A conversion rate of more than 90% was obtained in sensitized polymerization, and the output of radiation was double at a reduced total dose of 0.5 Mrad as compared to original 1 Mrad.The unpolymerized monomer could be removed simply by extraction under reduced pressure to save a large volume of organic solvent. The quota of raw material consumption would be reduced without influencing quality of the product.experiments indicated that the content of water in trioxane, even up to 300 ppm, has no effect on conversion o molecular weight. Irradiated trioxane was stored in dry air kept away from light at room temperature could effectively sustain the lifetime of active species even after a lapse of one month.The infrared spectrum, molecular weight distribution and physical mechanical properties of the product from sensitized radiation polymerization were identical with those of the unsensitized process.  相似文献

With the increasing use of fullerenes and their derivatives in a variety of fields, the toxicity and effects of fullerenes on humans and the environment have received considerable attention. In this study, the cytotoxicity of fullerene derivative, C60(OH)x, on Tetrahymena pyriformis was investigated. Cell growth inhibition was evaluated by counting with an optical microscope, and the generation time was calculated. It was indicated that the fullerenols caused a dose-dependent growth inhibition of the cells. The morphologic change in the damaged macronucleus of cells was observed using a fluorescent microscope. Superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX), and glutathione reductase (GR) levels were also measured for Tetrahymena pyriformis, using conventional methods. The results showed that fullerenols could reduce GSH-PX and GR activities. But no noticeable difference in SOD activity was observed between the treated groups and the control group. This indicated that the antiproliferative effect of fullerenols might be mediated by the reduction in the activities of GSH-PX and GR of cells and the destruction of the macronucleus.  相似文献

Effects of growth ambience, annealing ambience and temperature on the photoluminescence (PL) emission properties of ZnO films deposited on Si (100) substrates by RF magnetron sputtering have been investigated. After annealing, the crystal quality of ZnO films was markedly improved, and the intensity of UV emission peak increased obviously. By varying the flow rate ratio of O2/Ar, annealing atmosphere in oxygen-deficient or oxygen-rich ambience and heating temperature during deposition, the evolution of peak intensities and positions for blue and green emission is formed. This is attributed to the deposition and annealing parameters that control the desorptions and adsorptions of oxygen atoms on the films, and leads to the changes of concentrations of Zinc and oxygen vacancies in the films.  相似文献

1.The Studies on the Decay Scheme of 72.3-D ~(160)Tb (SunPunan Hu Dailing Ding Zhaozhong) The decay scheme of ~(160)Tb has been studied with Ge(Li)detector and 105cm~3 Ge(Li)-110 cm~3 HpGe coincidence system.Forty-one gamma rays havebeen observed.The energies(in keV)and relative intensities of gamma raysfirst observed in this work are 148.7(0.026),319.4(0.018),728.0(0.033),and 1125.0(0.007).Gamma ray with energy 239.7 keV reported in literatureis excluded.On the basis of these results,the decay scheme of ~(160)Tb has beenconstructed.Two excited states in ~(160)Dy at 1408.8 keV and 1694.1 keV havebeen proposed.  相似文献
