以次亚磷酸钠还原剂,采用反相微乳液法制备纳米银粉;并借助TEM、X射线衍射和粒度分析仪研究了反应温度、水和表面活性剂的摩尔比、Ag+浓度和助表面活性剂对纳米银粉的粒径大小的影响。结果表明:随着水和表面活性剂的摩尔比的增加,纳米银粉的粒径尺寸随之变大;随着银离子浓度的增大,纳米银粉的粒径变小,当银离子浓度超过0.1 mol/L时,纳米银粒子出现团聚明显的现象,且粒径大小分布范围变大;随着助表面活性剂用量的增加,纳米银粉的粒径先降低,当正己醇的用量超过0.2 mol时,粒径大小反而缓慢增大;反应温度不太高时(20℃,40℃),纳米银粉的粒径分布大致都在20~40 nm之内,当温度高于60℃时,纳米银粉粒径分布不均匀且形状不规则,且出现明显的团聚现象。适宜工艺为:温度为40℃,水和表面活性剂的摩尔比ω=1,Ag+浓度为0.1 mol/L,助表面活性剂(正己醇)的用量为0.2 mol;制备的纳米银粉为面心立方晶系纯相银、分散性好、规则球形形状、粒径分布均匀、平均粒径为22 nm。 相似文献

探讨了以多孔SiO2为载体的含银无机抗菌剂的制备工艺和灭菌性能。采用模板法合成小粒度的多孔SiO2粉为原料,或添加粘接剂烧结的成型体,在减压(0.02-0.04MPa)下用5%的硝酸银溶液浸渍0.5-1.0h,于360℃煅烧还原,制得的无机抗菌剂具有20mg.g-1的载银量。样品的抑菌环宽度和灭菌率测试表明该抗菌剂对大肠杆菌和枯草杆菌有良好的抑制生长和灭菌作用,在水中浸泡96h后有99%的灭菌率,重复使用3次后灭菌率可保持在75%。 相似文献

利用双螺杆挤出机将聚乳酸(PLA)切片和纳米载银磷酸锆颗粒共混制备纳米载银磷酸锆质量分数为20%的PLA母粒。将母粒和纯PLA切片按照不同比例共混熔纺制备PLA/纳米载银磷酸锆共混纤维。研究了共混纤维的制备方法,运用扫描电子显微镜观察了纤维束外部形貌,测试了纤维的力学及抗菌性能。结果表明,纳米载银磷酸锆在纤维中有少量凝聚,总体分散均匀;随着纳米载银磷酸含量提升,纤维断裂强度先增大后降低,同时纤维的抗菌性不断增加。当载银磷酸锆含量达到1.5%时,纤维的断裂强度最大为0.85 c N/dtex,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌抑菌率达99.9%。 相似文献

There are nanotechnology-based materials that can be used as antimicrobial additives in different applications such as water-borne paints. Antimicrobial paints are important tool in order to avoid indoor biological colonization and therefore prevent paint bio-deterioration and health problems in people and pets. These paints would have application in kitchens, bathrooms and hospitals. The present study evaluated the incorporation of silver (of two different sizes), copper and zinc oxide nanoparticles in indoor waterborne paints and the bio-resistance imparted by them. The antifungal activity of nanoparticles is a less studied topic in relation to the antibacterial activity but is no less important from the environmental point of view. Molds that grow in indoor environments contribute significantly with bioaerosol formation and therefore on air contamination and human health deterioration. In this sense, this research evaluated the nanoparticles’ antifungal activity using previously isolated fungi, Chaetomium globosum and Alternaria alternata, on solid medium. Then, the bio-resistance of acrylic paints, with nanoparticles incorporated, was evaluated in Petri dishes and observations were made using scanning electron microscopy. Synthesis of waterborne polyurethane–silver nanoparticle antibacterial coating for synthetic leather
An antibacterial coating composed of silver nanoparticles and waterborne polyurethane was synthesized for use on synthetic leather. In this study, silver nanoparticles were prepared and used as nanofiller to impart antibacterial property. Silver nanoparticles were synthesized by using poly(vinyl pyrrolidone) as dispersant and sodium borohydride (NaBH4) as reducing agent. Silver nanoparticles were characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), Fourier-transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, and X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis. The optimum dispersant was selected according to the zeta potential of dispersions. Waterborne polyurethane was synthesized by using isophorone diisocyanate, 2-bis(hydroxymethyl)propionic acid, triethylamine, and polytetramethylene ether glycol. Waterborne polyurethane–silver antibacterial coating was obtained by ultrasonic dispersion, and then cast on the surface of synthetic leather. The antibacterial property and coating adhesion were investigated. The results showed silver nanoparticles homogeneously dispersed in waterborne polyurethane and adhesion reaching grade 4. Antibacterial testing showed bacterial reduction of 99.99% for Escherichia coli and 87.5% for Staphylococcus aureus. 相似文献

合成了一种新型水性聚丙烯酸分散体,介绍了其性能特点,讨论了成膜助剂对其最低成膜温度的影响。将该聚丙烯酸分散体应用于水性银粉漆中,结果发现,新型聚丙烯酸分散体所得涂膜的性能达到或超过应用指标要求。与传统的丙烯酸乳液相比,其涂层具有较好的外观、铝粉定向效果及较高的硬度,而且在很多塑料(如ABS和HIPS)底材上有良好的附着力、耐水性以及光泽度,并有非常优异的耐酒精擦拭性能。该产品以其贮存稳定、施工简便、成本低廉而获广大客户的认可。 相似文献

纳米二氧化硅作为现代耐指纹液中的重要组分,对于耐指纹涂层的性能有着非常重要的作用。本研究通过中性盐雾实验、耐指纹测试、黏度测试等测试手段研究了纳米二氧化硅在无铬耐指纹水性涂料中的行为。结果表明:在同等涂覆条件下,耐指纹液中加入2%纳米二氧化硅后,涂层盐雾试验96 h不腐蚀,耐指纹(△E)为0.14,研究表明,耐指纹液中加入纳米二氧化硅后,涂层耐蚀性、耐指纹性显著提高,对涂料液有增稠作用,而且纳米二氧化硅的加入量与涂料液黏度之间近似呈线性关系。 相似文献
