Focuses on the development of a methodology within a software environment for automating the rule-based implementation of specifications of integrated manufacturing information systems. The specifications are initially formulated in a natural language and subsequently represented in terms of a graphical representation by the system designer. A new graphical representation tool is based on updated Petri nets (UPN) that we have developed as a specialized version of colored Petri nets. The rule-based implementation approach utilizes the similarity of features between UPN and the general rule specification language used for the implementation. The automation of the translation of UPN to the rule specification language is expected to considerably reduce the life-cycle for design and implementation of the system. The application presented deals with the control and management of information flow between the computer-aided design, process planning, manufacturing resource planning and shop floor control databases. Language processor generators are systems that produce various language processors (including compilers) on the basis of a high-level specification. The design of language processor generators is discussed on the basis of experiments with a traditional compiler writing system (HLP78) employing pore LALR parsing and general attribute grammars. It is argued that these methods are too primitive from the practical point of view. The design of a new language processor generator, HLP84, is based on this view. This system is an attempt to provide high-level tools for a restricted class of applications (one-pass analysis). The syntactic facilities include regular expressions on the right-hand sides of productions, a disambiguating mechanism that is integrated with regular expressions, and a mechanism for using semantic information to aid parsing. The semantic facilities include automatic support for semantic error handling and for symbol tables. Early experiences with the new system show that in spite of the general overhead caused by the higher automation level, the system allows the generation of reasonably efficient processors.  相似文献

The aim of this paper is to demonstrate that A-Prolog is a powerful language for the construction of reasoning systems. In fact, A-Prolog allows to specify the initial situation, the domain model, the control knowledge, and the reasoning modules. Moreover, it is efficient enough to be used for practical tasks and can be nicely integrated with programming languages such as Java. An extension of A-Prolog (CR-Prolog) allows to further improve the quality of reasoning by specifying requirements that the solutions should satisfy if at all possible. The features of A-Prolog and CR-Prolog are demonstrated by describing in detail the design of USA-Advisor, an A-Prolog based decision support system for the Space Shuttle flight controllers.  相似文献

针对航天器地面集成实验系统设计中的实际需要,提出了一种多路信号采集和开关控制系统;详细介绍了多路(模拟和数字)信号采集的硬件设计,信号在传输中的开关控制和通道选择设计,主要针对多路CAN总线信号和多路模拟信号、实现信号的采集及开关控制;系统包括AVR单片机、多路模拟开关、AD转换器、CAN总线收发器、继电器、掉电数据保存单元等,通过串口完成单片机与计算机间异步串行通信功能,实现远程操作.最后通过Proteus仿真,结果表明该设计能够有效满足实际系统要求.  相似文献

The need for accurate and timely diagnosis of system failures and the advantages of automated diagnostic systems are well appreciated. However, diagnosability considerations are often not explicitly taken into account in the system design. In particular, design of the controller and that of the diagnostic subsystem are decoupled, and this may significantly affect the diagnosability properties of a system. The authors present an integrated approach to control and diagnosis. More specifically, they present an approach for the design of diagnosable systems by appropriate design of the system controller. This problem, which they refer to as the active diagnosis problem, is studied in the framework of discrete-event systems (DESs); it is based on prior and new results on the theory of diagnosis for DESs and on existing results in supervisory control under partial observations. They formulate the active diagnosis problem as a supervisory control problem where the legal language is an “appropriate” regular sublanguage of the regular language generated by the system. They present an iterative procedure for determining the supremal controllable, observable, and diagnosable sublanguage of the legal language and for obtaining the supervisor that synthesizes this language. This procedure provides both a controller that ensures diagnosability of the closed-loop system and a diagnoser for online failure diagnosis. The procedure can be implemented using finite-state machines and is guaranteed to converge in a finite number of iterations. A new unified FA (Factory Automation) language has been developed. The language is suited for robot control, vision system control and programmable controller (PC) control and enables a unified means for programming. The language is called FA-BASIC and has common functions such as expression, control structure and input/output statement based on BASIC language.

FA-BASIC is composed of three subsystems: FA-BASIC/R for robot control, FA-BASIC/V for vision system control and FA-BASIC/C for PCs.

Many languages have been developed up to now, but most of them were aimed at single purposes. These single purpose languages were too limited when developing an integrated FA system, because several languages and different program-making methods must be mastered.

Using FA-BASIC, programming with mutual interconnections between robots, PCs and vision devices is done by the one common method.

In this paper, the basic design concept and functions of FA-BASIC will be presented, along with the features of FA-BASIC/R and on outline of a robot control system using a standard mechanism-independent intermediate language and standard fundamental modules. Also, for easy programming, an off-line programming system with graphical aids and a menu-selection method which require no special effort to master will be introduced as the only present-day universal robot programming method.  相似文献

该文在CPLD红外遥控原理的基础卜,详细介绍了在MAX+PLUSⅡ的可编程逻辑设计环境下,用AHDL语言设计与仿真CPLD红外遥控发射接收硬件电路的方法。文中给出了利用AHDL语言分别实现红外遥控发射模块的信号调制以及接收模块的信号解码或识别的程序设计,并对结果进行了仿真。通过仿真结果,可以看出利用CPLD器件完全可以实现红外遥控电路的发射与接收功能。因此,CPLD器件在红外遥控系统中具有重要的实用价值。  相似文献

This paper describes a MATLAB-based computer-aided design tool, IRA-HPC, which accomplishes integrated system identification and robustness analysis for Horizon Predictive Control (HPC), a model predictive control algorithm implemented on the Application Module of the Honeywell TDC 3000 distributed control system. The tool addresses lifecycle as well as functional aspects of the technology, with the goal of making advanced control principles more accessible to the practising control engineer. IRA-HPC systematically performs the various stages of system identification in a control-relevant framework (addressing input design, parameter estimation, and model validation from the standpoint of the final purpose of the model, which is control system design), followed by robust HPC controller tuning using the Structured Singular Value (μ) paradigm as a basis. The benefits of the tool are shown experimentally in the modelling and control of a methanol/isopropanol pilot-scale distillation column, interfaced to an industrial-scale real-time computing testbed. The example demonstrates the practical feasibility of this tool and its benefits in terms of simplifying the choices of design variables in integrated identification and control design.  相似文献

分析了现代产品协同设计系统功能模型和体系架构,以面向自动武器工程实际应用为目标,设计了统一的协同设计基类三维模型模板及数据关系模式。在此基础上自主开发的自动武器协同辅助设计系统,包括协同行为预测执行分析、自动武器标准模块库管理等功能模块,实现图层级别的协同到模型级别协同的转化。采用面向对象方法对自动武器协同设计开发项目中的应用程序、模型库、建模工具集等集成化,结合CAD软件底层函数的设计与开发技术及提供通用语言接口支持的网络服务技术,为系统的实施提供了可靠的交互支撑环境。  相似文献

针对自动检测等应用系统对直流稳压电源的需求,设计了一种数字式可调稳压电源系统;该数字式可调稳压电源系统选择单片机(AT89S51)作为核心控制部件,外围模块电路包括MCP4921构成的AD转换模块、基于集成运放LM324设计的电压电流放大模块与采样电压降压模块、液晶显示模块及基于78系列、79系列集成稳压芯片设计的电源供电模块;系统软件设计采用C语言进行了模块化程序结构设计;测试结果表明:该系统输出可调直流电压范围为0~12 V、输出直流电流为500 mA、电压误差小于0.1 V,且可以通过键盘电路进行目标电压的设置;具有设计简单、输出电压稳定、性能可靠等特点。  相似文献
