在分析Domex700MC高强钢组织、性能的基础上,进行了手工电弧焊、气体保护焊工艺及其焊接接头显微组织与力学性能的研究,研究结果表明:选择合适的焊接材料,可以获得满意的接头性能;焊接接头最薄弱处是热影响区;为提高焊接接头的综合力学性能,控制焊接热输入是必要的。  相似文献

以30CrMnSiA高强钢原始焊接接头和一次补焊接头为研究对象,通过拉伸试验、疲劳试验及显微组织分析等方法研究了补焊对其焊接接头力学性能的影响。结果表明:经过补焊后,30CrMnSiA高强钢焊接接头的力学性能略微降低;热影响区是接头拉伸性能的薄弱部位,而焊趾处是接头疲劳性能的薄弱部位;补焊对焊缝附近的显微组织无明显影响。  相似文献

提出了新型的滑轮机器人焊接制造技术,介绍了滑轮异种钢机器人焊接工艺,重点解决了异种金属焊接工艺复杂、低合金高强钢焊接裂纹倾向严重、机器人打底焊易产生未熔合缺陷、填充焊时焊缝成形质量不良等诸多焊接技术难点和要点。采用此套机器人焊接工艺进行滑轮制造,焊接质量稳定,制造生产成本降低,产生了明显的经济效益。  相似文献

本文通过对WH590(17MnNiVNbR)钢其板厚为12mm、24mm钢板分别采用手工电弧焊和埋弧自动焊进行焊接冷裂纹敏感性试验、焊接工艺综合试验和焊接接头力学性能试验。试验表明该钢具有优良的抗裂性能、焊接性能及良好的冷热加工性能。  相似文献

采用手工氩弧焊封底、焊条电弧焊过渡以及埋弧焊填充盖面的方法,对SA-312TP316同种钢焊接接头的微观组织和常规力学性能进行探索尝试。在合格区取样做性能和金相试验,发现弯曲试样中出现微小裂纹,接头微观组织也存在裂纹。结果表明,热输入较高条件下的焊接接头易出现夹渣和未熔合等缺陷。  相似文献

分析了9Ni钢低温容器的焊接特点,认为解决焊接过程中的裂纹倾向、低温韧性的下降和磁化是低温容器制造的关键。试验研究了埋孤焊的焊接工艺,结果表明采用ERNiCrMo-3、ERNiCrMo-4焊丝、相应的焊剂和合适的焊接规范能得到合格的焊接接头,并能实现自动焊接。手工焊条电弧焊的工艺评定结果表明所选择的焊接规范是可行的,为9Ni钢低温容器的焊接制造提供了依据。  相似文献

采用脉冲氩弧焊接工艺、高温加速模拟工况、高温持久、常温力学性能试验研究了不同焊缝强度匹配条件下,马氏体耐热钢9Cr1MoVNbN与贝氏体耐热钢12Cr2MoWVTiB异种钢焊接接头的力学性能、高温强度、蠕变损伤及界面破坏特征。研究结果表明,焊前预热250℃,焊后回火750℃×1 h条件下,加速模拟运行500h、1 000 h、1 500 h后低匹配焊接接头的界面蠕变损伤较严重,力学性能下降明显,失效倾向较大;而中匹配接头的蠕变损伤及失效倾向较小,中匹配与低匹配接头的持久强度比较接近:而高匹配接头的持久强度最低。因此,对于9Cr1MoVNbN/12Cr2MoWVTiB异种钢焊接接头采用中匹配比较合适。  相似文献

Abstract with the purpose of improving weld joint quality and productivity, the oscillating arc narrow gap gas metal arc (GMA) welding was employed in welding quenched and tempered high-strength low-alloy thick steel. The microstructure and mechanical properties of weld joints were evaluated, namely micro-hardness, tensile strength, and low-temperature impact toughness. The test results indicated that mechanical properties of weld joints with oscillating arc narrow gap GMA welding were excellent and found to meet stipulated requirements. Oscillating arc narrow gap GMA welding is a promising process for welding quenched and tempered HSLA thick steels due to the low energy input and narrow square-butt groove.  相似文献

The wire and arc-based additive manufacturing process applies arc welding technology; the wire material is melted by the arc discharge, and is then accumulated successively in this process. The wire and arc-based additive manufacturing process directly and locally adds material to the molten pool. By changing the material locally during the process, more than one kind of material can be used simultaneously in a single manufactured component. In this study, two kinds of dissimilar metal deposition were conducted. A combination used was a stainless steel and Ni-based alloy. Mechanical properties near the interface such as hardness and bond strength were investigated. As a result, it was found that the mechanical properties of the manufactured alloy were comparable to those of a bulk material. In addition, an additive manufacturing system and a torch path planning method for using more than two kinds of material were proposed. By using this method, highly functional shapes whose surfaces and inner structures are made of different material could be made.  相似文献

采用常规试验方法来测定铝合金型材构件焊接接头各区的力学性能及其变化规律是很困难的。而接头性能直接影响着结构焊接工艺的选择和强度计算。通过测定铝合金微型剪切试验和拉伸试验的性能参数,研究得出了这些性能参数之间的数学关系式。可利用这些关系式评定铝合金焊接接头的力学性能。微型剪切试验为铝合金焊接接头力学性能的评定提供了一个新途径。  相似文献

以压力容器用Q345R钢为对象,进行了旋转电弧窄间隙熔化极气体保护焊试验。观察了焊接接头的宏观形貌,试件的拉伸、弯曲和冲击试验表明:焊接接头力学性能指标均满足标准要求。使用旋转电孤窄间隙方法,显著的改善了坡口两侧壁的熔透,其熔敷效率高,热输入低,是压力容器制造的一种高质,优效的技术。  相似文献

In this work, gas metal arc welding of high strength-low alloy (HSLA) steel with solid- and flux-cored arc welding wires using different shielding gas compositions was performed. The composition of filler wire and shielding gas in gas metal arc welds of HSLA steel determines the inclusion characteristics, microstructure and mechanical properties. Thus, acceptable weld metal properties in HSLA steel using gas metal arc welding (GMAW) process could be achieved with the proper combination of filler wire and shielding gas composition.  相似文献

窄间隙焊接技术作为一种高效焊接方法以其大大降低熔敷量和节约制造时间的优点,使其在大厚度构件制造中具有广阔的应用前景,但是焊接过程的稳定性及侧壁熔合等缺陷的存在,成为影响构件高品质制造的关键问题。利用深窄间隙埋弧焊接方法成功制造了外径尺寸为2 500 mm,厚度达150 mm的转子模拟件,采用多层双道焊接方法,实现了良好的侧壁熔合效果,且未发现夹杂等缺陷,表面该焊接接头具有较高的成形质量。基于该焊接接头开展冲击韧度、拉伸等力学性能试验,表明该接头的力学性能完全满足使用需求。从而验证了深窄间隙焊接技术在大厚度核电转子焊接中应用的可靠性。  相似文献

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of process parameters on the joint characteristics of advanced high-strength steel DP780 and Al5052 alloy sheet in mechanical clinching process. The defects in the clinching joint, such as necking of the upper sheet, cracks in the lower sheet, and no interlocking, occur because of the different ductility between advanced high-strength steel and aluminum alloy. In this study, the effect of the process parameters of the clinching process on the joinability of advanced high-strength steel with Al5052 alloy was investigated using finite element (FE) analysis. From the result, the die radius, die depth, and die groove shape were mainly affected by the joinability of advanced high-strength steel with Al5052 alloy. H-type tension test was performed under the same condition as the FE analysis. In addition, the joint strength was determined by interlocking length as well as neck thickness.  相似文献
