对加快发展面向农村职业教育重要性的思考

伴随着"三农"问题的解决以及改革发展职业教育的需要,加快发展面向农村职业教育的政策导向逐渐清晰和具体.在当前破除城乡二元结构、形成城乡经济社会发展一体化新格局的重要时期,加快发展面向农村的职业教育,提高农业从业劳动力和农村外出从业劳动力素质已经成为需要重点考虑的问题.加快发展面向农村职业教育是新阶段经济社会发展的要求,是社会主义新农村建设的要求,是城镇化建设的要求,也是农业类职业教育服务"三农"的要求.     

职业教育与德育教学质量探析

职业教育是我国教育体系的重要构成部分,培养了一大批国家经济建设的人才、对加快我国经济的发展具有不可替代的意义.社会经济的极速发展影响着职业教育的调整、改革和发展.发展职业教育,必须努力加强职业教育与德育教学质量为前提和保证,教育是学生成为人才的保证,德育是学生成为人才的方向.要提高职业教育的教学质量,必须做到了解职业教育改革的方向,把握职业教育教材建设的内涵,掌握职业教育学生水平的现状,加强职业道德和社会责任的培养,不断改进教育教学方法等等.

熔炼次数对M17返回料合金成分、组织和性能的影响

实验结果表明,M17铸造高温合金(%:0.16C、8.79Cr、5.79A1、4.93Ti、3.29Mo、15.20Co、0.78V、0.015B、0.073Zr、0.002S、0.001P、0.001 1O、0.001 0N)经25 kg真空感应炉返回重熔后,Si含量随重熔次数的增加而略有增加,合金中主要元素和其它杂质元素S、P、H的含量变化不大,而氧、氮略有增加;合金中初生碳化物由新合金中的草书体逐渐向返回合金块状转变,初生碳化物的遗传性堵塞合金凝固时的补缩通道,使返回料合金的疏松倾向增大,高温塑性下降较大。
