考虑一类关系度不确定且零动态稳定的非线性系统的控制器设计问题.利用预测控制概念,通过选用较为全面的二次型性能指标,对输出进行高阶泰勒级数展开,推导出一种非切换的解析次优控制律,进而得出了在该控制律下闭环系统局部稳定的充分条件.仿真例子验证了该控制算法具有较好的动态性能,与已有的近似线性化方法相比,显示了该控制策略的优越性.  相似文献

Optimal control of nonlinear systems: a predictive control approach   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
A new nonlinear predictive control law for a class of multivariable nonlinear systems is presented in this paper. It is shown that the closed-loop dynamics under this nonlinear predictive controller explicitly depend on design parameters (prediction time and control order). The main features of this result are that an explicitly analytical form of the optimal predictive controller is given, on-line optimisation is not required, stability of the closed-loop system is guaranteed, the whole design procedure is transparent to designers and the resultant controller is easy to implement. By establishing the relationship between the design parameters and time-domain transient, it is shown that the design of an optimal generalised predictive controller to achieve desired time-domain specifications for nonlinear systems can be performed by looking up tables. The design procedure is illustrated by designing an autopilot for a missile.  相似文献

In this paper, we consider the problem of optimal control for a class of nonlinear stochastic systems with multiplicative noise. The nonlinearity consists of quadratic terms in the state and control variables. The optimality criteria are of a risk-sensitive and generalised risk-sensitive type. The optimal control is found in an explicit closed-form by the completion of squares and the change of measure methods. As applications, we outline two special cases of our results. We show that a subset of the class of models which we consider leads to a generalised quadratic–affine term structure model (QATSM) for interest rates. We also demonstrate how our results lead to generalisation of exponential utility as a criterion in optimal investment.  相似文献

对状态变量含有时滞的非线性系统的次优控制问题进行了研究,提出了一种次优控制的逐次逼近设计方法.针对由最优控制理论导出的既含有时滞项又含有超前项的非线性两点边值问题,构造了其解序列一致收敛于原问题最优解的非齐次线性两点边值问题序列.从而将两点边值问题解序列的有限次迭代结果作为系统的次优控制律.仿真结果表明了所提出方法的有效性.  相似文献

The problem of model-based stabilization of a nonlinear system based on its approximate discrete-time model is addressed, under the assumption that both the feedforward and the feedback paths are subject to network-induced constraints. These constraints include irregularity of the transfer intervals, time-varying communication delays, and the possibility of packet losses. A communication protocol that copes with these constraints is proposed. A “Stability+performance recovery” result for the nonlinear model-based networked control system (NCS) is formulated and proven.Simulation results presented confirm that the proposed method improves the maximum allowable transfer interval.  相似文献

This paper studies the optimal control with zero steady-state error problem for nonlinear large-scale systems affected by external persistent disturbances. The nonlinear large-scale system is transformed into N nonlinear subsystems with interconnect terms. Based on the internal model principle, a disturbance compensator is constructed such that the ith subsystem with external persistent disturbances is transformed into an augmented subsystem without disturbances. According to the sensitivity approach, the optimal tracking control law for the ith nonlinear subsystem can be obtained. The optimal tracking control law for the nonlinear large-scale systems can be obtained. A numerical simulation shows that the method is effective.  相似文献

针对跟踪问题中无状态和输入约束的非线性预测控制最优解的求取问题,引入参考输入轨迹的概念,利用Stirling插值公式,将非线性系统模型沿参考输入输出轨迹展开,取其一阶近似,处理成参数已知的线性模型.在此基础上,利用线性系统预测控制理论求解得到原系统的次优控制律.该方法不要求系统模型连续可导,且无需对线性化后的模型参数进行在线辨识,计算量小,易于实现.  相似文献

In this paper, we consider a class of constrained discrete time optimal control problems involving general nonlinear dynamics with fixed terminal time. A method to solve the feedback control problem for a class of unconstrained continuous time nonlinear systems has been proposed previously. In that work, the solution is based on synthesizing an approximate suboptimal feedback controller locally in the neighbourhood of a certain nominal optimal trajectory. This paper expands on the same theme by considering problems involving discrete time systems. Taking advantage of the nature of discrete time systems, a further reduction on the computational effort of synthesising the feedback controller is made possible. Also, this paper extends the applicability of the method to constrained systems. For illustration, a numerical example is solved using the proposed method.  相似文献

There typically exist different and often conflicting control objectives, e.g., reference tracking, robustness and economic performance, in many chemical processes. The current work considers the multi-objective control problems of continuous-time nonlinear systems subject to state and input constraints and multiple conflicting objectives. We propose a new multi-objective nonlinear model predictive control (NMPC) design within the dual-mode paradigm, which guarantees stability and constraint satisfaction. The notions of utopia point and compromise solution are used to reconcile the confliction of the multiple objectives. The designed controller minimizes the distance of its cost vector to a vector of independently minimized objectives, i.e., the steady-state utopia point. Recursive feasibility is established via a particular terminal region formulation while stabilizing the closed-loop system to the compromise solution via the dual-mode control principle. In order to derive the terminal region as large as possible, a terminal control law with free-parameters is constructed by using the control Lyapunov functions (CLFs) technique. Two examples of multi-objective control of a CSTR and a free-radical polymerization process are used to illustrate the effectiveness of the new multi-objective NMPC and to compare their performance.  相似文献

Nonnegative and compartmental models are widespread in engineering systems and life sciences and play a key role in the understanding of these systems. In this paper, we develop a direct adaptive control framework for nonlinear uncertain nonnegative and compartmental dynamical systems. The proposed framework is Lyapunov-based and guarantees partial asymptotic set-point regulation; that is, asymptotic set-point regulation with respect to part of the closed-loop system states associated with the plant. In addition, the adaptive controller guarantees that the physical system states remain in the nonnegative orthant of the state space.  相似文献

Optimal squared error and absolute error-based approximation problems for static polynomial models of nonlinear, discrete-time, systems are studied in detail. These problems have many similarities with other linear-in-the-parameters approximation problems, such as with optimal approximation problems for linear time-invariant models of linear and nonlinear systems. Nonprobabilistic signal analysis is used.Close connections between the studied approximation problems and certain classical topics in approximation theory, such as optimal L2(−1,1) and L1(−1,1) approximation, are established by analysing conditions under which sample averages of static nonlinear functions of the input converge to appropriate Riemann integrals of the static functions. These results should play a significant role in the analysis of corresponding system identification and model validation problems. Furthermore, these results demonstrate that optimal modelling based on the absolute error can offer advantages over squared error-based modelling. Especially, modelling problems in which some signals possess heavy tails can benefit from absolute value-based signal and error analysis.  相似文献

The input-state linear horizon (ISLH) for a nonlinear discrete-time system is defined as the smallest number of time steps it takes the system input to appear nonlinearly in the state variable. In this paper, we employ the latter concept and show that the class of constraint admissible N-step affine state-feedback policies is equivalent to the associated class of constraint admissible disturbance-feedback policies, provided that N is less than the system’s ISLH. The result generalizes a recent result in [Goulart, P. J., Kerrigan, E. C., Maciejowski, J. M. (2006). Optimization over state feedback policies for robust control with constraints. Automatica, 42(4), 523-533] and is significant because it enables one: (i) to determine a constraint admissible state-feedback policy by employing well-known convex optimization techniques; and (ii) to guarantee robust recursive feasibility of a class of model predictive control (MPC) policies by imposing a suitable terminal constraint. In particular, we propose an input-to-state stabilizing MPC policy for a class of nonlinear systems with bounded disturbance inputs and mixed polytopic constraints on the state and the control input. At each time step, the proposed MPC policy requires the solution of a single convex quadratic programme parameterized by the current system state.  相似文献

The paper introduces a new method for finding optimal control of algebraic dynamic systems. The structure of algebraic dynamical systems is nonlinear with quadratic and bilinear terms. A new hybrid extended Fourier series is introduced, and state and control variables of the system are expanded by this series. Moreover, properties of new series are presented, and integration and product operational matrices are obtained. Using operational matrices, optimal control of the systems is converted to a set of simultaneous nonlinear algebraic relations. An illustrative example is included to compare our results with those in the literature.  相似文献

基于多采样率数字控制理论,讨论了非线性连续被控对象和输入多采样率模糊控制器的设计问题.提出用线性矩阵不等式凸优化技术构建非线性系统的输入多采样率T-S模糊模型,并相应地研究了基于优化区域极点配置的PDC状态反馈控制.通过解代数Riccati方程得到控制器的参数,给出了优化数字控制器的设计算法和闭环系统的稳定性条件.计算机仿真表明了所提出方法的有效性.  相似文献

Stabilization of the exact discrete-time models of a class of nonlinear sampled-data systems, with an unknown parameter, is addressed. Given a Lyapunov-based continuous-time adaptive controller that ensures some stability properties for the closed-loop system, a sufficient condition for the design of high order discrete-time controllers is given. The stability analysis is carried out considering the truncated Fliess series of the Lyapunov difference equation. Due to the appearance of power terms of the unknown parameter, the problem is reparameterized in a convex-like form and an estimation law for the new unknown parameter is derived with no need of overparametrization or projection techniques. Then, assuming appropriate conditions hold, high order controllers can be designed. The boundedness of the extended state vector is ensured under some conditions, for a sufficiently small sampling period. It is shown how increasing the controller order can improve system performance.  相似文献

Multilinear model approach turns out to be an ideal candidate for dealing with nonlinear systems control problem. However, how to identify the optimal active state subspace of each linear subsystem is an open problem due to that the closed-loop performance of nonlinear systems interacts with these subspaces ranges. In this paper, a new systematic method of integrated state space partition and optimal control of multi-model for nonlinear systems based on hybrid systems is initially proposed, which can deal with the state space partition and associated optimal control simultaneously and guarantee an overall performance of nonlinear systems consequently. The proposed method is based on the framework of hybrid systems which synthesizes the multilinear model, produced by nonlinear systems, in a unified criterion and poses a two-level structure. At the upper level, the active state subspace of each linear subsystem is determined under the optimal control index of a hybrid system over infinite horizon, which is executed off-line. At the low level, the optimal control is implemented online via solving the optimal control of hybrid system over finite horizon. The finite horizon optimal control problem is numerically computed by simultaneous method for speeding up computation. Meanwhile, the model mismatch produced by simultaneous method is avoided by using the strategy of receding-horizon. Simulations on CSTR (Continuous Stirred Tank Reactor) confirm that a superior performance can be obtained by using the presented method.  相似文献

研究具有外界持续扰动的时滞非线性大系统的无静差最优跟踪控制问题.将时滞非线性大系统分解为带有互联项的N个时滞非线性子系统,基于内模原理对子系统构造扰动补偿器,将带有外部持续扰动的子系统化为无扰动的增广系统.通过灵敏度法求解不含时滞的两点边值问题,得到子系统的最优跟踪控制律,截取最优跟踪控制律的前N项作为次优控制律来近似系统的最优控制律.仿真实例表明了该设计方法的有效性.  相似文献
