We herein describe the beneficial effect of fluorinated alcohols on asymmetric hydrogenation using chiral self‐assembling rhodium complexes. Previously, the application of these catalysts has been hampered by low reaction rates in non‐polar solvents, which are essential for establishing the self‐assembling architecture via hydrogen bonding. Excellent reaction rates are usually observed in alcohols as solvents, but the characteristic hydrogen bonds are cleaved in those media, resulting in poor ee values. We now show for the first time that the disadvantageous properties of both solvent classes on the catalytic reaction can be overcome by using fluorinated alcohols. Due to this key finding, homogeneous catalysis with self‐assembling catalysts is much closer to practical application. 相似文献

The synthesis and hydrogenation of two fluorinated polymers is described. The products were characterised through a detailed study of their 1H-, 13C- and 19F-NMR spectra, together with thermal and GPC analysis. Air‐ and water‐stable fluorinated ferrocenylphosphine‐aminophosphine ligands have been synthesized and applied to the Rh‐catalyzed asymmetric hydrogenation of enamides and α‐dehydroamino acid derivatives. These reactions afforded the corresponding products in good to excellent ees (up to 99.7% ee) and nearly quantitative yields. The combination of the remarkable air‐ and water‐stability with excellent catalytic performance makes these catalysts excellent choices for practical applications. 相似文献

New perfluoroalkylated polystyrene resins have been prepared by the suspension polymerisation of 4‐(perfluoro‐n‐octyl)styrene. The evaluation of these highly fluorinated insoluble materials as catalyst supports for rhodium‐catalysed hydrogenation of styrene and palladium‐mediated Suzuki–Miyaura carbon‐carbon bond forming reactions with 4‐bromoacetophenone and 4‐bromoanisole revealed improvements in the recycling of the perfluoroalkylated catalysts as compared to that achieved using fluorous reverse‐phase silica gel. 相似文献

以4 苯基环己酮为起始原料,经Grignard反应,脱水,加氢,转型,Friedel Crafts反应,黄鸣龙还原等步骤,合成了一系列含氟反式 1,4 二芳基环己烷类液晶化合物,GC质量分数>99%,收率达16 0%~27 0%,较文献收率(<1%)有显著提高;该路线尤其适用于制备一系列不同烷基取代的衍生物;目标化合物经1HNMR、IR进行了结构鉴定,并通过差示扫描量热法(DSC)对其相变行为进行了测试。 相似文献

A series of fluorinated polyimides and fluorinated poly(imide amide)s containing pendent cyano groups were prepared and investigated to determine their dielectric constants as a function of relative humidity and thermal characteristics. The fluorinated polymides and fluorinated poly(imide amide)s containing pendent cyano groups were prepared by reaction of bis(4-aminophenoxy) benzonitriles with a fluorinated dianhydride and with a fluorinated di(acid chloride) containing preformed imide rings. The properties of the fluorinated polyimides and fluorinated poly(imide amide)s containing pendent cyano groups were compared with those of fluorinated polyimides and fluorinated poly(imide amide)s prepared from 1,3-bis(4-aminophenoxy)benzene. The introduction of the pendent cyano groups caused an increase in the dielectric constant and an increase in the glass transition temperature of the polymers compared with the polymers prepared without pendent cyano groups. 相似文献
