混合式镶嵌红外/CCD焦平面结构的探测器元件具有高的封装密度,这可用成本相宜的平面加工技术来实现。该焦平面结构更可取的是:在含有集成CCD信号处理电路的硅衬底上,有一层绝缘层,而镶嵌光伏(Hg,Cd)Te探测器阵列就制造在此绝缘层上。自探测器阵列来的光电信号,通过薄膜电互连以及穿过绝缘层并在该层表面露出的接触衬垫,与CCD电路耦合。 相似文献

在分析VSP1012型CCD视频信号处理芯片工作原理的基础上,设计了CCD成像系统的视频信号处理电路及其硬件电路.选用CPLD器件作为硬件设计载体,使用VHDL语言对VSP1012的初始化设置和驱动时序发生器进行了硬件描述.并针对ALTERA公司的EPM7160SLC84-10进行了RTL级仿真及配置.硬件实验结果表明,所研制的CCD视频信号处理电路不仅可以满足CCD成像系统视频信号处理的要求,而且集成度高,应用方便. 相似文献

A review of infrared sensitive charge-coupled devices (IRCCD) is presented. Operational requirements of typical IRCCD applications are briefly introduced. IRCCD devices are divided into two major categories: a) Monolithic devices, which essentially extend the original CCD concept into the IR. Monolithic IRCCD's discussed include inversion-mode devices (with narrow bandgap semiconductor substrate), accumulation-mode devices (extrinsic wide bandgap semiconductor substrate), and Schottky-barrier devices (internal photoemission), b) Hybrid devices, in which the functions of detection and signal processing are performed in separate but integratable components by an array of IR detectors and a silicon CCD shift register unit. Hybrid IRCCD's discussed include both direct injection devices (in conjunction with photovoltaic IR detectors) and indirect injection devices (in conjunction with pyroelectric and photoconductive devices). 相似文献

The design of vision measurement system of double optical paths with single CCD based on the digital signal processor (DSP) is presented. Using TMS320F2812 as the intelligent control unit, the CCD driving circuit, level conversion circuit and CCD output signal data acquisition and processing circuit are designed. By means of plane reflectors, the optical structure of the system is optimized, which reduces errors owing to tilt effect of the measured unit, improves measuring accuracy and makes the system more compact. Double optical paths signal data acquisition with single CCD is demonstrated. In addition, the improved resolution is enhanced up to sub-pixel level by the average polynomial interpolation algorithm. 相似文献

A hybrid IRCCD for high background application has been successfully fabricated. The device consists of fifty Hg0.7 Cd0.3 Te detector diodes of 50-µm × 50-µm sensitive areas and a silicon CCD maltiplexer with input circuits on 40-µm centers having bucket background subtraction and blooming protection circuits. The noise-equivalent power (NEP) of the IRCCD is 5 × 10-14W-Hz-1/2at background photon flux level of 4 × 1015photons . cm-2s-1, integration time of 2 × 10-5s, and clock frequency of 3 × 106Hz. The noise source of the detector diodes limits the IRCCD performance. The IRCCD is also evaluated with the real-time raster-scanned thermal images displayed on a CRT monitor. Two-dimensional images are generated by using a scanning mirror. A fixed-pattern noise is reduced by comparison of an object video to the reference video stored in a memory. A noise-equivalent temperature difference of the system is 0.6°C at a frame rate of 30 Hz. Instantaneous field of view is 1 mrad × 1 mrad and the field of view of the system is 12° × 5.7°. 相似文献

Microlens array is an important optical element to improve the photosensitivity of charge-coupled device (CCD). In this paper, a monolithic integration technology between microlens and 528 × 528 element PtSi Schottky-barrier infrared charge-coupled device (IRCCD) with a pixel size of 30μm × 30μm has been developed. The microlens array with low sag and long focal length is designed based on geometrical optics theory. It is directly formed on the back side of the substrate in IRCCD chip using successive photolithography and A+ ion beam etching (IBE) technology. The microlens array is characterized by both surface stylus and point spread function (PSF). The experiment results of integration device between IRCCD and microlens array indicate that the optical signal response is improved obviously and a responsivity increase by a factor of 1.8 in the operation band. 相似文献
