为了实现在电机静止时能够提供不同的发热功率用于给电动汽车动力电池或乘员舱加热,对电机静止时实现电机主动发热的控制方式进行分析,并根据此控制方式在电机允许电流限值条件下,通过两种不同的方法分析计算电机静止发热功率的能力,计算出了在最大电流限制条件下电机在静止时发热功率能力与电机位置之间的关系,以及电机静止时主动发热能力与d轴电流之间的计算公式。最后,通过多组仿真及数据处理分析,验证了电机静止时主动发热能力与位置之间的关系与理论分析一致,以及在电机静止且d轴电流为定值时的电机发热功率与转子位置无关。分析结果能够用于根据电机转子位置最大利用电机发热功率、规范电机静止主动发热能力的验证测试以及电机静止发热时的控制标定。 相似文献

基于有限元法进行车用永磁电机的电磁噪声的研究,分析电机的动力学特性参数(振型、固有频率、阻尼)及电机空载和负载工况下关键工作点的电磁噪声,采用锤击法模态试验验证有限元模态分析的正确性。采用有限元法分析车用永磁电机关键工作点的电磁噪声,并通过模态试验获取电机的阻尼参数,提高电机电磁噪声分析的准确度。基于该方法可以在车用电机设计阶段预估车用永磁电机的电磁噪声特性,避免电机产生电磁共振,以振动噪声的抑制为目的进行车用永磁电机的噪声特性研究。 相似文献

高速高功率密度油冷永磁电机,随着电机单位体积输出功率及损耗的增加与电机壳体表面积的减小,电机单位体积的发热量大,导致整机温升高,所以精准确定电机的各种损耗分布及数值,选取适合的冷却方式,并合理布局电机散热结构,对高速高功率永磁电机的设计尤为重要。本文从电机最大工作点的损耗计算入手,分析电机发热特点,优选电机的散热方式并按散热方式设计电机的冷却结构,对电机进行热仿真分析。以一台5 kW、13000 r/min航空油泵电机设计为例,对样机进行了散热结构设计及热场分析。试验数据表明,电机的各种损耗分布、数值计算及热场分析准确。 相似文献

This paper presents a method for estimating the machine parameters of a synchronous motor. The presented method is equally applicable for a wound field synchronous motor, synchronous reluctance motor, or permanent magnet (PM) synchronous motor, both the interior and surface-mount types. The method works particularly well for machines having a significant amount of space harmonics, such as synchronous reluctance and interior PM (IPM) machines, where the harmonics are predominantly the slot harmonics. It is also well suited for surface PM machines operating under saturation, where the harmonics are saturation-induced. The presence of these harmonics makes the parameter identification difficult. Most of the methods presented so far in the literature have failed to properly identify machine parameters in the presence of space harmonics. In this paper, the machine parameters, identified by using a proposed algorithm, are compared with the finite element and the experimental results to demonstrate the effectiveness of the presented method. This paper proposes a novel mathematical dynamic model to represent the steady‐state and transient‐state characteristics of rotor slot harmonics of an induction motor for sensorless control. Although it is well known that the rotor slot harmonics originate from the mechanical structure of the induction motor, a mathematical model that describes the relationship between the stator/rotor currents of the induction motor and the slot harmonics has not yet been proposed. Therefore, in this paper, a three‐phase model of the induction motor that depicts the rotor slot harmonics is developed by taking into consideration the magnetomotive force harmonics and the change in the magnetic air gap caused by the rotor slots. The validity of the proposed model is verified by comparing the experimental results and the calculated values. © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 主要研究了变频调速过程中电机谐波和发热的难点问题。为此提出了采用小波分析实现谐波电压和电流的在线反馈跟踪,以获得谐波分量最小的优化控制方式。通过优化组合PWM逆变控制技术,使逆变器在整个输出频率范围内,保持电机谐波和发热最小的最佳工作状态。这种依据小波变换原理对IPM逆变输出电压进行采样,用DSP芯片软件完成小波计算测试谐波,适时性强,分辩率高,基波幅值误差小(误差精度小于5%),因而成功地解决了变频调速过程中PWM控制的谐波和电机发热问题。经实验测试,电机发热减少了35%,节能效率高,技术新颖,实用性强,为最终消除谐波实现闭环的PWM在线控制提供了一种新的设计思想。 相似文献

The analysis of the steady-state performance characteristics of a triac-controlled single-phase induction motor having space harmonics in its magnetic field is presented. The analysis is based on the independent consideration of the fundamental and harmonic content of the motor applied chopped sinusoidal voltage. ABSTRACT This paper gives a study of line harmonics generated by three-phase half controlled bridge converters feeding separately excited D.C. motor. Analytical expressions for line current are given and dominant current and voltage harmonics have been computed for a typical system. The study shows that current has predominant low order harmonics, the second harmonic being significantly large as compared to other harmonics. The line voltage, however, has significant higher order harmonic components as well Line current harmonics are dependent on motor operating speed, whereas the voltage distortion factor is nearly independent of speed. On the other hand, percent current harmonics are nearly independent of torque, but the voltage harmonics and voltage distortion factor are dependent on load torque. 相似文献

A novel control algorithm devoted to remove undesired low-order current harmonics in AC motor drives is presented in this article. The proposed control algorithm combines a suitable multiple reference frame synchronous harmonic estimator and multiple reference frame vector control implementation to suppress the undesired harmonics contained in the motor stator currents. This control technique can handle positive-, negative-, and zero-sequence sets, keeping a satisfying dynamic behavior. The control technique has been evaluated by numerical simulations and experimentally tested on a permanent magnet synchronous motor drive. 相似文献
