分别针对沉淀池进水、沉淀池中部水样、沉淀池出水开展了超滤中试试验,研究了在不同混凝沉淀段位耦合时超滤膜出水水质的变化情况以及超滤膜的污染特性。结果表明,对于浊度、CODMn、UV254等水质指标而言,不同段位混凝沉淀-超滤的耦合工艺对水质的净化作用基本相当。但从膜污染上看,耦合段位设置在沉淀池进水端时,超滤膜的污染非常严重;而设置在出水端则可明显减缓膜污染;将耦合段位设置在沉淀池中部时,膜污染速率虽略有升高但幅度不大,同时可以显著减小水厂的占地面积。 相似文献

Ceramic membrane ultrafiltration experiments were performed with 7-channel tubular membrane (molecular weight cutoff = 300 kD) at a constant transmembrane pressure and crossflow rate under recirculation mode. In the experiments, the fouling characteristics of river water (RW, dissolved organic carbon (DOC) = 3.4 mg/L) were compared with humic acid solution (HA1, DOC = 3.7 mg/L). Also, the fouling behaviors of secondary effluent (SE, DOC = 7.9 mg/L) were compared with HA2 (DOC = 8.5 mg/L). Fluorescence excitation-emission matrix, modified Hermia’s model, and resistance-in-series model were used to analyze the fouling characteristics. Results demonstrated that RW and SE could cause ceramic membrane fouling more rapidly due to their hydrophilic organic compositions in comparison with hydrophobic HA. 相似文献

对超滤膜受天然有机物污染的特性进行研究,同时考查无机矿物质成分对污染的协同影响。采用PES平板膜进行膜污染试验,模拟地表水研究腐殖酸以及钙离子的影响并进行了化学清洗试验。研究结果表明,在pH值为7.8,腐殖酸质量浓度为15 mg/L,操作压力0.1 MPa下,当钙离子浓度为4 mmol/L时,膜污染最为严重,10 min后膜通量降到起始膜通量的60%以下。先用0.1 mol/L的NaOH,再用0.5%的盐酸清洗后,膜通量可恢复至起始膜通量的98%。 相似文献

根据混凝反应的基本原理,针对低浊度微污染原水的特性,设计了一种新型旋流一体式强化混凝净水器.该净水器在动力学原理上可以大幅提高颗粒的碰撞频率Ng,在水力结构上可以有效地消除无序旋涡以及使G值平滑逐渐减小,在整体结构上通过将絮凝和沉淀区域一体化,充分利用沉淀部分的时间来进行后期强化絮凝,从而达到了强化絮凝效果、缩短流程反应时间、提高出水水质的目的.进一步利用所设计的小试设备处理了微污染珠江原水,取得了砂滤出水的浊度为0.080-0111 NTU的良好结果,验证了旋流一体式强化混凝净水器具有高速、高效的优点. 相似文献

Film membranes from the thermoplastic poly(ether ether ketone) (PEEK) have been extruded and tested for their microfiltration and ultrafiltration performance. High‐performance asymmetric membranes have been obtained by extruding polymer blends of PEEK, polysulphone, and a small molecule solvent mixture, and then by removing the polysulphone and solvent in a subsequent extraction step. The process for making ultrafiltration membranes differs from microfiltration membranes only in the relative blend components, and the temperature of the film pick‐up rolls. Processing parameters with important effects on the membrane performance have been identified. Microfiltration membranes are characterized by their pore‐size distributions and SEM, and ultrafiltration membranes by their rejection of bovine serum albumin, bubble point, and SEM. Composite membrane for nanofiltration utilizing the PEEK ultrafiltration membrane as a substrate performed similarly to a commercial membrane for the same purpose. Olive oil production requires important quantities of washing water containing low oil concentrations, but classical processes used to recover or to eliminate this oil are ineffective. This study presents a membrane technique to treat olive oil mill washing water using different commercial ultrafiltration membranes: one organic (PCI) and two ceramic (Ceraver) membranes. The influence of the hydrodynamic parameters (transmembrane pressure and flow rate) and the cut‐off membranes on the efficiency of the ultrafiltration process was evaluated, and it was shown the organic PCI membrane could reduce pollution due to organic matter by decreasing the value of the Chemical oxygen demand by about 90%. Moreover, the nature of the ultrafine pore membrane appeared to be an important parameter which may strongly increase or decrease the capacity of the membrane. The membrane cut‐off did not have a strong influence on the performance of the process but if the membrane pores were too large the stability of the dynamically formed membrane decreased at transmembrane pressures greater than 0.2 MPa. 相似文献
