本文在考虑等离子体厚度效应的情况上,详尽地推导了充填圆环状等离子体的圓柱波导中TM模慢电磁波的色散方程;利用相对论空间电荷波理论,导出了相对论电子注在轴向磁场引导下沿等离子体内表面传输时的空间电荷波方程;求得了电子注和慢空间电荷波相互作用的线性增益和频率漂移;讨论了等离子体厚度、密度对色散特性和互作用增益的影响。  相似文献

根据已提出的二维周期介质严格理论,比较详细地分析和研究了介质波导阵列的电磁特性.首先,对存在纵向波传播时(kz≠0)的空间谐波相互作用特征进行了分析,得出了横向波传播色散特性.其次,在横向平面上的两互相垂直方向的波数相等(kx=ky)时,对不同波频率下空间谐波相互作用特性及其产生的阻带分布特征作了详细研究,并对横向纵向波传播色散关系进行了分析和计算.最后,得出介质波导阵列存在纯纵向导波的十分有意义的结论,具有实用价值.  相似文献

根据高双折射色散位移光纤中参量放大和拉曼散射共同作用下的耦合波方程,通过引入拉曼增益的洛伦兹模型,研究了增益谱随相关参量的变化关系。结果表明,增益谱只与三阶色散项的大小及四阶色散项有关;在正常色散区sgn(β4)=1的较大输入功率区域,T频率斯托克斯波增益谱呈现单一峰值。所以,利用色散位移光纤,可提取单一T频率脉冲。  相似文献

应用多光子非线性Compton散射模型和传输矩阵法,研究了Compton散射对一维三元磁化等离子体光子晶体中TE波禁带特性的影响。结果表明,与散射前相比,随等离子体频率增大,散射使左旋极化和右旋极化波的禁带展宽和透射峰值分别减小0.1 GHz和0.21 GHz,禁带中心频率向高频区移动位置增大0.5 GHz。随等离子体碰撞频率增大,散射对左旋极化和右旋极化波的禁带宽度有一定的影响。随等离子体回旋频率、填充率、光入射角和介质相对介电常数的增大,散射对左旋极化波和右旋极化波的禁带有明显的调谐作用。  相似文献

为了理解光子晶体微腔的光学传输特性,探讨微腔的折射率对缺陷模放大特性和谐振频率的影响,采用时域有限差分法计算了含洛伦兹色散介质一维光子晶体微腔的透射谱,分析、比较了不同光子晶体微腔的透射谱。结果表明,微腔折射率的大小决定缺陷模的谐振频率,而介质色散特性将导致缺陷模频率的移动。另外,当通过复介电常数的虚部引入光学增益后,缺陷模在增益介质中被放大,其阈值特性和缺陷折射率的大小密切相关。模拟结果证明通过合理的选择微腔中介质折射率的大小,可以改善微腔的光学特性,降低激光器的阈值。  相似文献

为了研究1维3元磁化等离子体光子晶体的传输特性,采用传输矩阵法得到了TE波通过1维3元磁化等离子体光子晶体后的左旋和右旋极化波的传输特性,用计算得到的透射系数来讨论了周期常数、介电常数、介质层厚度和等离子体参量对其传输特性的影响。结果表明,改变介电常数、介质层厚度和等离子体频率可以实现对禁带数目和宽度的调谐,改变周期数和等离子体碰撞频率不能影响禁带带宽;等离子体回旋频率仅仅能影响右旋极化波的禁带带宽,对左旋极化波的禁带带宽无影响。这为设计1维3元磁化等离子体光子晶体器件提供了理论参考。  相似文献

在三五阶非线性共存时,研究了有损耗单模光纤中基于两光波交叉相位调制的不稳定条件和增益谱.在色散缓变光纤正色散区,分析了五阶非线性系数、色散纵向变化参量以及两扰动的频率大小关系对交叉相位调制不稳定增益谱的影响.结果表明,在五阶非线性下,色散的纵向渐减仍有利于展宽调制不稳定增益谱;正五阶非线性可使增益谱的谱宽和谱峰值增大,并使谱峰位置远离主波频率,负五阶非线性的作用则相反;两扰动频率大小关系不同,色散纵向参量的变化对增益谱的谱峰大小和位置的影响也不同,五阶非线性对交叉相位调制不稳定性的加强或抑制程度也不同.  相似文献

A novel finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) methodology which incorporates both anisotropy and frequency dispersion at the same time is developed for electromagnetic wave propagation in anisotropic magnetoactive plasmas in this paper. The numerical verification of the method are confirmed by computing the reflection and transmission of right-handed/left-handed circularly polarized (RCP/LCP) wave through a magnetized plasma layer, with the direction of propagation parallel to the direction of the biasing field. And, the right-handed / left-handed polarized wave reflection coefficients for electromagnetic signals normally incident upon a conductive plane covered with a layer of magnetized plasma are computed using the new FDTD method. The parabolic electron-number density profile varies only in the direction perpendicular to the plane. The function dependence of reflection coefficients on the number density, collision frequency and external magnetic field is studied.  相似文献

The electromagnetic propagation through an inhomogeneous magnetized plasma slab is studied using the Z-transform formulation of the Finite-Difference Time-Domain(FDTD) method. The direction of electromagnetic propagation is parallel to the biasing magnetic filed. To validate the Z-transform algorithm, the reflection and transmission coefficients for the right-hand circularly polarized wave of the homogeneous magnetized plasma slab are computed by means of discrete Fourier transform. The comparison between the reflection and transmission coefficients of the homogeneous plasma slab and analytical values indicates that Z-transform algorithm is very accurate. When the plasma frequency varies according to the square root and parabolic relations, the reflection and transmission coefficients of the inhomogeneous magnetized plasma slab are computed.  相似文献

本文将电流密度卷积时域有限差分(Current Density Convolution Finite Difference Time Domain,JEC-FDTD)方法扩展到求解任意磁偏角电磁波在磁化等离子体中的传播和共振吸收问题.首先,验证数值算法正确性,分析了法拉第旋转角效应,以及任意磁偏角电磁波在等离子体中的传播特性.然后,求解电磁波在磁化等离子体中的等离子体朗缪尔共振、电子回旋共振、高频混杂共振吸收特性.结合在电离层加热中的应用,重点分析了等离子体高频混杂共振吸收特性,得到了高频混杂共振激发的频率匹配条件.数值结果表明,高频混杂共振吸收是电离层加热的有效方式,对于解释电离层加热机制具有重要意义.  相似文献

The authors consider the propagation of electromagnetic and elastic waves in a medium consisting of alternating layers of two different homogeneous isotropic and nonabsorbing substances. The waves are assumed harmonic and plane and their propagation is perpendicular to the layers. They show the existence of frequency ranges for which the wave propagation is possible and other ones where the waves are vanishing. The dispersion property of this medium is analysed; for low frequencies, the propagation velocity is shown smaller than the expected mean velocity. At last, a detailed work gives the transfer functions for transmission and reflection of the double linear filter constituted of the layered medium set between two homogeneous isotropic media. They pay attention to the isochronous layered medium.  相似文献

The electromagnetic propagation through a magnetized plasma slab is studied using the finite-difference time-domain method by means of the z transform The reflection and transmission coefficients of the magnetoactive plasma for the right-hand circularly polarized wave are presented. The comparison of the results of the Z transform and recursive convolution algorithms with analytic values indicates that the Z transform algorithm is more accurate than the recursive convolution algorithm. The Z transform algorithm overcomes the drawback that the recursive algorithm cannot predict the transmission coefficient of the magnetized plasma slab for the right-hand circularly polarized wave in the stop band.  相似文献

The piecewise linear current density recursive convolution (PLCDRC) finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) method for isotropic dispersive media greatly improves accuracy over recursive convolution (RC) and current density recursive convolution (CDRC) FDTD approaches but retains its speed and efficiency advantages. This letter extends this approach to anisotropic magnetoactive plasmas which incorporates both anisotropy and frequency dispersion at the same time, enabling the transient solutions of electromagnetic wave propagation in anisotropic magnetoactive plasmas. The high efficiency and accuracy of the method are confirmed by computing the reflection and transmission through a magnetized plasma layer, with the direction of propagation parallel to the direction of the biasing field. A comparison to frequency-domain analytic results and CDRC FDTD results is included.  相似文献

In the geometry of a plane-parallel in-plane magnetized ferrite plate with dissipation, the dispersion of forward and backward magnetostatic surface waves propagating in an arbitrary direction relative to the field has been investigated. Dispersion curves as functions of the imaginary and real parts of the complex wave number has been constructed. The group velocity of both wave propagation and increase of wave attenuation have been considered. The frequency range of the experimentally observable waves has been estimated at a specified level of sensitivity of the measuring instruments.  相似文献

Dispersion of forward and backward (dissipative) magnetostatic surface waves is analyzed in the geometry of a plane-parallel in-plane magnetized ferrite plate with dissipation. The results of calculation of dispersion curves and characteristics of the group velocity as a function of the real and imaginary parts of the wave number are presented. A limitation on the dispersion curves and the group velocity with respect to the maximum value of the wave number has been revealed and interpreted on the basis of the aperiodic propagation mode. 为了研究多光子非线性Compton散射对横向磁光效应磁化等离子体光子晶体光子带隙特性的影响,采用多光子非线性Compton散射模型和时域有限差分法进行了理论分析和实验验证,取得了关于晶体色散和调制不稳定性、光子带宽变化的重要数据,并提出了将入射光和Compton散射光作为磁化等离子体光子晶体色散的新机制.结果表明,Compton散射使等离子体色散增强,耦合电磁波通带变窄、阻带变宽,有效地降低了电磁波传输中的交叉相位调制的不稳定性,频率低于等离子体频率的电磁波在等离子体中的传播几率减小.  相似文献
