一种协同的可能性模糊聚类算法   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
模糊C-均值聚类(FCM)对噪声数据敏感和可能性C-均值聚类(PCM)对初始中心非常敏感易导致一致性聚类。协同聚类算法利用不同特征子集之间的协同关系并与其他算法相结合,可提高原有的聚类性能。对此,在可能性C-均值聚类算法(PCM)基础上将其与协同聚类算法相结合,提出一种协同的可能性C-均值模糊聚类算法(C-FCM)。该算法在改进的PCM的基础上,提高了对数据集的聚类效果。在对数据集Wine和Iris进行测试的结果表明,该方法优于PCM算法,说明该算法的有效性。  相似文献

模糊C-均值聚类是一种经典的聚类方法.针对模糊C-均值算法对初始值敏感、收敛结果易陷入局部极小的问题,通过对原始数据的预处理,将欧氏距离推广到广义欧氏距离,得到了加权模糊C-均值聚类的迭代公式,实证分析表明改进后的方法得到的分类结果与嵌入遗传算法的分类基本一致,而且通过非参数检验证实分类效果良好.  相似文献

针对模糊聚类存在的数据收缩问题的不足,提出了一种改进现有模糊聚类算法的方法,并进行仿真实验研究.模糊C-均值(FCM)算法主要通过目标函数的迭代优化来实现集合划分,以信息熵作为模糊C-均值算法的约束条件,给出改进算法的推导过程,得出改进后的模糊C-均值算法的隶属度和聚类中心,实现了模糊C-均值的改进算法.实验结果可以表明,改进的模糊C-均值算法是有效的,能够表现出比模糊C-均值算法更好的性能,在实际应用中可以取得较好的聚类效果.  相似文献

为进一步提高核模糊C-均值聚类算法的聚类性能,提出基于连续域混合蚁群优化的核模糊C-均值聚类算法(KFCM-HACO),使用HACO对KFCM算法的内核函数参数值和聚类中心进行优化,克服传统算法弊端,使核模糊C-均值聚类算法的目标函数最小化,加快算法的收敛速度.该优化算法在UCI数据集上的仿真实验及结果比较表明,KFCM-HACO算法的聚类性能优于传统的聚类算法,提高了聚类的准确性.  相似文献

传统的模糊C-均值聚类算法存在对初始聚类中心选择与噪声数据敏感,容易使目标函数陷入局部最优的问题以及标准人工蜂群算法局部搜索能力及开发能力不强的缺点,针对这个问题,引进差分进化的思想改进人工蜂群算法并对跟随蜂的搜索行为进行更准确的描述,结合模糊C-均值聚类算法具有收敛速度快、易于实现且局部搜索能力较强的优点,提出一种基于模糊C-均值的改进人工蜂群聚类算法以提高聚类的性能。实验结果表明:该算法相对于传统FCM聚类算法,准确率和抗噪性有所提高,聚类的效果更好。  相似文献

在传统模糊C-均值聚类算法的基础上,提出了一种新型区间值数据模糊聚类算法。运用区间分割策略改进了区间距离的计算公式,成功解决了区间距离计算方法存在的缺陷。提出了区间值数据模糊聚类的数学模型,并拓广模糊C-均值算法对区间值数据进行聚类。仿真验证了所提出算法的有效性。  相似文献

目的 针对现有广义均衡模糊C-均值聚类不收敛问题,提出一种改进广义均衡模糊聚类新算法,并将其推广至再生希尔伯特核空间以便提高该类算法的普适性。方法 在现有广义均衡模糊C-均值聚类目标函数的基础上,利用Schweizer T范数极限表达式的性质构造了新的广义均衡模糊C-均值聚类最优化目标函数,然后采用拉格朗日乘子法获取其迭代求解所对应的隶属度和聚类中心表达式,同时对其聚类中心迭代表达式进行修改并得到一类聚类性能显著改善的修正聚类算法;最后利用非线性函数将数据样本映射至高维特征空间获得核空间广义均衡模糊聚类算法。结果 对Iris标准文本数据聚类和灰度图像分割测试表明,提出的改进广义均衡模模糊聚类新算法及其修正算法具有良好的分类性能,核空间广义均衡模糊聚类算法对比现有融入类间距离的改进模糊C-均值聚类(FCS)算法和改进再生核空间的模糊局部C-均值聚类(KFLICM)算法能将图像分割的误分率降低10%30%。结论 本文算法克服了现有广义均衡模糊C-均值聚类算法的缺陷,同时改善了聚类性能,适合复杂数据聚类分析的需要。  相似文献

传统谱聚类算法直接对原始数据建立高斯核邻接矩阵后再对数据进行聚类,并未考虑数据的深层次特征以及数据的邻域流形结构,并且仅进行单一聚类,针对以上三点不足,提出了利用稀疏自编码的局部谱聚类映射算法(LSCMS),通过对数据进行预处理,利用稀疏自编码提取能反映原始数据本质的深层次特征,并以此替代原始数据;对每个数据利用其邻域进行线性重构,以重构权值代替高斯核函数建立邻接矩阵.LSCMS在聚类同时将数据映射到聚类指标上进而协调聚类指标.在UCI数据集、手写数据集、人脸数据集上的实验结果表明:算法优于现有的聚类算法.  相似文献

针对传统模糊C-均值聚类算法对初始值和噪声敏感的缺点,提出了一种基于多链量子蜂群算法的模糊C-均值聚类算法。首先,将多链拓展编码方案应用到量子蜂群算法中,提出了多链量子蜂群算法;其次,利用多链量子蜂群算法来优化模糊C-均值聚类的初始聚类中心;最后,设计一种新的利用多链量子蜂群算法优化模糊C-均值聚类中心的图像分割算法。实验结果表明,所提出的基于多链量子蜂群算法的模糊C-均值聚类图像分割算法是有效的,相对于传统模糊C-均值聚类算法及基于模糊的人工蜂群算法,所提算法在分割正确率、分割速度及鲁棒性上均更有效。  相似文献

Abstract This paper starts with some reflections on the policy considerations and priorities which are shaping European Commission (EC) research programmes. Then it attempts to position the current projects which seek to capitalise on information and communications technologies for learning in relation to these priorities and the apparent realities of the marketplace. 融合集成方法已经广泛应用在模式识别领域,然而一些基分类器实时性能稳定性较差,导致多分类器融合性能差,针对上述问题本文提出了一种新的基于多分类器的子融合集成分类器系统。该方法考虑在度量层融合层次之上通过对各类基多分类器进行动态选择,票数最多的类别作为融合系统中对特征向量识别的类别,构成一种新的自适应子融合集成分类器方法。实验表明,该方法比传统的分类器以及分类融合方法识别准确率明显更高,具有更好的鲁棒性。  相似文献

Development of software intensive systems (systems) in practice involves a series of self-contained phases for the lifecycle of a system. Semantic and temporal gaps, which occur among phases and among developer disciplines within and across phases, hinder the ongoing development of a system because of the interdependencies among phases and among disciplines. Such gaps are magnified among systems that are developed at different times by different development teams, which may limit reuse of artifacts of systems development and interoperability among the systems. This paper presents control charts models and the necessary simulation software for the location of economic values of the control parameters. The simulation program is written in FORTRAN, requires only 10K of main storage, and can run on most mini and micro computers. Two models are presented - one describes the process when it is operating at full capacity and the other when the process is operating under capacity. The models allow the product quality to deteriorate to a further level before an existing out-of-control state is detected, and they can also be used in situations where no prior knowledge exists of the out-of-control causes and the resulting proportion defectives.  相似文献

Going through a few examples of robot artists who are recognized worldwide, we try to analyze the deepest meaning of what is called “robot art” and the related art field definition. We also try to highlight its well-marked borders, such as kinetic sculptures, kinetic art, cyber art, and cyberpunk. A brief excursion into the importance of the context, the message, and its semiotics is also provided, case by case, together with a few hints on the history of this discipline in the light of an artistic perspective. Therefore, the aim of this article is to try to summarize the main characteristics that might classify robot art as a unique and innovative discipline, and to track down some of the principles by which a robotic artifact can or cannot be considered an art piece in terms of social, cultural, and strictly artistic interest. Although there are many arguments that logic is an appropriate tool for artificial intelligence, there has been a perceived problem with the monotonicity of classical logic. This paper elaborates on the idea that reasoning should be viewed as theory formation where logic tells us the consequences of our assumptions. The two activities of predicting what is expected to be true and explaining observations are considered in a simple theory formation framework. Properties of each activity are discussed, along with a number of proposals as to what should be predicted or accepted as reasonable explanations. An architecture is proposed to combine explanation and prediction into one coherent framework. Algorithms used to implement the system as well as examples from a running implementation are given.  相似文献

This paper provides the author's personal views and perspectives on software process improvement. Starting with his first work on technology assessment in IBM over 20 years ago, Watts Humphrey describes the process improvement work he has been directly involved in. This includes the development of the early process assessment methods, the original design of the CMM, and the introduction of the Personal Software Process (PSP)SM and Team Software Process (TSP){SM}. In addition to describing the original motivation for this work, the author also reviews many of the problems he and his associates encountered and why they solved them the way they did. He also comments on the outstanding issues and likely directions for future work. Finally, this work has built on the experiences and contributions of many people. Mr. Humphrey only describes work that he was personally involved in and he names many of the key contributors. However, so many people have been involved in this work that a full list of the important participants would be impractical.  相似文献

提出了一种基于复小波域统计建模与噪声方差估计显著性修正相结合的合成孔径雷达(Synthetic Aperture Radar,SAR)图像斑点噪声滤波方法。该方法首先通过对数变换将乘性噪声模型转化为加性噪声模型,然后对变换后的图像进行双树复小波变换(Dualtree Complex Wavelet Transform,DCWT),并对复数小波系数的统计分布进行建模。在此先验分布的基础上,通过运用贝叶斯估计方法从含噪系数中恢复原始系数,达到滤除噪声的目的。实验结果表明该方法在去除噪声的同时保留了图像的细节信息,取得了很好的降噪效果。  相似文献

蒙古语言是中国蒙古族使用的通用语言,由于蒙古文区别于其他文字的书写方式和其自身变形机制等特点,在很多通用的文字处理引擎中都不被支持。在嵌入式产品开发与应用领域中Linux加QTE已经成为流行方式。该文给出了一种在QTE环境上实现基于标准Unicode的蒙古文点阵显示和变形算法, 并自定义了支持蒙古文的QTE组件,扩展了QTE功能,为在Linux加QTE方式的嵌入式体系结构中处理蒙古文提供了一种解决方法。  相似文献
