改性剂SBS与沥青相容性的研究   总被引:9,自引:0,他引:9  
改性剂与沥青的相容性是决定改性效果和改性沥青制作工艺的关键因素,而聚合物改性沥青的相容性与基质沥青的组成,聚合物的剂量,聚合物的结构和组成以及储存温度密度相关,利用热储存稳定性试验系统,研究了改性剂SBS(苯乙烯-丁二烯嵌段共聚物)与基质沥青的相容性,结果表明,线型SBS普遍比星型SBS具有较好的相容性,SBS含量小于3%时改性沥青的稳定性较好,沥青质含量适中,芳香分含量越大的基质沥青与SBS的相容性越好。  相似文献

Adding compatibilizer to polymer-modified asphalt (PMA) is an effective method to improve material compatibility and performance. However, only a few studies have systematically focused on how compatibilizer can affect the performance of styrene-butadiene-styrene (SBS) polymer-modified asphalt (PMA). In this study, six compatibilizers with different compositions were used to prepare SBS PMA samples. Conventional performance, viscosity-temperature characteristics, viscoelastic behavior, creep properties, and morphology were investigated. The results show that adding compatibilizer to SBS PMA has a great effect on performance. High aromatics content in compatibilizers improve the high-temperature performance of SBS PMA, while a high saturates content increases low-temperature performance. Additionally, a high aromatics compatibilizer increases temperature sensitivity. While the aromatics content improves the compatibility of SBS PMA to some extent, adding compatibilizer to SBS PMA has few effects on microstructure. From our results, we can conclude that the optimum aromatics content for adding compatibilizer to SBS PMA is from 33.21 wt% to 54.22 wt%.  相似文献

The effect of different base asphalts on the styrene butadiene styrene (SBS) modification had been studied in this paper and the solubility parameter theory was used to predict its modification effect. The results showed that the compatibility between the base asphalt rich in aromatics and SBS was good. The closer the polarity of the two substances, the smaller the difference of their solubility parameter, the more easily they are miscible. Therefore, the solubility parameter between the modifier SBS and the base asphalt can be used to evaluate their compatibility. To find a suitable blender (or stabilizer) based on the solubility parameter model is one of the best methods to reduce the difference of the solubility parameter between SBS and the base asphalt and decreased the isolation of SBS in the polymer–asphalt mixture.  相似文献

Specifically, the asphalt was separated into three components: saturates, aromatics, and resins, by Solvent Recycled Absorption Chromatography Separation Technology (SRACST). The compatibilities between these different components and the polymer were compared with the help of Fluorescence Microscope (FM) with which the existing state of the polymer SBS in these different components could be examined obviously. The modified effects indicated that aromatics could cause SBS swollen and, resins dissolved SBS better than saturates, though both the two components could partially dissolve SBS and the two mixtures presented two immiscible phase systems. In order to further investigate the compatibility between aromatics and SBS, from macroscopic properties, an additive rich in aromatics was added to the SBS/asphalt mixture, and the result was satisfactory.  相似文献

催化裂化油浆富含芳香分,是理想的道路沥青调合组分。以SBS为改性剂、油浆和渣油调合沥青作为基质沥青制备SBS改性沥青,利用FCC油浆蒸馏所得馏分油作为相容剂对SBS进行预溶胀,同时利用蒸馏所得的残油调节改性沥青的针入度,并对油浆调合SBS改性沥青的性能进行评价。结果表明:催化裂化油浆蒸馏馏分油对SBS具有较好的溶胀能力,经过溶胀后SBS的分散性能显著改善,直接利用机械搅拌即可获得分散均匀、储存稳定的SBS改性沥青;当SBS用量为4.5%(w)时,油浆与渣油的调合沥青通过机械搅拌工艺可制备出符合JTG F40—2004标准的SBS改性沥青。  相似文献

以胜华100^#沥青为原料,采用溶剂脱青工艺和溶剂再循环吸附色谱分离技术将沥青分成三组分:富饱和烃组分(S)、富芳香烃组分(A)、富胶质组分(R)。根据微观形态结构的不同,考察了聚合物苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯(SBS)在不同组分中的存在形式,研究了沥青组分与聚合物的相容性。结果发现:饱和分对SBS起溶胀作用;而芳香分和胶质对SBS部分溶解,整个体系呈两相结构。改性沥青要达到最佳性能,其饱和分、芳香分和胶质需达到一定配比。  相似文献

以SK AH-70为基质沥青,外掺废胶粉和SBS,采用高速剪切法制备复合改性沥青。通过正交实验考察了沥胶比、糠醛抽出油掺量和稳定剂掺量对沥青性能的影响,确定最优条件为:沥胶比为3,糠醛抽出油加入量4%,稳定剂加入量3‰。在最优条件下制备的复合改性沥青软化点为61.0℃,5℃延度为30.0 cm,弹性恢复为85%。废胶粉/SBS复合改性沥青的性能明显优于胶粉改性沥青,而稍低于SBS改性沥青,但是其成本低廉、易于施工,并且性能达到SBS改性沥青的相关要求,具有良好的应用前景。  相似文献

采用紫外辐射试验对道路沥青和SBS改性沥青进行加速老化试验研究.利用老化前后的软化点、针八度、延度和四组分变化。分析了道路沥青的紫外线老化机理。结果表明:随紫外线老化时间的延长,道路沥青和SBS改性沥青软化点呈上升趋势、针入度和延度呈降低变化趋势,其中又以延度变化最为明显。经紫外线老化后道路沥青和SBS改性沥青的四组分也有变化,其中沥青质略微上升、芳香分略微降低,而饱和分和胶质变化不大。  相似文献

准确地测定改性沥青中SBS的掺量对工程中控制改性沥青的质量至关重要。选取六种不同的基质沥青、五种不同的SBS改性剂制备改性沥青,然后对其进行红外光谱测试及分析。通过对基质沥青、SBS以及改性沥青红外光谱图的吸收峰分析可以得出,基质沥青的种类、SBS的种类不同均不会对改性沥青吸收峰出现的位置造成影响。同时分析结果表明,基质沥青种类、SBS种类均不会对965cm~(-1)处的吸收峰峰高造成影响,而SBS的掺量对改性沥青965 cm~(-1)处的吸收峰的峰高具有显著的影响。根据改性沥青红外光谱中965cm~(-1)处的吸收峰峰高及其峰高的影响因素分析,说明红外光谱法检测改性沥青中SBS掺量是可行的。  相似文献

针对沥青质含量较高的塔河原油,采用适当的工艺开发出了符合JTJ036-1998技术要求的SBS和SBR改性道路沥青,对于SBS改性沥青,通过加入稳定剂使SBS与基础沥青反应形成了一相,从而解决了储存稳定性,对于SBR改性沥青,SBR的加入量对改性沥青的性能影响最大,通过比较表明,塔河油SBS和SBR改性道路沥青具有非常小的感温性以及优良的高低温性能。  相似文献

The properties of Trinidad Lake Asphalt (TLA) and SBS compound modified petroleum asphalt were investigated. Results show that the compound of TLA and SBS exhibits a remarkable combined effect on enhancing the deformation resistance of asphalt, and SBS can offset partial negative effect of TLA on the creaking resistance of asphalt, which will extend the applicable area of TLAMPA. FTIR and TG curves indicate TLA and SBS are physically mixed into petroleum asphalt and have little influence on the thermal stability. TLA and SBS also exhibit combined effect on improving anti-aging performance of asphalt, which would extend the service life of pavement.  相似文献

通过分析SBS改性沥青的红外光谱谱图、组分分布、DSC谱图。考察储存和加工工艺参数对SBS改性沥青性能稳定性的影响,深入探讨了聚合物改性沥青的机理。认为沥青改性以物理改性为主;SBS颗柱易吸收沥青中的饱和分,溶胀后的SBS极性与胶质相似;SBS颗粒与沥青有不完全相容性,SBS颗粒与沥青组分的亲和作用对沥青的相态转变产生影响;沥青组分对SBS的溶胀与吸附是一个动态的过程,它是沥青新胶体体系的形成和沥青聚集态结构改变的基础,这种动态过程对聚合物改性沥青的性能有很大影响。  相似文献

借助动态剪切流变仪(DSR)研究了一系列不同SBS含量的改性沥青在不同温度下黏度和扭矩随剪切速率的变化规律。通过建立起基于DSR测试曲线的黏度模型和扭矩模型,拟合出不同温度和SBS含量下沥青的流动指数,并证明,在低剪切速率范围内基质沥青类似牛顿流体,改性沥青流变特性近似服从Osmald—deWale幂律方程且随SBS含量增加表现出假塑性。通过DSR曲线畸变和流动指数突变分析,发现SBS链段运动与玻璃化转变是影响改性沥青流变特性的关键因素。  相似文献
