用热化学反应法在Q235钢基体上制备了Al-TiO2-B2O3系粉煤灰复合涂层,并研究了其在不同转速下的冲蚀磨损性能.试验结果表明,在200 r/min、300 r/min、400 r/min的条件下,复合涂层抗冲蚀磨损性能相对基体分别提高了2.56倍、3.86倍和3.20倍.  相似文献

在环氧树脂中分别添加占体系总质量0%、10%、20%和30%的碳化钨(WC)陶瓷颗粒,制备出WC陶瓷/环氧树脂复合涂层,考察了它们的洛氏硬度、抗拉结合强度和抗泥沙冲蚀磨损性能。通过扫描电镜观察了涂层冲蚀试验后的表面形貌,探讨了涂层在泥浆中的冲蚀磨损机理。WC陶瓷/环氧树脂涂层的洛氏硬度均高于纯环氧涂层的洛氏硬度(49 HR),为103~107 HR,且随着WC陶瓷颗粒的用量增多而提高。当WC加入量为10%时,复合涂层的抗拉结合强度最大,达16 MPa;且磨损率最小,为0.017%。WC陶瓷颗粒与环氧树脂基体发生协同作用,既降低了环氧树脂被磨损的概率,又很好地固定住WC陶瓷颗粒,使其难以被挖出脱落,从而使WC陶瓷/环氧树脂复合涂层获得较好的抗冲蚀性能。  相似文献

环氧基耐磨涂料受欢迎重庆工学院材料科学与工程学院日前研制成功的一种水力机械耐磨环氧树脂基涂料,使用效果好,受到市场欢迎。该环氧树脂基涂料由三组分构成:由自制的改性环氧树脂、固化剂、不同粒度的高硬度耐磨陶瓷骨料及一些添加剂组成表面涂层,由双酚A型环氧树脂、固化剂及层片状防锈填料组成中间涂层,以及有机富锌底部涂层。底层和中间层均能有效地防止氧、水和盐等腐蚀介质对金属基体的侵蚀,表面层则具有优异的耐冲刷磨损性能。该产品目前主要应用于工作在浆体冲蚀磨损工况下的工件表面,如泥浆泵、选矿机部件和水轮机叶片等经常受…  相似文献

概述了油气集输管道的冲蚀磨损现状及相应的耐磨方法,重点论述了有机涂层、陶瓷涂层、金属合金涂层这3种耐磨涂层的冲蚀磨损机理及研究进展。指出现今在油气集输管道上最为常用的有机涂层在抵抗冲蚀磨损方面效果并不显著,而日后进行耐磨处理时应根据各集输管道的实际情况选用最为合适的耐磨涂层。在此基础上进一步提出了提高各涂层耐磨性能的技术改进方法,并对其在油气集输管道上的应用进行了展望。  相似文献

金属基耐高温陶瓷涂层抗热冲击性能的研究   总被引:3,自引:1,他引:3  
为提高金属基陶瓷涂层的抗热冲击性能,以无机胶粘剂磷酸二氢铝、耐磨陶瓷骨料氧化铝、碳化硅和氧化镁混合后涂覆于金属表面制得陶瓷涂层。通过交替加热及冷却试验测试该陶瓷涂层的抗热冲击性能,并与其他人的研究数据进行比较。所得涂层抗热冲击次数超过10次,超过了其他人的实验数据,这是由于涂层与基体在界面处相互扩散形成过渡层。另外,宏观上的机械联锁有利于提高涂层与基体在界面处的结合,从而提高了其抗热冲击性能。  相似文献

采用涂搪法烧结制备了Q235钢基体3Y-TZP/LZAS微晶玻璃梯度涂层。利用自制的冲蚀磨损试验机,在15°、30°、45°、60°、75°和90°冲蚀角下,控制冲蚀时间,分别对不同层数梯度涂层进行冲蚀,测定体积冲蚀磨损率。通过SEM对冲蚀后的试样表面进行显微结构分析,研究不同冲蚀角度下梯度涂层的冲蚀磨损机制。结果表明:梯度涂层的体积冲蚀磨损率随冲蚀角度增大均呈现出先增大后减小的趋势,并在60°时达到最大值;梯度涂层的抗冲蚀性能随着层数的增加而增强;低角度下的冲蚀机制主要为切削、犁削效应引起的切削磨损,高角度下的冲蚀机制主要为捶击锻打效应引起的脆性断裂,60°冲蚀角下捶击锻打效应和切削、犁削效应都比较强,涂层磨损量最大。  相似文献

随着高新技术的不断发展,工程机械、设备及构件的工作条件变得日益苛刻,如水轮叶片,水电站闸门以及造纸磨浆机的磨盘等,它们不仅工作在强的腐蚀环境中,同时又不断运转,承受着不同介质的冲击与磨损。一般的耐腐蚀涂料由于所形成的涂层没有足够的机械强度与耐磨性,在受到长时间冲击与机械作用后会很快磨损,乃至剥落而失去对基材的保护作用,因而只能应用于静态工件上。陶瓷防腐涂料耐磨涂层具有良好的耐腐蚀性能和抗冲蚀磨损性能,可成功应用于复杂的机械设备动态工作环境之中,发展前景十分广阔。  相似文献

为提高金属硬密封球阀的抗磨损和耐腐蚀性能,采用超音速火焰喷涂(HVOF)工艺,在1Cr13不锈钢钢基体上制备了WC-10Co4Cr涂层。测试了涂层与基体的结合强度以及涂层的显微硬度、气孔率、抗磨损和腐蚀等性能。结果表明:WC-10Co4Cr涂层与粉末的相结构基本一致,涂层的显微硬度高,组织结构致密且与基体的结合强度高;另外,WC-10Co4Cr涂层还表现出较好的抗腐蚀性能和优异的抗磨粒磨损性能。生产实践表明,这些球阀密封性能好,开关灵活且耐磨和耐腐蚀性能良好。  相似文献

The synthesis of inorganic organic hybrid materials has been undertaken and used as abrasion resistant coatings for polymeric substrates by the sol-gel method. The organic components are diethylenetriamine (DETA), glycerol, and a series of aliphatic diols which are functionalized by 3-isocyanatopropyltriethoxysilane. The inorganic components are tetramethoxysilane (TMOS), aluminum tri-see-butoxide, titaniumsec-butoxide and zirconiumn-propoxide. Solutions of these materials are spin coated onto bisphenol-A polycarbonate sheet and thermally cured to obtain a transparent coating of a few microns in thickness. Following the curing, the abrasion resistance is measured and compared with a control having no coating. It was found that the abrasion resistance of inorganic organic hybrid coatings in the neat form or containing additional silicon, titanium, zirconium, and aluminum alkoxides can be very effective to improve abrasion resistance. The adhesion tests show that the adhesion between coating and substrate can be greatly improved by treating the polymeric substrate surface with an oxygen plasma or a primer solution of isopropanol containing 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane. Other experiments, such as the abrasion resistance tests following conditioning in a hot-wet condition (boiling water treatment), microhardness tests. This work addresses the correlation between stone-chip resistance and mechanical properties of automotive solid colour coating systems. Single-impact tests, which are believed to realistically simulate chipping due to stone impact, were performed to investigate eight different coating systems. Additionally, conventional tests on chip resistance currently used in automotive industry were performed. Results were related to mechanical properties of the coatings, measured by dynamic mechanical thermal analysis and double cantilever adhesion test. It is found that coating systems with a low glass transition temperature for the primer have better stone-chip resistance.  相似文献

In this research, the corrosion resistance and adhesion property of a synthetic rubber-based primer reinforced with different ratios of micaceous iron oxide (MIO) pigments were studied. Coatings were applied on carbon steel panels and also on steel pipes of 219.1 mm outer diameter. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was used to investigate the dispersion of MIO particles in the rubbery matrix. The anticorrosion performance of the coatings was studied, using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and salt spray tests. In addition, the adhesion of primers to carbon steel substrates was evaluated by pull-off test. In order to investigate the effect of MIO particles on the flexibility of the pigmented primers, a cupping test was conducted. The adhesion of cold-applied tape to the formulated primers was assessed by peel adhesion test using hanging mass method. The results indicated that adding 5, 10, and 15 wt% of MIO pigments into the primer improved corrosion resistance of the coatings. An increase in the MIO loading up to 10 wt%, improved the adhesion of the primer to both steel substrate and cold-applied tape.  相似文献

Environmentally friendly hybrid nanocomposite sol–gel coatings as substitutes for chromate conversion coatings have attracted a great deal of attention recently. The coatings derived from hydrolysis and condensation of polymerizable silane precursors tetraethylorthosilicate (TEOS) and 3-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane (GPTMS) were deposited onAA5083 substrates by a dip coating technique. Statistical design of experimental (DoE) methodology based on Taguchi orthogonal design has been used to study and optimize compositional and process parameters using multifactor analysis of variance (ANOVA) analysis method and the adhesion strength of coatings to the substrate as per pull off test has been used as a response. Adhesive strength of sol–gel coatings to the substrate was evaluated using pull off and tape tests. Bending, impact resistance and pencil scratch tests were employed to characterize mechanical properties of different coatings. The surface morphology and chemical composition of the hybrid films were studied by atomic force microscopy (AFM) and Attenuated Total Reflectance-Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (ATR/FTIR), respectively. Optical microscopy (OM) and field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM) were used to investigate structure of the coatings. The results show an increase of the hydrolysis water content at a constant organic/inorganic molar ratio and other variable parameters increases adhesion of coatings to substrate, and optimum coatings exhibit excellent mechanical properties as well as adhesive to the substrate.  相似文献

The concept of superprimers, i.e., primers for metals with the conversion coating built in, has proven to be feasible. Such primers do not require a chromate (or other) conversion treatment of the metal and can be applied on any bare metal. The VOC content in the primer is kept low by using water-dispersed organic resins. Because of the high concentration of organofunctional silanes contained in the superprimer, its adhesion, both to the substrate and to overcoats, is excellent. The corrosion resistance of the primer can further be improved by adding corrosion-inhibiting pigments such as micronized zinc phosphate into the formulation. The corrosion protection performance of these coatings has been evaluated using performance tests and electrochemical methods. The primers have also been characterized with a variety of surface analytical methods. It will be shown that 2000 h of salt spray resistance has been obtained with the primers both on AA2024-T3 and HDG steel. This study will mainly present an overview of the chromate-free primers studied in our laboratory and will attempt to explain the mechanism by which one of the coatings, the epoxy–acrylate-based primer deposited onto aluminum, protects the metal from corrosion.  相似文献

In this work, a methodology has been developed for construction of atomistic models of crosslinked polymer networks. The methodology has been applied to low molecular weight water soluble epoxy resins crosslinked with different curing agents that are being considered for use as a primer coating on steel. The simulations allowed the crosslink density and the amount of free crosslinking sites in the coatings to be predicted. Shrinkage of the resin upon curing was reproduced by the simulation. In addition, the barrier properties of the model coatings were estimated. The interface between an inorganic substrate and cured epoxy resin has been constructed and the strength and molecular mechanisms of adhesion have been revealed. The developed methodology has a potential to significantly impact on the design and development of new coatings with improved barrier and adhesion properties.  相似文献

综述了聚脲涂层宏观性能的影响因素,以及聚脲涂层的耐老化性、耐腐蚀性及附着力研究进展。影响因素研究结果表明:端氨基聚醚的官能度越高,相对分子质量越大,凝胶时间越长;涂层的力学性能随硬段含量的增加而显著提高;采用氨基化碳纳米管改性的聚脲涂层具有超高拉伸强度。聚脲涂层具有优异的耐老化性、良好的耐各种酸、碱、盐腐蚀性。聚脲涂层的附着力与基材处理、底漆及施工环境等因素密切相关。  相似文献

通过对涂料成膜情况的比较,筛选和确定了钛酸酯偶联剂、消泡剂、流平剂、成膜剂的品种和用量,得到改性聚四氟乙烯涂料配方.制得的改性聚四氟乙烯耐磨涂料具有良好的附着力、硬度、耐磨性等性能,具有很好的应用前景.  相似文献
