离子交换色谱法是分离硼同位素的非常有前途的方法,然而工艺过程的影响因素较多,分离实验的工作量很大,为验证同位素分离理论在描述硼同位素分离中的有效性,并将其用于指导硼同位素分离过程,减少实验次数和不确定性,文中采用多柱串联色谱分离实验方法,研究了非稳态下硼同位素在色谱柱中的分布和Y.Fujii同位素分离理论在描述硼选择性螯合树脂分离硼同位素体系的有效性,并将其理论应用于制备工艺设计和验证实验。研究结果表明:Y.Fujii的同位素分离理论除可较好地描述该体系色谱带中同位素的分布情况,理论计算结果与实验数据吻合,制备验证实验的测定结果与理论设计吻合,Y.Fujii同位素分离理论能较好地指导硼选择性螯合树脂分离硼同位素体系的工艺过程。 相似文献

针对1,3-丙二醇发酵液分离提取过程中的脱盐难点问题,采用离子交换方法对1,3-丙二醇发酵液的脱盐进行了研究。选用D001强酸性阳离子交换树脂及D354弱碱性阴离子交换树脂,进行了静态、动态及连续交换工艺的实验,并对阳、阴离子交换树脂交换顺序进行了考察。结果表明,离子交换方法用于发酵液的脱盐工艺具有良好的效果,阳、阴两种离子交换树脂的交换、再生性能稳定,交换后的料液完全能够满足后续工艺的要求,为生物法1,3-丙二醇发酵液分离提取提供了一个新的工艺手段。 相似文献

烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚(APEO)导致的环境问题倍受人们关注,纺织产业链的各个环节都迫切了解APEO的含量及其浓度.以柱层析法和离子交换法对纺织助剂中分离出的APEO进行了初步研究,结果表明,柱层析法中前半部分用甲醇:丙酮=1:9(V/V)洗脱,后部分用纯甲醇洗脱,助剂中的阴离子表面活性剂和APEO能得到较好的分离,APEO含量的相对误差为8.60%;离子交换法中用弱碱性阴离子交换树脂分离效果比柱层析分离效果差,相对误差达到19.40%;而强碱性阴离子交换树脂分离效果较好,误差只有0.40%;微量的APEO可以用硫氰酸钴法(CTAS)定量,做出了APEO分析的工作曲线;用电喷雾质谱对其EO数的分布进行了鉴定. 相似文献

采用化学交换法分离硼同位素,通过在三氟化硼—苯甲醚体系中进行了硼同位素分离生产性试验,使得硼-10同位素在液相富集,硼-11同位素在气相中富集,达到了硼同位素分离与生产目的.经过生产性试验表明:在三氟化硼—苯甲醚体系中通过级联装置可以实现硼同位素的分离,且操作稳定、连续、可靠,可用于工业化生产.硼同位素分离试生产获得了交换塔和络合塔正常运行参数;实现了在分解塔内将络合物成功分解的工艺技术;解决了物料精馏净化技术问题;验证了在交换塔内采用聚四氟乙烯丝网填料富集硼同位素可行性,试验了操作压力、流量等工艺参数对硼-10同位素富集的影响,研究了填料的性能,为实现工业化的投建打下了坚实的基础. 相似文献

近年来,离子交换作为分析化学中的一种分离技术,其发展主要是研制螯合型离子交换树脂和在有机溶剂中进行分离,两者的目的均是为了提高分离金属离子的选择性。我们通过调研和两年多来的工作,认为活性氧化铝对某些阴离子,特别是对硫酸根离子有很高的选择性,并且在某些方面其实用价值高于阴离子交换树脂,所以,有必要讨论活性氧化铝在阴离子分离方面的应用。 相似文献

根据Stocks模型,对混床用阳阴树脂沉降速度、沉降比进行计算和分析。结果表明,符合标准的阳、阴树脂沉降速度、沉降比有很大差别,粒度、密度不同,分离效果就不同,选择和评价混床树脂时,应对阳、阴树脂粒度分布、沉降速度、沉降比进行综合考察,以确定其分离效果。 相似文献

离子交换法因适于低浓度物质的分离富集而被广泛应用于湿法冶金行业,新型高效吸附材料的合成与应用成为该领域的发展趋势。针对铀矿中伴生铼这一稀缺资源需要同步回收的现状,根据新近研发的氨基改性苯乙烯阴离子交换树脂(LSC-Re),通过静态和动态吸附解吸试验,系统考察了溶液酸度、初始浓度、吸附时间、吸附温度等因素对吸附性能的影响,结果表明:在室温(25℃)下,铼溶液初始浓度为100 mg·L-1,该树脂6 h达到吸附平衡,酸度对该树脂吸附铼的影响不大,树脂在pH=1.5时铀铼分离效果最佳,分离系数可达到41.68;树脂的饱和吸附容量达到129.3 mg·g-1;从热力学和动力学角度分析,吸附过程符合Langmuir吸附等温模型和准二级动力学模型,且吸附是自发的吸热过程。动态吸附解吸试验中,控制溶液流速0.5 ml·min-1,动态饱和吸附容量达到76.17 g·L-1,饱穿比为2.35,用1 mol·L-1 氨水进行解吸铼效果较好,8个树脂床体积可将其解吸完全,由此可见富集倍数接近70倍,具有良好的工业应用前景。 相似文献

ABSTRACT A novel, fast and simple separation procedure is presented for separation of plutonium from lighter actinides and fission products. Classical methods, such as TTA-extraction and anion exchange resin techniques, were examined but failed to provide sufficient separation from lighter actinides. A successful procedure based on solid phase extraction chromatography was developed. Plutonium was effectively separated from interfering activities within 8?minutes using TEVA-resin®, a quaternary amine-based liquid anion exchanger sorbed on an inert support. Recoveries of about 70% were achieved for plutonium with decontamination factors of 105 to 10s from neptunium, uranium and thorium. 相似文献

A two-stage process for the preparative separation of rubidium chloride from carnallite from the Dead-Sea Works, Israel, is described. In the first stage rubidium chloride is enriched by successive decompositions and recrystallisations of carnallite from an Rb+ content of 0.02% up to about 4%. In the second stage pure rubidium chloride is obtained by means of displacement development chromatography using a polystyrene-sulphonic acid resin followed by a rubidium-selective cation exchange resin. 相似文献

The effect of pH and temperature on separating a mixture of similar proteins, namely β‐lactoglobulin A (LGA) and β‐lactoglobulin B (LGB) in anion‐exchange chromatography is explored. The proteins carry a slight difference in negative charge at basic pH, providing a separation basis on an Q Sepharose Fast Flow anion‐exchange resin. They were separated at different temperatures and pH values, and the separation factor was evaluated. The experimental results were matched to a theoretical model to compute the equilibrium constant KA. The data shows that an increase in temperature and pH leads to an increase in the retention time of the proteins. The results were correlated with the net charge of the molecule for the separation so that the elution can be simulated for any condition that was studied. Galactose is an aldohexose, which has commercial uses in the pharmaceutical and food industries. Since monomeric galactose is not a freely occurring compound, it must be produced from galactose‐containing hydrolysates. This paper reports the results of experimental studies of the chromatographic separation of galactose in aqueous solutions by ion exchange resins on an industrial scale. Until now, galactose has only been determined from various solutions by liquid chromatography (HPLC) on an analytical scale. Chromatographic separation of galactose from carbohydrate mixtures was studied with strong acid cation exchange resins in Na+, Ca2+ forms and strong base anion exchange resin in SO42– form. The feed solutions were hydrolysates from three possible galactose sources: lactose, gum arabic and hemicellulose in spent sulfite liquor. The main monosaccharide impurities in these raw materials were glucose, arabinose, and xylose. It was demonstrated that large scale liquid chromatography can be used effectively for galactose separation from complex carbohydrate mixtures such as plant hydrolysates as well as lactose hydrolysate. 相似文献
