福建某矿石为铜铅锌多金属硫化矿难选矿石,各金属矿物交代现象频繁,嵌布关系复杂。采用"铜铅锌全混合浮选—铜铅部分混合浮选—铜铅分离"的工艺,以氧化钙和碳酸钠抑制硫化铁矿物,硫化钠和硫酸锌抑制闪锌矿,FeSO_4+Na_2S_2O_3+CMC+Na_2SiO_3的组合抑制方铅矿,有效实现了铜、铅、锌硫化矿的分离。闭路流程可得铜品位为22.53%、回收率为87.23%的铜精矿,铅品位为48.62%、回收率为93.00%的铅精矿,锌品位为46.38%、回收率为91.91%的锌精矿。  相似文献

某铜铅锌次生硫化矿含大量重晶石,有用矿物嵌布关系复杂、粒度细,铅氧化率28.32%。矿石中的方铅矿和闪锌矿因夹杂细小铜矿物而自活化,抑制分离浮选困难,常规选矿方法和药剂难以分离出单一铜、铅、锌精矿。试验建议采用粗磨铜铅锌等浮流程,可获得铅+锌品位大于50%的含铜铅锌混合精矿,各金属回收率也较高。混合精矿再用专利冶金方法处理。  相似文献

安徽某低品位铜铅锌多金属硫化矿石中锌矿物大多以铁闪锌矿的形式存在,部分硫矿物以磁黄铁矿的形式存在,铁闪锌矿和磁黄铁矿致密连生,嵌布特征复杂,对锌硫浮选分离造成不利影响。针对该矿的矿石特点,在"铜铅锌优先浮选"工艺流程的基础上,结合锌硫磁选分离工艺,不仅回收了铜铅锌,而且实现了锌硫的有效分离。闭路流程试验获得了含铜12.04%、铜回收率45.48%的铜精矿,含铅42.88%、铅回收率80.04%的铅精矿,含锌42.04%、锌回收率84.11%的锌精矿。  相似文献

西藏某铜铅锌硫多金属硫化矿,矿物嵌布粒度细、共生关系复杂,且含硫量较高。采用铜铅混合浮选→铜铅分离→尾矿抑硫浮锌浮选工艺流程。最终获得铜精矿铜品位28.22%、回收率85.29%,铅精矿铅品位57.49%、回收率85.61%,锌精矿锌品位44.17%、回收率62.96%,银在铜、铅精矿中的总回收率达到89.7%,实现了矿物的综合回收。  相似文献

为给青海某铜铅锌多金属矿石的开发利用提供依据,对其进行工艺矿物学研究,查明了矿石的组成、结构、构造及铜、铅、锌的赋存特征和主要矿物的嵌布特性等。矿石铅、锌品位分别为1.51%、2.91%,铜、金和银含量分别为0.091%、0.17 g/t、12 g/t,可进行综合利用。铜、铅、锌均主要以硫化物的形式存在,方铅矿、闪锌矿、黄铜矿分别是铅、锌、铜的主要回收目的矿物,但金属硫化物间及硫化物与脉石矿物间嵌布关系密切、复杂,会对铜铅锌的分选产生不利影响。  相似文献

新疆某混合铅锌矿铅、锌品位分别为5.67%、8.50%,矿石氧化率高,以硫化矿形式存在的铅、锌分别占76.01%、61.66%,且有用矿物嵌布关系复杂,单体解离困难。为确定适宜的选矿工艺流程,分别采用全混合浮选和部分混合浮选原则流程进行试验。结果表明:部分混合浮选流程指标较全混合浮选流程要好;原矿经磨矿(-0.074 mm 70%)—1粗2精2扫闭路流程处理,可获得铅品位22.04%、锌品位为23.85%,铅回收率71.56%、锌回收率52.39%的铅锌混合精矿。  相似文献

四川白玉铜铅锌共生矿矿石性质复杂,铜铅矿物嵌布粒度极细,铜锌矿物致密共生,分离较为困难。采用铜铅部分混合优先浮选-选铅-选锌-铜铅混合精矿加压浸出分离工艺流程,以EM-WB-12为铜矿物捕收剂进行选矿试验,并在选铅时进行了粗精矿再磨,实验室试验可获得Cu+Pb品位28.09%,铜、铅回收率分别为85.00%、53.38%的铜铅混合精矿,铅品位和回收率分别为52.68%、30.13%的铅精矿以及锌品位和回收率分别为52.72%、73.62%的锌精矿,同时伴生银得到了有效回收。对铜铅混合精矿进行加压浸出,取得了Zn浸出率94.36%,Cu浸出率91.21%的优良指标,渣中Pb脱硫后品位达到40%。在此基础上进行了选矿扩大试验,其试验指标较好地验证了实验室试验结果。  相似文献

针对某复杂低品位铜锌硫化矿,为降低选矿成本及为生产提供指导依据,进行了工艺矿物学研究。采用化学多元素分析、矿物自动分析仪(MLA)、光学显微镜等分析手段,查明了矿石的元素组成及矿物组成、主要矿物的嵌布特征、共生关系、粒度分布及解离度特征。结果表明,矿石中Cu品位为0.60%,锌品位为0.25%;含铜矿物主要为黄铜矿,含锌矿物主要为闪锌矿;铜锌硫矿物嵌布关系复杂,嵌布粒径大小悬殊,主要矿物单体含量低,黄铜矿及闪锌矿的单体解离度分别为37.92%、32.43%、单体解离度不高;矿石中存在极细粒黄铜矿且细粒级黄铜矿包裹于黄铁矿、磁铁矿、闪锌矿、脉石中导致铜回收困难,部分闪锌矿粒度极细且铜锌硫矿物共生关系紧密,相互包裹,共同赋存于脉石中导致铜锌分离困难。  相似文献

为了更好地选别回收安徽某铜银铅多金属矿,对该矿石进行了工艺矿物学研究,查明了矿石的矿物组成、主要矿物的嵌布特征及铜、银、铅元素赋存状态。结果表明:矿石铜、银、铅品位分别为0.64%、116.63 g/t、0.20%,可回收的有用矿物主要为铜矿物,银可作为伴生元素进行回收,铅品位较低,只能作为杂质脱除;矿石主要铜矿物为斑铜矿、辉铜矿和黄铜矿,常常两者或3种矿物共生嵌布并形成不规则片状,三种铜矿物集合体的嵌布粒度粗细不均,在+0.07 mm粒级的分布率为44.60%;元素Cu主要赋存在斑铜矿中,分布率为79.37%,其次分布在辉铜矿和黄铜矿中,分布率分别为9.52%和6.35%;元素Ag主要赋存在辉银矿中,元素Pb主要赋存在方铅矿中。根据工艺矿物学研究结果,斑铜矿、辉铜矿和黄铜矿是回收的主要目的矿物,辉银矿主要分布在斑铜矿或黄铜矿中,因此大多辉银矿可与铜矿物一起得到回收。由于方铅矿相对易浮,大多方铅矿也会进入铜精矿中从而影响最终精矿品级,因此建议采用浮铜抑铅浮选工艺。  相似文献

高效节能矿用防爆对旋主要通风机的叶片是主要通风机运行的关键部件,叶片在运行时不断受到气流的作用力,从而使叶片产生振动,当叶片振动的频率与叶片的固有频率接近时,容易产生共振从而导致叶片的断裂。一旦叶片断裂时,对主要通风机的安全运行产生致命的影响,从而导致矿山、化工等企业发生重大事故,将会产生不可估量的损失。基于有限元分析软件ANSYS,对高效节能矿用防爆轴流对旋主要通风机叶片进行模态分析及产生对应的六阶模态频率,对主要通风机叶片的运行频率、固有频率及产生的共振问题进行了原理分析,并且解决了叶片频率共振的问题,从而为主要通风机叶片结构设计提供理论依据,并对主要通风机叶片的安全运行提供保障。  相似文献
