色散渐减光纤压缩光脉冲

利用色散补偿光纤（ＤＣＦ）及色散位移光纤（ＣＳＦ）压缩重复频率为２．５ＧＨｚ的增益开关量子阱ＤＦＢ半导体激光器出射的光脉冲，将光脉冲由５３．８ｐｓ压缩至２．５ｐｓ，而后利用色散渐减光纤将２．５ｐｓ的光脉冲进一步压缩至０．８３ｐｓ。     

1.48μm掺饵光纤放大器泵源

采用Ｐ型ＩｎＰ衬底新月型结构制备了１．４８μｍ大功率激光器，该激光器与单模光纤耦合输出功率大于４０ｍＷ。     

30km 2.5GHz光孤子波传输与压缩实验研究

通过实验研究了光孤子源的产生及光纤孤子的传输。采用增益开关分布反馈半导体激光器作为超短脉冲源，用１．４８μｍ激光泵浦的掺饵光纤放大器作为第一级功放，用Ｆ－Ｐ腔谱窗降啁啾技术产生变换限制脉冲，用另一只１．４８μｍ激光泵浦掺饵光纤放大器作为第二级功放，得到了重复频率为２．５ＧＨｚ的高功率变换限制光孤子脉冲；进行了３０ｋｍ光孤子传输实验，观察了光孤子的传输特性与高阶孤子的压缩特性。     

用相位模板法制备紫外光写入光纤布拉格光栅的研究

利用相位模板，在２４８ｎｍ ＫｒＦ准分子激光器光束的照射下，在国产高掺锗单模光纤中制作出了中波长为１５４７ｎｍ，峰值反射率约为１０％，带宽为０．６４ｎｍ的调制光纤由拉格光栅。     

自调Q掺饵光纤激光器

研制出一种结构新颖的掺饵光纤激光器，该激光器利用线性光纤环形镜和半导体激光器芯片的背向反射镜组成谐振腔。采用半导体激光器芯片作为饱和吸收体，在９ｍＷ的泵浦功率下，该激光器实现了自调Ｑ脉冲输出。输出光脉冲宽度为１２μｓ，脉冲峰值功率约为２２ｍＷ，脉冲序列的重复周期约为６５μｓ。     

智能化光纤压力传感器

介绍了一种根据光纤弯曲损耗原理，以中空螺旋形光纤环作为压力传感元件，用８０９８单片机进行控制和数据处理的智能化光纤压力传感器。其测压范围可通过选用不同刚度的弹性元件加以扩大或缩小，测压准确度为０．５％，重复性、非线性误差均小于０．５％。     

109公里2.5Gb／s无中继IM／DD光纤传输实验系统

对国内首次２．４８８Ｇｂ／ｓ光纤传输系统实现结果进行了报道。系统工作波长１５５０ｎｍ，利用常规单模光纤实现了１０９公里无中继传，要用ＩＭ／ＤＤ方式，接收机灵敏度为－３０．５ｄＢｍ．     

外腔半导体激光器探测1.5μm波段乙炔分子谱线及稳频

用外腔半导体激光器观测到１．５μｍ波段乙炔（Ｃ２Ｈ２）分子１０条吸收谱线，对各谱线中心波长进行准确定标；对１．５３１５９μｍ的吸收线性质做了初步研究。对外腔半导体激光器的频率实现了分子诺线稳频，在１．５３１５９μｍ吸收谱线上，锁定后激光器的频率变化≤±２ＭＨｚ     

用于掺铒光纤放大器泵浦源的高性能980nm InGaAs应变量子阱激光器

利用分子束外延方法研制出了高质量的ＩｎＧａＡｓ／ＡｌＧａＡｓ庆变量子阱激光器外延材料，其最低的阈值电流密度可达到１２０Ａ／ｃｍ＾２，激光波长在９８０ｎｍ左右。获得了高性能的适合于掺铒光纤放大器用的９８０ｎｍ量子阱激光器泵浦源，其典型的阈值电流为１５ｍＡ，外微分量子效率的典型值和最好值分别为０．８ｍＷ／ｍＡ和１．０ｍＷ／ｍＡ，线性输出功率大于１２０ｍＷ，在２０℃－５０℃的特征温度Ｔ０为１２５Ｋ。器件     

偏频锁定0.633μM碘吸收稳频激光

为了满足大尺寸精密干涉测量对干涉信号的信噪比要求，我们研制了偏频锁定氦氖０．６３３μｍ碘吸收稳频激光器，该系统激光的频率不稳定度为５．５×１０－１２（τ＝１０ｓ），系统的频率再现性为４×１０－１１，可连续锁定６个小时以上，无调制输出功率大于０．８ｍＷ。     

Insertion of triangulated surfaces into a meccano tetrahedral discretization by means of mesh refinement and optimization procedures

In this paper, we present a new method for inserting several triangulated surfaces into an existing tetrahedral mesh generated by the meccano method. The result is a conformal mesh where each inserted surface is approximated by a set of faces of the final tetrahedral mesh. First, the tetrahedral mesh is refined around the inserted surfaces to capture their geometric features. Second, each immersed surface is approximated by a set of faces from the tetrahedral mesh. Third, following a novel approach, the nodes of the approximated surfaces are mapped to the corresponding immersed surface. Fourth, we untangle and smooth the mesh by optimizing a regularized shape distortion measure for tetrahedral elements in which we move all the nodes of the mesh, restricting the movement of the edge and surface nodes along the corresponding entity they belong to. The refining process allows approximating the immersed surface for any initial meccano tetrahedral mesh. Moreover, the proposed projection method avoids computational expensive geometric projections. Finally, the applied simultaneous untangling and smoothing process delivers a high‐quality mesh and ensures that the immersed surfaces are interpolated. Several examples are presented to assess the properties of the proposed method.

Flow calorimeter for enthalpy increment measurements on condensed gases

A flow calorimeter for enthalpy increment measurements on condensed gases is presented. A better knowledge of the properties of the liquefied natural gas is needed, and therefore a liquid loop has been designed for our flow calorimeter. The fluid loop in the calorimeter is designed in order to avoid the two-phase region, since two phases would give compositional disturbances in the measurements. The avoidance of the two-phase region is made possible by increasing the pressure of the test fluid after the measurement section, then heating the fluid at super-critical pressure past the critical point. Finally, the fluid is throttled to the low-pressure gas state at the inlet condition of the compressor that circulates the fluid. To perform the pressure increase, a new cryogenic pump has been designed. To evaluate the new equipment, measurements were taken on liquid ethane over the temperature range 146–256 K at pressure between 0.9 and 5.1 MPa.

Optimum-Simulation von Ernteprozessen

Zusammenfassung Bei der Gestaltung von Ernteprozessen — beispielsweise des Prozesses Mähdrusch, Körnertransport und -abnahme — als transportverbundene Fließarbeitsverfahren mit mindestens zwei verschiedenen Arbeitsmitteln gibt es einen großen Optimierungsspielraum. Solche Prozesse sind mehrstufige Bedienungsprozesse mit gemischter Anordnung der Bedienungseinrichtungen. Außerdem besitzen sie stark ausgeprägte räumliche Aspekte. Es wird vor allem gezeigt, welche Merkmale solcher Prozesse in Simulationsmodellen abgebildet sein müssen, welche Zielgrößen in Abhängigkeit von welchen Einflußgrößen unter Berücksichtigung welcher Prozeßbedingungen ermittelt werden sollten und wie der Bewertungsprozeß zur Ermittlung der gewünschten Informationen gestaltet werden muß.     

A study of centrifugal cast high boron high speed steel

In the present study a high‐boron high speed steel (HSS) roll material was designed. Many expensive alloy elements have been substituted by cheap boron alloy, and high‐boron high speed steel roll has been manufactured by centrifugal casting method. The microstructures, mechanical properties and wear resistance of centrifugal casting high‐boron high speed steel roll have been investigated by optical microscopy (OM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and X‐ray diffraction (XRD) analysis, hardness test, impact test and wear test. The results indicated that the solidification microstructures of high‐boron high speed steel roll consisted of M₂(B,C), (W,Mo)₂(B,C), M₃(B,C), M₂₃(B,C)₆ type borocarbides and martensite, a small amount of retained austenite. Borocarbides were continuously distributed over the grain boundary. After quenching from 1050 °C, local broken network appeared in partial borocarbides, and fine secondary borocarbide precipitated from the matrix. After tempering from 525 °C, the amount of precipitated borocarbide increased significantly. After heat treatment, the hardness of high‐boron high speed steel roll excelled 60 HRC, and its impact toughness excelled 8.0 J/cm². The single groove steel rolling amount of high‐boron high speed steel rolls increases by 500% than that of bainite cast iron roll, when the rolls are used in K₁ mill housing of bar mill.
