为了能够实现网站界面风格的人性化和和谐化,通过对部分用户的调查来研究用户因素和网页界面因素之间的相互关系,并从错综复杂的用户和网页界面因素中提取起决定性作用的因素.基于这些决定性因素,用神经网络的方法建立了一个用于个性化网站界面风格和布局设计的用户模型.利用所建立的模型设计了一个针对老年人的网页界面,经过测试验证,此模型能收到良好的效果,提高了用户对网站界面风格和布局的整体满意度.  相似文献

Website stickiness, the website's ability to retain online customers and prolong his/her duration of each stay, is one of the key factors to e-commerce success. However, how to make customers stick around is still unclear to online retailers. This paper examines the antecedents as well as effect of customer's intention to stick on a website. A model is developed and tested using a survey of 434 web users. The results confirm that the web user's willingness to stick to a website is a strong predictor of his/her intention to transact. Web managers thus need to put emphasis on the creation of the website stickiness. The results of this study also suggest that the formation of the stickiness is affected by web user attitude towards a website, trust in a website and the quality of website content. Implications of these findings are discussed for researchers and practitioners.  相似文献

With the rapid expansion of social networks and fashion websites, clothing recommendation has attracted more attention of researchers, since various web data bring opportunities for recommender systems to solve the problems of cold start and sparsity. For clothing recommender system, user social circle and fashion style consistency of clothing items are two important factors, which have critical impacts on user decision making. In this paper, two practical problems are considered: how to visually analyze fashion style consistency between clothing items and how to implement personalized clothing recommendation by combining user social circle and fashion style consistency. To address the first problem, a Siamese Convolutional Neural Network (SCNN) with a novel sampling strategy is employed to measure the fashion style consistency of clothing items. It can learn a feature transformation from clothing images to a latent feature space, where the representations of clothing items with similar styles locate closer than those with different styles. For the second problem, three social factors (i.e., personal interest, interpersonal interest similarity and interpersonal influence) and fashion style consistency are fused into a unified personalized recommendation model based on probabilistic matrix factorization (PMF). To comprehensively evaluate our model, extensive experiments have been conducted on two real world datasets collected from a popular social fashion website, which demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method for personalized clothing recommendation.  相似文献

Website quality measurement tools have been largely static and have struggled to determine relevant attributes of user satisfaction. This study compares and contrasts attributes of user satisfaction based on usability guidelines seeking to identify practical easy-to-administer measurement tools. The website users assessed business school homepages according to six criteria and fulfilled a randomly assigned yet typical task. After completing the task, respondents assessed the same six website quality/satisfaction criteria again. The consumer–product relationship seems similar to the link between a user and a website. User satisfaction, just like consumer satisfaction, is asymmetric and non-linear. Content and navigation have been identified as key ingredients when users judged website quality, alerting web designers and website practitioners to focus more closely on those attributes. Similar lessons can be drawn for marketing professionals, who typically supervise or determine the content, structure and other website facets.  相似文献

Numerous researchers have proposed website design norms that are suitable for the elderly. However, in the design of community platforms, elderly users were not considered in social media usage. Young and middle-aged people are the main targets in several social media platforms. To co-ordinate the digital lives of elderly users, the emphasis in this study was to determine the problems and to search for solutions. The real requirements and proper solutions for the elderly were integrated by analysing possible factors. This study is an anthropological user centred approach, to explore the verbal behaviour of senior citizens while they accessed Facebook. Facebook, which is a social media platform with a multilingual language interface, is currently used worldwide and served the purpose of an experimental base for this research. By determining the user environments that are suitable for the elderly, including web page accessibility, interface design and real social life transformation, this article proposes the factors for a social media website, the factors for the elderly to use social media platforms, a social media platform design that can be easily used by the elderly and design factors suitable for the elderly.  相似文献

Our study empirically examined how Davis's Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) helped managers predict a user's intention to revisit a website and how this changed over time as a user gained experience of the Internet and the website. The user's experience of the website played a moderating role. For less experienced users, perceived ease of use was found to be a more important factor in deciding to revisit the website, whereas perceived usefulness had more effect on more experienced users. Thus, web designers can identify and remove web factors that hinder user acceptance and address underlying obstacles to post-adoption usage.  相似文献

为了降低网站分类处理的计算量和使分类结果能够反映用户的行为规律,将URL前缀相同的网页合并为一个处理单位,并从用户的HTTP访问行为中提取用于网站分类的特征,最后针对省级区域性网络数据规模大的特点,采用可伸缩性决策树算法,从河南省教育科研计算机网用户访问的网站中提取出新闻类网站、资源共享类网站和通讯类网站.该方法与传统的网站分类方法相比,不需要逐个分析网页内容,适合处理大规模数据.  相似文献

针对个性化站点较少考虑用户检索意图的问题,提出结合交叉信息熵和词语特征信息的关键词提取方法以及结合余弦相似度和加权海明距离的文本排序方法,旨在不需要用户任何反馈的条件下,为用户推荐更满意的检索结果。通过过滤用户请求个性化站点时的访问地址,获取用户浏览的网页文本内容,从中提取能够表示用户检索意图的关键词集进行重新检索后对检索结果排序,最后将排序后的结果作为推荐模块返回给用户。实验表明,利用该方法获得的查询推荐结果能够更加符合用户检索意图,提供更好的用户体验。  相似文献
