软氮化处理使冲击疲劳性能劣化,这是因表面硬化层约束了柔软心部,使整体材料的韧性变差的结果。因此,表面硬化处理时,在保证设计要求的条件下,尽量减少层深,以保证材料有适应的韧塑性。 相似文献

研究了直接扩散焊接时接头的组织与性能,并研究了不同中间层材料以及不同中间层形态对接头组织和性能的影响。结果表明:直接扩散焊接时由于接头的形成伴随着硬脆碳化物反应层的生成而使接头强度降低。加入中间层,尤其是以镍为中间层时,由于接头中不形成硬脆反应层而具有较高的强度,其剪切强度达到甚至超过石墨本身的剪切强度。中间层形态对接头组织状态及性能有影响。 相似文献

The research on the sintered Sm2Co17 permanent magnets prepared by metal injection molding is still at the exploratory stage. Carbon and oxygen are two key factors that influence the magnetic properties. In this article, the effects of oxygen and carbon on the properties and microstructure of the magnets have been studied. The results indicate that oxygen consumes the effective Sm content of the magnets and forms Sm2O3-the non-magnetism phase, which result in the deterioration of the magnetic properties. Besides, the magnetic properties decrease in evidence with increasing carbon content. The main factor that affects the magnetic properties is the deterioration of the microstructure of the magnets. The Sm(Co, Cu)5 phase decreases, whereas the cell size increases with the increase of the carbon content. When the carbon content is above 0.43 wt.%, the Sm(Co, Cu)5 phase is not enough to form a uniform cellular microstructure. Thus the magnetic properties disappear. ZrC is detected in the magnets by XRD when the carbon content is above 0.21 wt.%. ZrC also reduces the properties of the magnets. 相似文献

The relationship between the microstructure and mechanical properties of the spark plasma sintered AA2024−Y composites subjected to cryo-rolling was investigated. Yttrium addition enhances the mechanical properties of the composites by promoting grain refinement and precipitation. However, there is a clear trend of initial increase and later decrease in the properties. Also, it is observed that 0.3 wt.% of yttrium is the optimum amount of reinforcement content to obtain the highest mechanical properties. To further improve the tensile strength of the composites, cryo-rolling was performed on the composites under standard cryogenic conditions by several passes up to a reduction of 25%. The mechanical properties and the corresponding microstructures of composites after cryo-rolling were correlated. The SEM and TEM microstructures reveal that the samples exhibit dual size grains, i.e., nanograins are formed as sub-grains within the actual grain. Due to the grain size reduction and the increase in the dislocation density, the tensile properties are remarkably improved compared to those of the composites before cryo-rolling. The highest mechanical properties like hardness, YS and UTS are found to be 153 HV, 539 MPa and 572 MPa, respectively, with a reasonable ductility in the composite with 0.3 wt.% Y. 相似文献

采用正交试验方法,研究了合金成分和热处理工艺对铜合金性能的影响.试验表明,Ni和Si元素的质量比对合金硬度和电导率的影响非常大.当二者质量比为5时,对合金电导率的影响较小,且强化效果较好.同时固溶、时效、冷锻也对性能有明显影响.试验所研制的高强高导铜合金兼有较好的力学性能和电学性能,硬度(HB)和电导率分别达到181和24.94 MS/m. 相似文献

采用不同比例矿化剂用量及不同浓度的硅溶胶配制涂料,按照一定工艺制得陶瓷型壳试样,研究了涂料的流变性能,型壳的力学性能及其高温抗蠕变性能.实验结果表明,随着矿化剂加入量增加,陶瓷型壳的力学性能及高温抗蠕变性能随之增加;随着硅溶胶浓度的增加,涂料的粘度及剪切应力逐渐增加,浓度为25% (体积分数,下同)的硅溶胶制得的陶瓷型壳高温强度及高温抗蠕变性能优越. 相似文献
