In this work, the full-wave method is used for computing the resonant frequency, the bandwidth, and radiation pattern of High temperature superconductor, or an imperfectly conducting annular ring microstrip, which is printed on uniaxial anisotropic substrate. Galerkin’s method is used in the resolution of the electric field integral equation. The TM set of modes issued from the cavity model theory are used to expand the unknown currents on the patch. Numerical results concerning the effect of the anisotropic substrates on the antenna performance are presented and discussed. It is found that microstrip superconducting could give high efficiency with high gain in millimeter wavelengths. Results are compared with previously published data and are found to be in good agreement.  相似文献

A novel compact triple band slit cut circular patch antenna with superstrate is proposed; slits on the patch provide additional resonances. The superstrate (cover) of dielectric layer provides protection to printed circuit antenna from environmental hazards due to abnormal weather conditions. The slits add two resonances in the resonance of a circular patch to achieve triple band antenna for multi services. The dielectric superstrate or cover above the microstrip patch causes the change in fringing fields between the patch and ground plane. The change in fringing field is accounted to calculate the effective relative permittivity. The effective permittivity is considered to evaluate the changes in resonance frequency due to superstrate. The various parameters of the antenna have been investigated and the antenna is simulated on Ansoft’s HFSS software simulator. A prototype of antenna is fabricated to confirm the return loss by measurement using the Agilent Technologies’ N5230A PNA-L Network Analyzer. The proposed structure with superstrate possess triple band characteristics and provides protection from environmental hazards. The resonating frequencies of the bands are 7.3, 8.7 and 10.3 GHz. The analytical results are found in good agreement with the simulated results obtained by Ansoft’s HFSS and further confirmed by measurement. Antenna is worth for X band operations such as remote sensing, WPAN and military satellite communication and vehicular applications.  相似文献

In this paper a novel structure of annular ring loaded stacked circular patch microstrip antenna is theoretically analysed to observe various parameters such as return loss, input impedance, gain, directivity and radiation pattern. It is found that antenna possess three band of operation which signify the compactness and multiband operation of antenna. The antenna is resonating at three operating frequencies 1.720, 2.950, 3.060 GHz. The proposed theory is verified by simulation using Ansoft’s HFSS and theoretical results are in good agreement with simulated results. The antenna is useful for multi-services operations such as WLAN, GSM, UMTS, and WiMAX services.  相似文献

将矩量法和小波变换理论结合起来,应用于求解电磁场积分方程,分析计算了环形微带缝隙天线磁流分布、驻波、阻抗特性和辐射方向图,通过用小波基代替一般的分域基矩量法中的权函数和基函数,使矩量法中与算子相对应的阻抗矩阵变成为大量元素为零的稀疏矩阵,减小了数值方法对存储量的要求,在达到允许精度的前提下,使计算量显著降低。文中给出计算实例,验证该方法,计算结果与用一般矩量法计算结果和实际测试结果相比,吻合较好。  相似文献

以磁性材料(JV-5)作为基板,设计双L型结构的微带天线,带宽是普通基板的2倍以上,尺寸缩小了40%。在此基础上引入电磁带隙(EBG)结构,设计了一种基于磁性基板EBG结构的微带天线,该EBG结构采用接地板腐蚀性,即在地板上腐蚀出周期H型和圆形结构,采用电磁仿真软件HFSS14.0进行仿真设计。结果显示,与非磁性材料做基板的微带天线相比,EBG结构磁性材料具有小型化和宽频化突出优点,相对带宽达到10%以上,增益方面略有降低,引入EBG结构后能在一定程度上减小了天线的尺寸同时增大了天线的带宽,改善了天线的增益和辐射特性。  相似文献

A high directive planar antenna made from a metamaterial superstrate and an electromagnetic band-gap (EBG) substrate has been investigated. A patch antenna surrounded with EBG structures is used as the radiation source. The CST Microwave Studio is used for the simulation. The results show that the gain of the antenna with metamaterial is 21.6 dB at the operating frequency of 14.6 GHz. Compared with the patch feed with the same aperture size but without the metamaterial superstrate, the performance of the antenna is improved obviously and the gain increases about 12.4 dB.  相似文献

本文设计了一种新型的环状开缝的宽带圆极化微带贴片天线,通过等幅度90°相位差的L型探针馈电。通过在环状贴片上开槽可以有效的增加轴比和阻抗带宽。传统的圆极化天线带宽受限于阻抗、轴比和增益的公共带宽,本文提出的天线得到有效带宽从1.1GHz到1.9GHz,相对带宽达到了53%以上,频带覆盖了GPS、GALILEO、COMPASS、GLONASS四大导航系统。该天线性能较好,加工调试简便,在卫星导航等领域具有广阔的应用前景。  相似文献

高分子磁性微带天线单元与磁性微带天线阵具有普通微带天线所不具备的体积小、频带宽、工作环境温度达-40℃~ 50℃等优点。该文采用商用软件对此天线阵进行仿真设计,并制作了1 024单元微带矩形贴片组成的阵列天线,对其电性能进行了测试,结果表明计算与测试基本相符。最后用此天线接收了若干卫星上的Ku波段电视信号,效果良好。  相似文献

In the present paper, annular ring patch antenna with L-probe feeding has been analyzed using modal expansion cavity model. The proposed antenna shows wide band and ultra wide band operation which depends on the position of L-probe feeding and position of the shorting pin. For the fundamental \(\hbox {TM}_{11}\) mode, the bandwidth and gain is found to be 38.85 % and 7.8 dBi while for higher order \(\hbox {TM}_{12}\) mode bandwidth is obtained 58.71 % with corresponding gain of 6.1 dBi. The effect of shorting pin on the proposed antenna is also studied and it is found that the radiating structure is more compact in nature and improves the bandwidth upto 47.37 % with 8.0 dBi gain. Further, the proposed antenna has broadside radiation pattern over the entire bandwidth. The theoretical results are compared with IE3D simulated results which are in good agreement.  相似文献

Circular ring microstrip antennas have several interesting properties that make it attractive in wireless applications. Although several analysis techniques such as cavity model, generalized transmission line model, Fourier-Hankel transform domain and the method of matched asymptotic expansion have been studied by researchers, there is no efficient design tool that has been incorporated with a suitable optimization algorithm. In this paper, the cavity model analysis along with the genetic optimization algorithm is presented for the design of circular ring microstrip antennas. The method studied here is based on the well-known cavity model and the optimization of the dimensions and feed point location of the circular ring antenna is performed via the genetic optimization algorithm, to achieve an acceptable antenna operation around a desired resonance frequency. The antennas designed by this efficient design procedure were realized experimentally, and the results are compared. In addition, these results are also compared to the results obtained by the commercial electromagnetic simulation tool, the FEM based software, HFSS by ANSOFT.  相似文献

针对传统微带天线低频端尺寸较大的缺点,设计了一种基于光子晶体的新型微带天线结构,即通过采用在传统微带天线贴片下方挖出凹槽,将辐射板放入凹槽中,并在微带天线的介质基板中引入高度不同的周期性圆柱空气隙光子带隙(PBG)结构的设计方案。采用基于有限元方法的电磁仿真软件HFSS 10.0对所设计的天线进行了仿真。仿真结果表明,当回波损耗小于-10.0dB时,天线的工作频段分别为2.40GHz~2.51GHz和3.54GHz~3.62GHz,且天线在这两个频段内具有良好的辐射特性。与传统的微带天线相比,所设计的天线后向辐射明显降低,且其整体尺寸减少了59.19%,从而验证了这种设计方案的有效性。  相似文献

The recent communication receiver requires compact size, low cost, less weight and high-performance antenna for broadband applications. This paper compares the performance of the microstrip patch antenna designed using h-BN nano ceramic substrate with antenna designed using FR4 substrate. In this proposed new substrate is developed using powder metallurgy principle. Simulated and experimental results shows that proposed substrate for patch antenna in S-band applications achieve good resonance at two different frequencies 2.2 and 2.6 GHz with reflection coefficient of ?35 and ?40 dB respectively. Same antenna structure using FR4 structure is achieving good resonance at multiple frequency and broadband characteristics in C-band and X-band of the radio spectrum.

针对传统贴片天线检测频率有限(2~35 GHz)且由于增益低导致检测结果不明显的问题,文中提出了以聚苯乙烯作为介质基板构建微带天线的解决方案。在以介电材料玻璃超细纤维为介质基板的理论基础上,采用高分子材料Polysty作为介质基板构建微带天线模型。结合经典天线理论计算辐射贴片以及介质基板尺寸;基于HFSS搭建Polysty作为介质基板的模型并根据微带天线特性将理论设计的微带天线参数进行优化,最终得到在1 GHz时微带天线的最佳尺寸。仿真及实验结果表明,Polysty作为介质基板的微带天线中心频率可以达到1 GHz,增益高并且检测角度范围大。  相似文献

对八木微带天线进行了研究。仿真设计一种宽带宽波束圆极化八木微带天线,在中心频率上实现了波束由侧射向端射偏转26°,频率带宽达800MHz,0dB主波束宽度为110°;采用Wilkinson微带功分器产生两路幅度相等相位相差90°信号对天线进行馈电,实现了圆极化。同时研究了在设计天线中参数对于八木微带天线主波束偏转角度的影响,得出了偏转角度随各参数变化的一般规律。  相似文献

本文提出了一种用于计算双层微带天线输入阻抗的新方法,文中引入了互电容及电容耦合系数概念,把天线输入阻抗等效为耦合谐振电路,其单元集总参数可用模展开方法求得;给出了馈电探针的电容补偿公式,使天线阻抗带宽达25%(VSWR《2.0)。本文分析方法简单有效,可推广应用于其它形式的双层或多层微带天线的分析。  相似文献
