Teleservice engineering in manufacturing: challenges and opportunities   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
This position paper introduces the concept and framework of a teleservice engineering system for the life cycle support of manufacturing equipment and products. The proposed system involves the fundamental methodologies that deal with machine performance assessment techniques, self-maintenance machine mechatronics, and remote diagnostics. In addition, a concept on digital service enterprise will be introduced. These methodologies will support remote users and facilities to ensure the performance of consumer products, manufacturing equipment, quality of operations, and productivity of the plant, in particular, for those users and facilities located in remote locations. Finally, research challenges and opportunities are discussed.  相似文献

利用AMESim仿真软件实现注塑机液压系统的仿真模拟,并运用图形化编程语言LabVIEW作为搭建Web服务器的工具,两者相结合搭建了液压系统监控系统,通过内网穿透技术实现真正意义上的远程监控,旨在解决实际维护时人员不在现场,维护效率低,从而影响生产进度的问题。测试结果表明:所设计的注塑机远程监控系统性能可靠稳定,可实现无人值守,对注塑机的出售和升级换代起到非常积极的作用。  相似文献

The implementation of an Internet-based Virtual Manufacturing facility for the development and optimisation of new manufacturing processes is presented. The facility integrates advanced process simulation software, a remote machine monitoring system and multimedia technologies to realise a virtual environment for manufacturing process optimisation. Utilising physics-based process simulations, process parameters and operational sequences are evaluated and optimised with respect to desired product features. Having optimised the operation, a prototype of the part can be created at the facility. During prototyping, process parameters are monitored in real-time. A Case Study is presented, where a 3-axis milling operation is defined, optimised and executed using the facility.  相似文献

基于虚拟现实技术的虚拟制造是实际制造在计算机上的本质体现。本文基于虚拟制造的先进制造思想,讨论了虚拟数控机床仿真系统的结构及系统各模块实现的关键技术,并利用Visual C++、Openlnventor为开发工具实现了虚拟数控机床仿真系统,该系统拥有虚拟装配、虚拟加工及刀具温度场的仿真等功能。以上海机床厂生产的CK6430数控机床为应用实例,验证了该仿真系统的正确性。最后提出了虚拟制造的发展方向。  相似文献

A parametric computer numerical control (CNC) program was developed to make a test complex surface on a vertical milling machine equipped with an external fourth rotational axis. Parametric programming was used in order to get higher flexibility of the manufacturing process. The ball-end milling process was simulated and verified in a virtual model of the machine tool developed with the module integrated simulation and verification of the product lifecycle management software of Siemens NX7®. After that, the real process was carried out on the shop floor to machine the test surface. This demonstrates that the virtual machine tools are an effective resource to simulate and verify the performance of machining processes controlled by CNC parametric programs. The possibility of accurately simulating the parametric CNC program reduces the risk of its implementation and enables a more frequent use of this efficient feature of contemporary CNC machine tools.  相似文献

For efficient and high-quality design of mechanical products, it is now possible to use virtual product models as a basis for functional simulation and verification. However it is not easy to evaluate human operational interfaces of such virtual products only by graphical interfaces. In this paper, a method is proposed to simulate human operational interfaces by use of generic haptic devices. Based on behavioural simulation of virtual product models, appropriate information for haptic interaction is generated, and machine operational interfaces are simulated by use of generic haptic devices. For evaluating the effectiveness of the proposed method, assessment of virtual mechanical switching operations has been performed.  相似文献

塑性加工过程中对各种成形参数进行实时记录和监控,对冲锻工艺的研究以及成形数值模拟时各阶段参数对比有着重要的意义。运用图形化编程语言Lab VIEW作为上位机软件开发工具,利用计算机的强大计算功能和良好的交互性能,与西门子S7-300 PLC及其采集模块相结合构建监控系统,无需配置采集板卡即可实现对冲压工艺状态信息的实时监控。运用OPC技术实现了Lab VIEW与PLC的通信,实现了运用上位机对液压机冲压试验过程的实时监控。实际运行结果证明:该系统运行稳定可靠,能够对液压机的位置、速度、压力等数据进行实时采集、监控、数据导出记录以及系统报警等任务。  相似文献

针对目前数控机床智能监控水平较低、智能化不足的问题,提出基于5G通信的数控机床智能监控与故障诊断系统。该系统以高性能STM32为硬件核心,搭载AliOS Things嵌入式操作系统实现机床电机工作电流、电压、温度和振动信号的实时监测;再提取信号时频域特征,进行故障状态识别,通过5G通信智能网关将异常状态数据上传到远程智能监控服务平台。该平台还能下发指令给监控系统,提示并辅助工作人员对存在故障风险的数控机床进行及时维护。经测试,该系统能够实现高并发海量数据的采集与高速传输,5G通信传输速度在500 Mb/s,传输时延在20 ms以内,平均数据丢包率在2%内。测试结果表明该系统性能稳定可靠,在满足数控机床智能监控同时,为数控机床设备的智能升级提供技术方案。  相似文献

基于IRC5控制器的PC SDK通信二次开发接口,设计了一种局域网络下C/S架构的工业机器人远程监控系统。利用RobotStudio软件搭建ABB工业机器人压铸虚拟工作站,利用Winform软件在.NET平台下编写远程监控程序,通过与工业机器人虚拟工作站的连接,验证了远程监控系统的有效性。仿真结果表明:该系统可实现工业机器人控制器监控、访问权限管理、运行数据获取、I/O信号读写、日志查询和程序编辑与控制等功能,可大幅降低工业机器人远程监控功能的开发难度,为工业机器人远程监控系统的快速开发提供了解决方案。  相似文献

The use of finite element analysis in the development of closed-die forging processes is widely established in industry. However, the simulated and the real workpiece dimensions differ from each other in a significant way, as the interactions between the forging process and the production machine are not adequately considered in the simulation. As a result, multi-stage dies in particular often need to undergo an experimental time-consuming optimization process on the production machine. In this paper a method is presented that allows the coupling of the forging simulation with external machine tool simulation systems and nonlinear-elastic press models in order to consider the interactions between the process and the machine, and to improve the accuracy of the forging simulation. This method of coupled simulation was integrated into a software tool and may be used for single-stage as well as for multi-stage processes in closed-die forging operations. It allows simulation-aided optimization of the dies as early as the design stage as well as individual adaptation to the particular production press well in advance of the test phase of the dies on the press.  相似文献
