基于模糊理论,建立了压力管道安全状况等级评判的模糊评判模型,提出了压力管道安全状况等级的综合评判方法。模型1综合评判中引入了水平截集,模型2’通过引入相关系数因子矩阵,综合考虑了因素间的相互作用对压力管道安全状况等级的影响。最后,给出一算例,证明了模型的正确性。 相似文献

The dynamic equations of motion for a three-dimensional piping system conveying a harmonically pulsating fluid contain time-varying terms attributable to the fluid pulsating in the pipe. In this study, finite element formulation for this three-dimensional piping system was performed. The stiffness and damping matrices in the finite element modeling vary according to time because of the effects of the harmonically pulsating fluid. The frequency-domain method based on eigenvalue analysis cannot be used in this kind of problem. Conventional numerical time-domain methods require substantial computational efforts. An efficient numerical method to predict the steady-state time response of the piping system was presented. In this method, simultaneous equations were constructed by comparing the coefficients of a Taylor series expansion instead of directly solving the problem in the time domain. The accuracy and efficiency of this method were validated by comparison with a conventional numerical integration method. 相似文献

A risk-based inspection system and a piping inspection guideline model were developed in this study. The research procedure consists of two parts--the building of a risk-based inspection model for piping and the construction of a risk-based piping inspection guideline model. Field visits at the plant were conducted to develop the risk-based inspection and strategic analysis system. A knowledge-based model had been built in accordance with international standards and local government regulations, and the rational unified process was applied for reducing the discrepancy in the development of the models. The models had been designed to analyze damage factors, damage models, and potential damage positions of piping in the petrochemical plants. The purpose of this study was to provide inspection-related personnel with the optimal planning tools for piping inspections, hence, to enable effective predictions of potential piping risks and to enhance the better degree of safety in plant operations that the petrochemical industries can be expected to achieve. A piping system connected to a rotary compressor is an essential component for refrigerant transport in air-conditioning systems. The vibration of the pipes has been thought to be generated only by the mechanical forces due to the compressor operation. In this study, the fluid pulsation in the pipe is considered to be a source of the vibration, as well as the mechanical forces by the compressor operation. The mechanical force was first identified experimentally using measured acceleration signals over the shell. The calculation of the fluid force resulting from the pulsating fluid in the pipe was then derived theoretically. The estimation used the pressure pulsation signal in the pipe measured by a pressure transducer. Both sources of the vibration were finally applied to the finite element model of the piping system. Conclusively, the prediction of the vibration response to both sources showed better agreement with the experimental results than prediction considering only the mechanical force. Therefore the theoretical process deriving the fluid force was valid. 相似文献

以生态文明的实现为核心,构建了绿色制造产品与过程的生态评价体系,相较于传统的绿色评价,其特点在于需要追溯产品与制造过程的生态源头,并且在生命周期的各个阶段都要考虑对生态环境造成的影响,尤其对于不能再制造再利用的需要掩埋的排放物以及经过处理之后的空气排放物和水排放,要考虑生态的自净化能力。同时,以缓解6大生态危机为评价核心建立了相应的生态评价方法,将LCA与层次分析法相结合,得到绿色制造产品与过程的生态文明指数,并通过某阀体车削工艺过程的实例分析证明了生态评价方法可以评定其是否符合在生态文明下的绿色性要求。 相似文献
