随着汽车制造业的发展,汽车底盘成形结构件对SAPH440热轧酸洗板等原料产品性能的要求不断提高,常规产品的工艺定位已无法满足个性化需求。文章介绍了本钢SAPH440热轧酸洗钢卷为满足低屈服强度和高扩孔率等客户个性化需求而进行工艺优化的过程,以及优化前后组织和性能情况。在本钢成熟的SAPH440热轧酸洗产品的表面控制工艺基础上调整工艺设计,采用适当的碳含量和热轧工艺,生产出满足客户需求的低屈服强度SAPH440和高扩孔率SAPH440热轧酸洗钢卷。低屈服强度SAPH440组织为铁素体和珠光体,铁素体平均晶粒度12级,屈服强度350 MPa左右,屈强比0.75。高扩孔率SAPH440组织为铁素体和珠光体,铁素体平均晶粒度12.5级,珠光体弥散分布,板厚中心位置无带状组织,扩孔率大于110%。 相似文献

针对厚1.8 mm的SAPH440和厚2.2 mm的DP600不等厚异质板材采用激光焊接技术实现拼焊,进一步研究SAPH440和DP600的不等厚激光拼焊板的焊接接头性能和成形性能。针对拼焊板的胀形性进行杯突试验,研究表明,当薄板SAPH440所占的比例较厚板DP600大时,拼焊板的杯突值低于任何一侧母材的杯突值,即拼焊板的胀形性低于母材。并利用Dynaform软件对拼焊板的成形过程进行仿真分析:结果表明两侧板材变形不均匀,焊缝向厚板侧移动。 相似文献

利用光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)、电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP)和红外碳硫仪对某汽车零部件制造商用 SAPH440结构钢制作汽车离合器工艺过程中出现扩孔翻边开裂的原因进行了分析。结果表明,条状硫化锰偏聚是导致零件扩孔翻边开裂的主要原因。零件的开裂断口呈现木纹状,在开裂末端基体内存在条状硫化锰偏聚,钢中硫元素含量超出目标值。建议要严格控制钢中硫元素的成分含量,同时改善凝固工艺、提高均热温度和时间以降低元素偏析,防止硫化锰偏聚。 相似文献

通过单因素试验对M6焊接方螺母和SAPH370酸洗热轧钢板进行了焊接,对所焊试样进行分离拉力试验,得出了不同焊接参数下的分离拉力. 基于Spss和Matlab软件对试验数据进行了回归处理,获得了以分离拉力为主要考察指标的焊接质量回归模型. 结果表明,焊接电流对分离拉力的影响最大,焊接时间和电极压力对分离拉力影响较小. 电极压力较小时,焊接时间对分离拉力影响较大;电极压力较大时,焊接电流对分离拉力影响较大. 电极压力和焊接电流的交互作用最大,焊接电流和焊接时间的交互作用以及电极压力和焊接时间的交互作用较小. 相似文献

采用激光焊接方法,针对1.8mm厚的SAPH440与2.2mm厚的DP600高强钢实施激光拼焊.测试了不等厚拼焊板焊接接头的金相组织以及显微硬度,然后通过杯突试验对所得到的不等厚高强钢拼焊板的胀形性进行了研究,进一步与母材的胀形性相比较.结果表明,焊缝的金相组织为针状铁素体和板条马氏体,焊缝两侧硬度分布不同,焊缝处的硬度要高于母材.拼焊板的杯突值低于任何一侧母材的杯突值,焊缝的位置对不等厚拼焊板的胀形性有一定的影响,薄板所占比例越大拼焊板的胀形性越好,在胀形成形过程中焊缝向厚板侧移动. 相似文献

The different chemical composition of silicon and manganese as well as different retained austenite fraction ranged from 4% to 10% of the high strength and high elongation steels were studied in the paper. The dislocations and carbon concentration in retained austenite were observed by a transmission electron microscope and an electric probe analyzer, respectively. The experimental results showed that silicon and manganese are two fundamental alloying elements to stabilize austenite effectively but retaining austenite in different mechanisms. Meanwhile, the cooling processing played an important role in controlling the fraction of retained austenite of the hot-rolled high strength and high plasticity steels. 相似文献

AbstractThe fracture mode of spot welded joints, made of SAPH440 steel sheets, is investigated. It was found that the weldment failure in the peel test of the joints occurred through the weld nugget. This is called an interfacial failure and is not acceptable because it is a sign of insufficient mechanical strength. Investigation showed that this kind of fracture is attributed to the brittleness of the nugget zone, caused by its martensitic microstructure due to the high cooling rate in the welding. For eliminating this defect, resistance spot welding procedures were augmented with post-heating stage. This approach is intended to reduce the cooling rate after welding and also to temper the weld nugget, generating a more ductile microstructure in the weld zone. The results of this research can be used for planning spot welding process and provides a guideline for analysing the results of hardness and peel test. 相似文献
