综述了聚乙烯纳米复全材料的发展概况及最新研究动态。重点介绍了共混法、插层复合法、溶胶-凝胶法(Sol—gel)三类聚乙烯纳米复合材料的制备方法,分析了各种制备方法的优缺点:共混法简单易行,成本低,但纳米粒子在基体中的分散性较差;插层复合法原料来源丰富,但难以形成完全剥离型的结构;Sol—gel能使纳米粒子均匀分散在基体中,且反应条件温和,但前驱体与基体树脂的相容性较差。目前存在的制备方法较多,但都存在一些不足,还有待作进一步的研究。  相似文献

Rubber/organic clay (OC) nanocomposites were produced by melt blending. Polar or unsaturated matrices (e.g., NBR and SBR) could easily enter into OC layers, whereas using nonpolar unsaturated rubber (EPDM), without other additives' help, intercalation structure could not be directly obtained. For the EPDM system, an intercalated structure was observed in presence of stearic acid (SA) for composites composed of SA and OC. Transmission electron microscopy observation showed that the dispersion of clay in nonpolar saturated rubber matrix was much poorer than that in polar or unsaturated matrix. The same effect of polar matrix was confirmed by comparison between IIR/OC and BIIR/OC systems. Moreover, using OC pretreated by SA (S‐OC), the dispersion of clay was obviously improved in the investigated nanocomposites, due to the intercalation of SA into OC interlayers. Especially in the nonpolar saturated EPDM system, the intercalation structure could be easily observed. Relative to the corresponding nanocomposites using OC, tensile strengths and the stresses at low strain of NBR and SBR based nanocomposites with S‐OC were significantly improved; while with EPDM nanocomposite, using S‐OC, only tensile strengths were improved but the stresses at low strain were almost the same, which should be related to the different interfacial force between OC and different rubber matrices. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 采用原位乳液聚合制备了聚苯乙烯丁二烯橡胶(SBR)/凹凸棒石(AT)纳米复合材料。凹凸棒石的存在一定程度上降低了乳液聚合速率,但对最终聚合产物的分子质量及分子质量分布影响不大。凹凸棒石以长0.5~5μm、直径为20~50nm的棒状纤维均匀的分散在SBR基体中。在硫化过程中,凹凸棒石纤维与橡胶形成互穿网络结构,增加了橡胶的交联密度。随着凹凸棒石的填充量增加,纳米复合材料的300%定伸应力和拉伸强度与纯SBR相比均提高了20%~100%,其补强效果明显高于等量的炭黑N330,还表现出良好的耐磨性能。  相似文献

Role of carbon‐carbon double (C?C) bonds content and their position in ethylene‐propylene diene ter‐polymer (EPDM), hydrogenated natural rubber (HNR) and natural rubber (NR) on in situ silica formation using tetraethoxysilane (TEOS) as a silica precursor is comparatively investigated. Glass transition temperature (Tg ) reflecting rubber chain flexibility is found as an important factor for in situ silica generation via swelling method. Despite of similar solubility parameters, NR has higher TEOS‐swelling degree resulting in the higher in situ silica content (30.8 phr) than EPDM (3.50 phr) and HNR (10.4–17.6 phr) due to the higher Tg of EPDM and HNR providing the less chain flexibility to be swollen in TEOS solution. The morphological analysis implies that C?C bonds in saturated rubbers may be agglomeration sites for in situ silica particles. For practical applications, saturated rubbers containing in situ silica/NR vulcanizates showed the improvement of mechanical properties and resistance of thermal and ozone degradation. © 2017 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 采用溶液插层法制备了丁基橡胶/有机黏土纳米复合材料,并用透射电子显微镜和X射线衍射仪研究了该纳米复合材料的形态结构。结果表明,丁基橡胶/有机黏土纳米复合材料是插层型的纳米复合材料。与丁基橡胶相比,该纳米复合材料具有优异的力学性能和气体阻隔性能,并且这2种性能均随有机黏土用量的增加而增强。填料的形状会对该纳米复合材料的气体阻隔性能产生影响。  相似文献

通过金属氢氧化物(或氧化物)和丙烯酸(AA)的中和反应,在氯化聚乙烯(CPE)中原位合成丙烯酸盐(MeAA),加入DCP硫化后得到吸水膨胀橡胶。研究吸水膨胀橡胶制备过程中的化学反应以及混炼胶的硫化特性和硫化胶的吸水膨胀性能及物理性能。结果表明,原位合成MeAA改性的CPE具有良好的物理性能和吸水膨胀性能,一价金属盐硫化胶的吸水膨胀性能比二价金属盐更为优异。  相似文献

Polylactide nanocomposites with organo‐modified montmorillonite presenting a high degree of clay exfoliation were prepared via in situ polymerization by using an improved methodology. The morphology of the nanocomposites was studied by WAXD and SAXS. The size distribution of clay aggregates in the polylactide matrices was quantitatively determined by SAXS applying the stacked‐disk model. The analyses show high degree of delamination of the silicate yielding exfoliated polylactide nanocomposites even at high concentration of clay (>10 wt %). L ‐lactide conversions measured by ATR‐FTIR were determined to be no less than 94% after 3 h of reaction in all polymerizations. DSC measurements were performed to study the influence of the clay content on the thermal behavior of the prepared nanocomposites. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Appl Polym Sci, 2012  相似文献
