聚碳酸酯(PC)和丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)是两种广泛应用的热塑性工程塑料。在这项研究中,一种PC树酯和一种ABS树脂在不同温度下加工或加工多次。用流变仪来进行模拟加工。为研究加工对树脂中添加剂的影响,用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)来分析加工前后树脂的提取液。研究结果表明加工中添加剂会因分解和转化失去,特别是在高温下加工或加工几个周期后。  相似文献

采用化学-机械加工工艺加工ZnSe晶体器件.用X射线衍射分析技术测定晶体器件在加工过程中宏观应力的变化.结果表明:加工后器件的损伤层厚度接近为零.抛光后的器件和加工前的器件的宏观应力相近,表明用该工艺加工对器件的宏观应力影响小,这对器件的应用非常有利.加工实验表明:选用的工艺参数和抛光液对加工ZnSe晶体器件是成功的.  相似文献

An improved immobilised Grubbs 2nd generation catalyst and its application in flow‐through devices, shown for on‐column reaction gas chromatography (ocRGC), has been studied. The coupling of a reaction capillary and a separation column in GC/MS allows direct reaction monitoring and analysis of conversion as well as reaction kinetics. The presented permanently bonded N‐heterocyclic carbene ligand shows a great stability and activity in ring closing metathesis reactions. A salt‐free approach was used to generate the carbene ligand, which can be directly monitored by mass spectrometry. The very flexible design of the immobilised ligand system in reaction channels and capillaries of flow through systems allows the preparation of various catalysts using a broad variety of metal precursors. This strategy of immobilised catalytically active complexes offers a wide range of on‐column reactions combinable with fast reaction screening by high throughput experimentation.

In addition to its CX range of twin screw extruders, Centruy Inc. offers its 3+ RingExtruder through a joint venture with Blach Verfahrentechnik GmbH. The design consists of 12 closely intermeshing co-rotating screws and is claimed to offer a unique alternative for increasing throughput without excessive shear or heat generation. The company adds that rather than relying on high screw speeds the 3+ RingExtruder can achieve higher throughput through increased torque and greater free volume. Century adds that melt flow analysis undertaken on samples produced on the 3+ show no appreciable material degradation. A series of RingExtruders ranging from 30-120 mm are available to meet most throughput requirements. The CT Series of high torque/high speed twin screw extruders offer standard machine diameters from 25mm to 133mm and L/D ratios of up to 52:1. The screw and barrel components are segmented. In the study of iron catalysts, careful passivation is necessary for study of microstructure by ex situ analytical techniques. The passivation procedure used in our study consists of heating the sample in He at the reaction temperature, cooling to room temperature and introducing small amounts of O2 (<1%) in a flowing He stream. A properly passivated sample shows no more than a few nm of surface Fe3O4 on-Fe, when examined in a high resolution TEM. Proper passivation is also characterized by an exotherm of no more than 2–3 K. We show that a Fischer-Tropsch catalyst carbided in CO will show substantial amounts of magnetite, if exposed to air without proper passivation. Such surface oxidation may cause errors in determining the relative amounts of the magnetite and carbide phases in Fischer-Tropsch catalysts, which are important for proper identification of the catalytically active phase.  相似文献

NFM Welding Engineers manufactures the TEM Series of co-rotating, intermeshing compounding twin-screw extrusion systems. The company says that this offers a high torque-per-free volume and high screw speed. The TEM Series can process a wide variety of plastics compounds including wood-plastic composite materials, such as PVC, polyethylene and polypropylene, in combination with most woods including pine, maple and oak. NFM adds that the system requires no pre-drying or pre-mixing, saving capital equipment costs, plant space and maintenance. Polybenzoxazines are newly developed thermoset polymers exhibiting versatility in a wide range of applications including in the electronics and aerospace industries. When combined as composites, the attractive characteristics of both components are apparent. The chemistry of benzoxazine synthesis offers wide molecular design flexibility and thus facilitates preparation of various polybenzoxazine‐based composites. This article reviews recent developments in the preparation and thermal curing of benzoxazine composites with a focus on structure–property relations of cured materials.
