This paper investigates decentralized output feedback stabilization problem for a class of switched stochastic high-order systems with time-varying state/input delays. With the help of coordinate transformations, a scaling gain is incorporated into the observers and controllers for the nominal system. Based on the homogeneous domination approach and stochastic Lyapunov–Krasovskii stability theorem, it is shown that global asymptotic stability in probability of the closed-loop system can be implemented by tuning the scaling gain. Two examples are given to demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed control method. 相似文献

In this paper, we propose a decentralized adaptive control scheme for a class of interconnected strict-feedback nonlinear systems without a priori knowledge of subsystems' control directions. To address this problem, a novel Nussbaum-type function is proposed and a key theorem is drawn which involves quantifying the interconnections of multiple Nussbaum-type functions of the subsystems with different control directions in a single inequality. Global stability of the closed-loop system and asymptotic stabilization of subsystems' output are proved and a simulation example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed control scheme. 相似文献

In this study, an adaptive fuzzy prescribed performance control approach is developed for a class of uncertain multi-input and multi-output (MIMO) nonlinear systems with unknown control direction and unknown dead-zone inputs. The properties of symmetric matrix are exploited to design adaptive fuzzy prescribed performance controller, and a Nussbaum-type function is incorporated in the controller to estimate the unknown control direction. This method has two prominent advantages: it does not require the priori knowledge of control direction and only three parameters need to be updated on-line for this MIMO systems. It is proved that all the signals in the resulting closed-loop system are bounded and that the tracking errors converge to a small residual set with the prescribed performance bounds. The effectiveness of the proposed approach is validated by simulation results. 相似文献

This paper investigates the event-triggered decentralized adaptive tracking problem of a class of uncertain interconnected nonlinear systems with unexpected actuator failures. It is assumed that local control signals are transmitted to local actuators with time-varying faults whenever predefined conditions for triggering events are satisfied. Compared with the existing control-input-based event-triggering strategy for adaptive control of uncertain nonlinear systems, the aim of this paper is to propose a tracking-error-based event-triggering strategy in the decentralized adaptive fault-tolerant tracking framework. The proposed approach can relax drastic changes in control inputs caused by actuator faults in the existing triggering strategy. The stability of the proposed event-triggering control system is analyzed in the Lyapunov sense. Finally, simulation comparisons of the proposed and existing approaches are provided to show the effectiveness of the proposed theoretical result in the presence of actuator faults. 相似文献

A novel prescribed performance neural controller with unknown initial errors is addressed for the longitudinal dynamic model of a flexible air-breathing hypersonic vehicle (FAHV) subject to parametric uncertainties. Different from traditional prescribed performance control (PPC) requiring that the initial errors have to be known accurately, this paper investigates the tracking control without accurate initial errors via exploiting a new performance function. A combined neural back-stepping and minimal learning parameter (MLP) technology is employed for exploring a prescribed performance controller that provides robust tracking of velocity and altitude reference trajectories. The highlight is that the transient performance of velocity and altitude tracking errors is satisfactory and the computational load of neural approximation is low. Finally, numerical simulation results from a nonlinear FAHV model demonstrate the efficacy of the proposed strategy. 相似文献

In this paper, adaptive tracking control problem is investigated for a class of switched stochastic nonlinear systems with an asymmetric output constraint. By introducing a nonlinear mapping (NM), the asymmetric output-constrained switched stochastic system is first transformed into a new system without any constraint, which achieves the equivalent control objective. The command filter technique is employed to handle the “explosion of complexity” in traditional backstepping design, and neural networks (NNs) are directly utilized to cope with the completely unknown nonlinear functions and stochastic disturbances existing in systems. At last, on the basis of stochastic Lyapunov function method, an adaptive neural controller is developed for the considered system. It is shown that the designed adaptive controller can guarantee that all the signals remain semi-globally uniformly ultimately bounded (SGUUB), while the output constraint is satisfied and the desired signal can be tracked with a small domain of the origin. Simulation results are offered to illustrate the feasibility of the newly designed control scheme. 相似文献

The problem of finite-time decentralized neural adaptive constrained control is studied for large-scale nonlinear time-delay systems in the non-affine form. The main features of the considered system are that 1) unknown unmatched time-delay interactions are considered, 2) the couplings among the nested subsystems are involved in uncertain nonlinear systems, 3) based on finite-time stability approach, asymmetric saturation actuators and output constraints are studied in large-scale systems. First, the smooth asymmetric saturation nonlinearity and barrier Lyapunov functions are used to achieve the input and output constraints. Second, the appropriately designed Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional and the property of hyperbolic tangent functions are used to deal with the unknown unmatched time-delay interactions, and the neural networks are employed to approximate the unknown nonlinearities. Note that, due to unknown time-delay interactions and the couplings among subsystems, the controller design is more meaningful and challenging. At last, based on finite-time stability theory and Lyapunov stability theory, a decentralized adaptive controller is proposed, which decreases the number of learning parameters. It is shown that the designed controller can ensure that all closed-loop signals are bounded and the tracking error converges to a small neighborhood of the origin. The simulation studies are presented to show the effectiveness of the proposed method. 相似文献

This paper proposes adaptive control designs for vehicle active suspension systems with unknown nonlinear dynamics (e.g., nonlinear spring and piece-wise linear damper dynamics). An adaptive control is first proposed to stabilize the vertical vehicle displacement and thus to improve the ride comfort and to guarantee other suspension requirements (e.g., road holding and suspension space limitation) concerning the vehicle safety and mechanical constraints. An augmented neural network is developed to online compensate for the unknown nonlinearities, and a novel adaptive law is developed to estimate both NN weights and uncertain model parameters (e.g., sprung mass), where the parameter estimation error is used as a leakage term superimposed on the classical adaptations. To further improve the control performance and simplify the parameter tuning, a prescribed performance function (PPF) characterizing the error convergence rate, maximum overshoot and steady-state error is used to propose another adaptive control. The stability for the closed-loop system is proved and particular performance requirements are analyzed. Simulations are included to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed control schemes. 相似文献

This article presents a Lyapunov function based neural network tracking (LNT) strategy for single-input, single-output (SISO) discrete-time nonlinear dynamic systems. The proposed LNT architecture is composed of two feedforward neural networks operating as controller and estimator. A Lyapunov function based back propagation learning algorithm is used for online adjustment of the controller and estimator parameters. The controller and estimator error convergence and closed-loop system stability analysis is performed by Lyapunov stability theory. Moreover, two simulation examples and one real-time experiment are investigated as case studies. The achieved results successfully validate the controller performance. 相似文献

This paper proposes a backstepping control system that uses a tracking error constraint and recurrent fuzzy neural networks (RFNNs) to achieve a prescribed tracking performance for a strict-feedback nonlinear dynamic system. A new constraint variable was defined to generate the virtual control that forces the tracking error to fall within prescribed boundaries. An adaptive RFNN was also used to obtain the required improvement on the approximation performances in order to avoid calculating the explosive number of terms generated by the recursive steps of traditional backstepping control. The boundedness and convergence of the closed-loop system was confirmed based on the Lyapunov stability theory. The prescribed performance of the proposed control scheme was validated by using it to control the prescribed error of a nonlinear system and a robot manipulator. 相似文献

An improved prescribed performance controller is proposed for the longitudinal model of an air-breathing hypersonic vehicle (AHV) subject to uncertain dynamics and input nonlinearity. Different from the traditional non-affine model requiring non-affine functions to be differentiable, this paper utilizes a semi-decomposed non-affine model with non-affine functions being locally semi-bounded and possibly in-differentiable. A new error transformation combined with novel prescribed performance functions is proposed to bypass complex deductions caused by conventional error constraint approaches and circumvent high frequency chattering in control inputs. On the basis of backstepping technique, the improved prescribed performance controller with low structural and computational complexity is designed. The methodology guarantees the altitude and velocity tracking error within transient and steady state performance envelopes and presents excellent robustness against uncertain dynamics and deadzone input nonlinearity. Simulation results demonstrate the efficacy of the proposed method. 相似文献

In this paper an adaptive neural network (NN)-based nonlinear controller is proposed for trajectory tracking of uncertain nonlinear systems. The adopted control algorithm combines a continuous second-order sliding mode control (CSOSMC), the radial basis function neural network (RBFNN) and the adaptive control methodology. First, a second-order sliding mode control scheme (SOSMC), which is published recently in literature for linear uncertain systems, is extended for nonlinear uncertain systems. Second, an adaptive radial basis function neural network estimator-based continuous second order sliding mode control algorithm (CSOSMC-ANNE) is adopted. In CSOSMC-ANNE control methodology, a radial basis function neural network with adaptive parameters is exploited to approximate the unknown system parameters and improve performance against perturbations. Also, the discontinuous switching control of SOSMC is supplanted with a smooth continuous control action to completely eliminate the chattering phenomenon. The convergence and global stability of the closed-loop system are proved using Lyapunov stability method. Numerical computer simulations, with dynamical model of the nonlinear inverted pendulum system, are presented to demonstrate the effectiveness and advantages of the presented control scheme. 相似文献

This paper addresses the problems of fault estimation and fault-tolerant control for a class of switched stochastic systems with sensor and actuator faults. A reduced-order fault estimation observer is designed to estimate the system states, actuator and sensor faults, simultaneously. In the observer design process, intermediate variables are introduced such that the differential information of the measurement output is not included in the designed observer. Compared with the existing results, the dimension of the proposed observer is reduced, and the sensor fault can be completely unknown and unbounded. An observer based fault-tolerant controller is designed to stabilize the switched stochastic systems. Under arbitrary switching signal, the designed observer and controller can ensure that both the estimation error system and the closed-loop system are mean-square exponentially stable with disturbance attenuation performance. At last, both a numerical example and a switched electrical circuit example verify the proposed method. 相似文献

Based on extended state observer, a novel and practical design method is developed to solve the distributed cooperative tracking problem of higher-order nonlinear multiagent systems with lumped disturbance in a fixed communication topology directed graph. The proposed method is designed to guarantee all the follower nodes ultimately and uniformly converge to the leader node with bounded residual errors. The leader node, modeled as a higher-order non-autonomous nonlinear system, acts as a command generator giving commands only to a small portion of the networked follower nodes. Extended state observer is used to estimate the local states and lumped disturbance of each follower node. Moreover, each distributed controller can work independently only requiring the relative states and/or the estimated relative states information between itself and its neighbors. Finally an engineering application of multi flight simulators systems is demonstrated to test and verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm. 相似文献

This paper presents a novel observer-based decentralized hybrid adaptive fuzzy control scheme for a class of large-scale continuous-time multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) uncertain nonlinear systems whose state variables are unmeasurable. The scheme integrates fuzzy logic systems, state observers, and strictly positive real conditions to deal with three issues in the control of a large-scale MIMO uncertain nonlinear system: algorithm design, controller singularity, and transient response. Then, the design of the hybrid adaptive fuzzy controller is extended to address a general large-scale uncertain nonlinear system. It is shown that the resultant closed-loop large-scale system keeps asymptotically stable and the tracking error converges to zero. The better characteristics of our scheme are demonstrated by simulations. 相似文献

In this paper, we aim to solve the control problem of nonlinear affine systems, under the condition of the input deadzone and output constraint with the external unknown disturbance. To eliminate the effects of the input deadzone, a Radial Basis Function Neural Network (RBFNN) is introduced to compensate for the negative impact of input deadzone. Meanwhile, we design a barrier Lyapunov function to ensure that the output parameters are restricted. In support of the barrier Lyapunov method, we build an adaptive neural network controller based on state feedback and output feedback methods. The stability of the closed-loop system is proven via the Lyapunov method and the performance of the expected effects is verified in simulation. 相似文献

In this paper, consensus problem is considered for second order multi-agent systems with unknown nonlinear dynamics under undirected graphs. A novel distributed control strategy is suggested for leaderless systems based on adaptive fuzzy wavelet networks. Adaptive fuzzy wavelet networks are employed to compensate for the effect of unknown nonlinear dynamics. Moreover, the proposed method is developed for leader following systems and leader following systems with state time delays. Lyapunov functions are applied to prove uniformly ultimately bounded stability of closed loop systems and to obtain adaptive laws. Three simulation examples are presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed control algorithms. 相似文献

This paper presents a new discrete-time adaptive second-order sliding mode control with time delay estimation (TDE) for a class of uncertain nonlinear time-varying strict-feedback systems. The existing researches on time delay control (TDC) are conventionally established based on a stability criterion that is subject to the infinitesimal time delay assumption. Recently, this criterion was rejected and a new criterion was proposed for the development of a controller for systems with fully known dynamics. In this study, this approach is extended to uncertain systems. Specifically, a new criterion is developed for the stability of the TDE-error within an adaptive robust controller design without the infinitesimal time delay assumption. With the proposed adaptive robust control, there is no need for determination of uncertainties upper-bounds. Simulation results illustrate the efficacy of the proposed controller. 相似文献

In this paper, an active fuzzy fault tolerant tracking control (AFFTTC) scheme is developed for a class of multi-input multi-output (MIMO) unknown nonlinear systems in the presence of unknown actuator faults, sensor failures and external disturbance. The developed control scheme deals with four kinds of faults for both sensors and actuators. The bias, drift, and loss of accuracy additive faults are considered along with the loss of effectiveness multiplicative fault. A fuzzy adaptive controller based on back-stepping design is developed to deal with actuator failures and unknown system dynamics. However, an additional robust control term is added to deal with sensor faults, approximation errors, and external disturbances. Lyapunov theory is used to prove the stability of the closed loop system. Numerical simulations on a quadrotor are presented to show the effectiveness of the proposed approach. 相似文献

In this paper, a novel temporally local recurrent radial basis function network for modeling and adaptive control of nonlinear systems is proposed. The proposed structure consists of recurrent hidden neurons having weighted self-feedback loops and a weighted linear feed-through from the input layer directly to the output layer neuron(s). The dynamic back-propagation algorithm is developed and used for updating the parameters of the proposed structure. To improve the performance of learning algorithm, discrete Lyapunov stability method is used to develop an adaptive learning rate scheme. This scheme ensures the faster convergence of the parameters and maintains the stability of the system. A total of 5 complex nonlinear systems are used to test and compare the performance of the proposed network with other neural network structures. The disturbance rejection tests are also carried out to check whether the proposed scheme is able to handle the external disturbance/noise signals effects or not. The obtained results show the efficacy of the proposed method. 相似文献
