运用有限元模拟软件对半轴齿轮的温精锻成形过程进行了数值模拟分析,对比分析了两种凸模及凹模结构形状对齿形成形的影响.设计了伞齿轮完全闭塞武锻造的模架,核心部位刚性锁模机构具有良好的闭模特性.根据铅试样模拟实验表明,模具装置工作顺畅,齿轮成形饱满. 相似文献

设计出冷摆辗伞齿轮的模具,采用纯铝、聚碳酸酯、20CrMo钢三种试样进行伞齿轮冷摆辗成形实验,观察并分析了摆辗伞齿轮的成形规律。得出了影响伞齿轮成形的主要因素,揭示了伞齿轮冷摆辗过程加的主要缺陷及最佳成形条件。 相似文献

应用闭塞冷锻工艺成形轿车差速器圆锥齿轮,具有金属流线连续。弯曲强度和耐磨性高等优点。本文以捷达轿车差速器圆锥齿轮为典型件,研究了圆锥齿轮闭塞冷锻后的性能变化和残余应力分布规律,以及加工硬化机理和提高制品质量的工艺措施,结果表明,采用闭塞冷锻工艺生产的圆锥齿轮表面晶粒获得明显细化,弯曲强度和耐磨性获得了显著提高,强化作用显著,克服了产品设计带来的不足。此项研究,为闭塞冷锻的实用化工艺研究奠定了微观理论基础。 相似文献

在对小型车轮结构特点分析的基础上,提出了轮类锻件模锻一次成形工艺;确定了模锻一次成形工艺方案,设计了成形、冲孔模具;并分析了影响金属流动充填模腔的有关因素,提出了改进措施.实践表明,采用该工艺成形的轮坯具有良好的内外在质量,这是一种适合多种结构轮型零件的成形工艺. 相似文献

Orbital forging is a metal forming process in which one of the dies performs a complex rocking motion. It ensures reduction in required load and allows for the cold forming of a workpiece. One of the mechanical parts formed by means of this technology is a bevel gear. However, a numerical analysis of orbital forging bevel gears is very difficult to perform due to the complex rocking motion of the die, which is confirmed by numerous works investigating the orbital forging process. In the present work, investigation results of the cold orbital forging of aluminum alloy bevel gears are presented. In contrast to other works devoted to the process, this study proposes a new procedure for forming bevel gears and the workpiece used has a shape which is different from the previously applied ones. The obtained results apply to both theoretical and technological aspects of orbital forging. The FEM simulation results have been successfully verified in laboratory conditions using the industrial PXW-100A press. 相似文献

Conventional closed-die forgings as applied to the forging of spur gears require high forging pressure. In this paper, a precision forging technology has been developed for the forging of spur gears with alloy steel (SCM415). The technology developed includes two steps in the forging process. Well-shaped products are forged successfully using a lower forging pressure than that of conventional forging. The accuracy of the forged spur gear obtained by the new precision forging technology is set nearly equal to that of a cut spur gear of the fourth and the fifth classes in the Korean industrial standard. 相似文献
