Tri-network convergence is becoming a hot topic as interest in 3G, the Internet of things, and cloud computing continues to grow. Most countries now place great emphasis on tri-network convergence and one after the other have prioritized it as a means of developing new strategic sectors. With the arrival of 2011, our magazine has the honor of inviting Mr. Hequan Wu, a telecommunications expert from the Chinese Academy of Engineering to deliver a speech on the characteristics and challenges of tri-network convergence in China. According to Mr. Wu, some developed countries have already achieved tri-network convergence and others are promoting it. China has its own characteristics in implementing tri-network convergence, and these characteristics are bringing new management modes and new challenges. Mr. Wu pointed out that new management modes were needed in the process of tri-network convergence in China, and the introduction of the integrated network broadcasting control platform would bring about new challenges to management modes. Adaption to the platform requires cooperation and innovation. Finally, Mr. Wu emphasized the key to the success of Chinese tri-network convergence was to develop new services and business models.  相似文献

Based on the least-square minimization a computationally efficient learning algorithm for the Principal Component Analysis(PCA) is derived. The dual learning rate parameters are adaptively introduced to make the proposed algorithm providing the capability of the fast convergence and high accuracy for extracting all the principal components. It is shown that all the information needed for PCA can be completely represented by the unnormalized weight vector which is updated based only on the corresponding neuron input-output product. The convergence performance of the proposed algorithm is briefly analyzed.The relation between Oja's rule and the least squares learning rule is also established. Finally, a simulation example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of this algorithm for PCA.  相似文献

Fixed-Mobile Convergence (FMC) has become a hot topic in the telecom industry. Telecom operators are paying close attention to discovering a road of convergence based on their existing networks. However,there are no unified strategies regarding the implementation of FMC at present. This article analyzes the deployment of FMC strategies for different types of operators,as well as different network layers,while assessing the impact of FMC on the existing operating modes. Harris hawks optimization ( HHO) algorithm is an efficient method of solving function optimization problems. However, it is still confronted with some limitations in terms of low precision, low convergence speed and stagnation to local optimum. To this end, an improved HHO ( IHHO) algorithm based on good point set and nonlinear convergence formula is proposed. First, a good point set is used to initialize the positions of the population uniformly and randomly in the whole search area. Second, a nonlinear exponential convergence formula is designed to balance exploration stage and exploitation stage of IHHO algorithm, aiming to find all the areas containing the solutions more comprehensively and accurately. The proposed IHHO algorithm tests 17 functions and uses Wilcoxon test to verify the effectiveness. The results indicate that IHHO algorithm not only has faster convergence speed than other comparative algorithms, but also improves the accuracy of solution effectively and enhances its robustness under low dimensional and high dimensional conditions.  相似文献

Particle swarm optimization (PSO) has shown a good performance on solving global optimization problems.Traditional PSO has two main drawbacks of premature convergence and low convergence speed,especially on complex problems.This paper presents a new approach called Adaptive multi-layer particle swarm optimization with neighborhood search (AMPSONS),where the traditional PSO is improved by employing an adaptive multi-layer search and neighborhood search strategy to achieve a trade-off between exploitation and exploration abilities.In order to evaluate the performance of the proposed AMPSONS algorithm,the performance of AMPSONS is compared with five other PSO family algorithms,namely,CLPSO,DNLPSO,DNSPSO,global MLPSO and local MLPSO on a set of benchmark functions.The comparison results show that AMPSONS has a promising performance on majority of the test functions.  相似文献
